Looking for a pedicure, I called this place in advanced in case they turned out ot be busy on a Saturday around 3 pm. Fortunately, they weren't with only one other customer there. Establishment is clean and well lit. Parking was easy with a large lot shared with some other stores. Complimentary drinks and snacks are provided during your treatment. Their deluxe pedicure was gentle and relaxing. My biggest tif was the gel application was a little sloppy having had flooded my cuticles on about half of my toes. Mimi was very friendly and kind enough to provide some coupon for my friends and I after check out. May come back to use them in the future but they do expire in 6 months. read more

So I moved back to Marietta and I tried to give this place another chance and they completely dropped the ball. I called at 12o'clock on Friday to make an appointment for 330. The man was like "OK no problem" trying to rush me off the phone. I'm like hey you didn't even take my name and I don't know yours. That should've been a red flag. I got there at 3:23 and didn't leave till 630. Didn't stick to the appointment time at all. Continues to take walk-ins know when it's only three of them working. If I would've known it would've took three hours to get a gel mani & pedi that will end up chipping less than 24 hours, I definitely would have not gotten my nails done. Waste of mine. Not impressed at all. I called ahead to make sure I wouldn't be sitting there for a long time. They told me they weren't busy and to come on in. ( I figured they wouldn't be busy, it's a Monday) I arrived 5 min later. Immediately when I walked in the the salon smelled like Fritos. Not a good smell! I was told to pick out my color for my toes and SNS manicure. After I sat for 25 min. When I started to get my nails done. The tech (can't remember his name) rushed the job and I have been cut on every finger! And the SNS looks horrible. My nail shape is ugly and not even with my other hand. At first I liked this place but now it's been 5 days and I payed for a new set of tips, sns and then gel coat on top, plus and 3 level pedicure and my nail has popped off on the 5th day of having them. I payed 117. You'd think they'd be secure when it hasn't even been a week. Very unfortunate because I'm going to Vegas today and I wanted my nails done for this trip! I've been here a few times. Today would be the last. The man that works in here is terrible at doing nails. He did my nails a few months ago and it came out bad. I didn't come back for a while but the last few times I did, one of the ladies did my nails and they were pretty decent. Today was pretty busy so I ended up stuck with the man again. It started off hopeful, but I then realized he still hadn't improved. For one, he's super quick. Which usually is a good thing but then you realize it's bc the quality is poor. I asked for COFFIN nails, he filed them very quickly and the end result was square (and crooked). It always seems as if he's rushing and I have no idea why. The polish job was okay. But all 3 times I got my nails done by him (over the last 8 months) he left nail polish on my cuticles (see pics). I cannot believe this man is still doing nails here lol the extra $5 he charged me for a shape I NEVER GOT ended up being his tip. It hurt to not leave a real tip but I refuse to reward this terrible job. I ended up spending another $10 at the Walgreens to get a nail file kit and more polish so I can refile and repolish it myself. So disappointed, complete waste of money. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! The husband/owner is trash and tries to rush through EVERY service!!! I came in to get a pedicure and my SNS redone, I asked the guy to not use a drill he did anyways I asked him again not to use a drill he did it anyways so I politely asked him to stop and asked for his wife to do my nails! Big MISTAKE! She was rude condescending and she cannot DO SNS! My nails were lumpy and not shaped well. She got an attitude but I simply explained I should not have to explain to you how a nail should be filed to appear neat. Please speak up if they do your nails bad!! Make them fix it until you are happy! I literally got to the point I had to leave because I was going to cuss her out!! She kept asking where have you been why haven't you come in?!? I told her the reason why I havent come in is because of the service and the finished product! I have so many friends who have stopped going here because they rush through EVERY service and then get an attitude when you ask them to fix what they messed up. There was a black girl in there that did my toes she was very nice and accommodating! I have been going to a salon in Duluth by my job (they have wine and are SO nice!!! You don't have to correct their work because they get it right the first time!!!) and figured I would try this place again because it's close to my house. I have to go back to my normal lady on Monday to have my nails redone! I will never go back! They were dead on a Saturday, you would think they would give better service!! I would not recommend coming here!!! Go up the street or around the corner! They give horrible service!!! And they want you to be happy with mediocre nail service. I try not to question fellow yelpers' reviews but I seriously think something is wrong with these people! This was by far the worst experience EVER! I went in to get my pink and white nails taken off and then a manicure. I went in knowing I was going to be there for a long time. However, as soon as I sat down the girl cut them shorter (okay that seems pretty standard) and then what did she do??? SHE STARTED JUST RIPPING THEM OFF! WTF I tried my best to keep my cool but after two nails I let her have it. I said um aren't you going to soak them first? I got the standard oh okay I do for you. She then came back with a bowl and then a new girl to continue the process. What did the new girl do? She just started ripping them off. By this point I have had it I screamed at her to get off of me and that I was leaving I could do this at home. The other lady then came back and said oh no we soak them I so sorry. Then they finally start to soak them and guess what they didn't take the gel off so it did nothing but dry up my hands. At this point I notice this and tell them I am leaving. Busted nails and all the woman begs me to stay. I stay they take the rest of my nails off the proper way. Once it is time to do the manicure the woman kept pushing me into this SUPER expensive manicure. Which I didn't want and finally I agree because she has me trapped into a corner. However, after I saw how she filed my nails... (I could have done a better job myself and the reason I go get manicures is because I suck at shaping my nails) I said I do not want your fancy manicure polish. She got all pissed off and gave me attitude for the rest of the manicure. Why I tipped this woman I don't know. I guess being a waiter I know what it is like to live off of tips. The tip I wanted to give her and that place was to get new jobs. I will never step foot into that nail salon again! It's very rare that you get 2 first impressions. I'd have to say that these people had that and were very exceptionable and welcoming upon both of my arrivals. The first time, I was walking to the door at night when they were jut about to close. I was about to just ask if they had a menu of services that I could take and look over but the owner of the place actually led me in and explained each service with me and I appreciated that. Prices are as good as they get here, in my opinion with the treatment. For a basic manicure it starts at $10. The most expensive and spoiling treatment with mint scrubs and the such for your feet, comfortable massaging chairs, and manicure with a hand massage came to about $65 total. If that sounds reasonable for you, I'd say it's worth just taking a peek at the menu. When asking for someone to work with you, the young man with the black hair there is great at making you feel comfortable. He always asks to make sure that you are comfortable and does a fine job with his work. I'd say that you are in good hands with him. (I believe his name is Andy, but I'm not sure, will edit later when I find out.) The walls are lightly but pleasantly decorated with art and flower pieces, giving the place a very homey feel. It's a nice place when it's warm outside. They don't rush you and are great at answering questions. Overall, my experience was fantastic and I will be recommending it to friends that want to save a little money but get a great service close to home! This little spot is a great addition to the old Delk Theater parking lot and I'm proud to have it nearby! read more

Two reviews: Manicure vs. Pedicure Manicure: The ladies were all very sweet; however, the girl I had did a terrible job on my manicure. They aren't evenly shaped, the lengths are all different. Just bad. My step-daughter had the same experience too. Pedicure: Much better job on the toes than the fingers. The chairs that they use RULE! The prices for both are very reasonable.
