I've been going here for over a year now. I found this location after my previous nail shop switched ownership and became inconsistent. I really like it here. The customer service is great and they do a good job with my nails. I typically get a gel manicure with the occasional pedicure. The salon is clean and they will offer you drinks. I've had my nails done by multiple techs and they all do well. Leo is prob my favorite tech but I've also had my nails done by Tammy and Peter. They will offer you a loyalty card where you can get a discount each visit and the prices are reasonable...dare I say more budget friendly than comparable salons? Maybe. I say give 'em a go. My only complaint is sometimes I'll make an appointment and may still have to wait but I've just learned to go when I have the time. So keep this in mind and make sure you plan accordingly. read more

Wanting to use a gift certificate, I called the day before and made an appointment for a pedicure with Tammy the owner for 1:30. The salon was busy and I noticed Tammy had appeared to just start with a customer on her nails. 30 min later, I am passed off to a young man. Already annoyed I asked if he could do a design and he said he could. Over 2 hours later, he could not do the design I wanted which was a simple flower design with rhinestones on my big toe. He kept wiping it off and trying again. Meanwhile, ALL of the customers had left and it's just me. I finally had to ask Leo, the owners brother to step in and complete the design so I could leave, nearly 3 HOURS later! 3 hours for a deluxe gel pedicure with design? Nail shops really seem like a dime a dozen type thing. And service level is always Russian roulette. You never know what you're going to get. This experience was just a regular old mediocre experience. Nothing fancy. The shop isn't very big, but seemed neat enough. I came in on a Sunday and was greeted by a little girl, couldn't have been any older than 11 but I'm sure she wasn't on payroll, just helping greet customers and relay what service they want. She was very sweet. I waited about 10 minutes before a woman began my service - full set with color acrylic powder and coffin shape. I asked if it was possible to do the set without drills (I hate getting knicked on my cuticles with the sharp edges, or anxiously anticipating that it will happen) she said "yes... we'll just a little bit" and proceeded to use 3 diff drill tips as she normally would have. She didn't seem to rush through it which was a plus but my coffin shape wasn't as narrow as I tried to request her to do. Finished product is OK. There are tiny bumps/particles under the gel top coat on some nails that you can feel when you rub over them. Crusty stuff all around my fingers after I washed my hands that they don't bother to remove. Eh. Wouldn't recommend. Not coming back. read more

Really wanted to make this our go-to local nail salon but it will not happen. On the last few occasions I've made an appt ahead of time and received a confirmation, with no specific tech requested, none was available to service me. About a month ago, made appts for my husband and I and they were only able to service my husband in the time allotted and offered me a polish change and a 20% credit for another time. This past week, during the week again made an appt, was told what time to come in and when I arrived I sat at the bowl for nearly 20 mins past my appt start time only to be told that I would need to wait another 15 mins before being serviced. The team attempted to offer another discount for future service but I politely declined. My advice to this location would be to take their appts scheduler seriously and let walk-ins know that they will have to wait if a person that has scheduled an appt comes in. Unless you know one of the nail techs personally I wouldn't recommend coming here. Also only three licenses are displayed but at least 6 nail techs work there.. my first visit here was a few months ago and it wasn't all that bad. Today I came in for an SNS manicure and a basic gel pedicure. Toble did a mediocre job at doing my fingernails. They ended up looking like little blobs which I guess is expected with my nails being short and having SNS. Things went downhill when my pedicure started.. for starters Kevin was new & two other nail techs were taunting him saying god knows what. He took so long completing the service and did such a shitty job. I had previous gel polish on my toes and he didn't removing it completely. Kevin used a sterilization bag to apply callus remover to my feet & the bag he had his tools in was not sterilized either it was opened. The shape of my toes isn't even and both Kevin & Toble started filing my skin. The gel polish has already come off of one toe & started lifting on another. This is the second time I visit this nail salon and honestly it'll be the last. Look elsewhere if you want quality work. read more

Manicure and pedicure really hurt even though they were done by different people. My cuticles on my hands and toes were bleeding. Polish on toes was all over my feet. Inconsistent quality. Do not bring kids: literal cult programming shown on tv. Owner/manager are skilled but even appointments are pushed off to lesser-skilled employees. I once left with an un-cured gel mani. When I came back to have it corrected, it was not a welcoming vibe. More importantly, I didn't notice when I got a mani, but pedis are subjected to non-stop tv channel that promotes "Supreme Master", a cult based in veganism. Seems like it wouldn't be a big deal, but why?? Be discerning! And... I just want to see an HGTV makeover and be able to bring my daughter. read more

Had a reservation for Monday at noon but there was only one technician and she would not provide service for me and my wife. Scheduled appointment for Wednesday but when we arrived they were closed. In both cases we had reservations and were texted reminders 15 minutes before appointment time. This business is unreliable so don't use if you have to get it done. read more

I asked for a basic pedicure along with SNS for my nails. The person who did my pedicure charged me an extra $17. The nails & pedi looked fine, but the extra cost was unexpected. When I asked the owner about it, they said I got gel. I did not ask for gel, so why give me gel? Poor communication. They gave me 10% off next visit, but I will not go back there. I e been going to this location off and on for about 8 years. There have been three different owners and it is getting progressively worse. I would give the nail techs a solid 5. However I question the sanitation of this place. I've witnessed them reuse implementations before sanitizing between customers. Also I saw them cut the foot of a customer and didn't even offer her a discount or refund for the pedicure. Yesterday all 3 if the 5 techs were coughing and sneezing repeatedly. I saw one of them stop their service to go outside and cough repeatedly and return to finish with her customer and didn't sanitize or was her hands. I would just say be careful. read more

They'd forgotten they had scheduled appointments and abandoned our services to attend to them MID SERVICE. My feet were im the water for 15 minutes before someone came to me to say there'd be a long wait. I declined the pedicure and now waited for the others to finish. I'm the midst of my friend getting her color filed off, her nail tech went and attended to another guest that apparently "had an appointment ". So now I'm angry. I decide to let my sister finish up her nails, pay for her service and go to another nail salon in the meantime. Can you believe with the inconvenience of wasting my time because they forgot they had appointments scheduled, I was still being charged $58 for her full set. I insisted lowering the price but the cashier said that he could just stop the process. So I said to stop doing her nails and then the nail technician aggressively cut off all of my sisters nails. It was such a disgusting act I felt so threatened and left immediately. I will never be returning to this place ever again and advise you to do the same. read more

The first time I went, I had a lovely time just moved in town actually gave my first review at the highest level that it could be then sadly I returned with my family and they just saw a lot of money and did a horrible nail art design that a child asked my mom if that was Nice and she didn't have the heart to say no, and she still sent her out the door. My nails came off before I needed it when the nails broke off they said they were going to fix them. I did not have time to go on their time. I was looking for a new nail shop. The one I previously was going to the last 10 months doesn't cut it anymore. My old shop changes prices for the same services every time you go and my favorite is on maternity leave so it was time to make a change. I yelped nail salons in my area and Grace came up. I went today for a nail take off and full set. The salon was clean, quiet, friendly and professional. Kevin did my nails and he was polite, exact and took his time. I decided to try a new nail salon and wish I hadn't. The staff is friendly, the shop was clean, quiet, and played very relaxing music. However, there were hardly any patrons on a Friday afternoon so that should've been the first red flag. Anyhow, my pedicure was absolutely wonderful, but the full set I requested was awful. I started off with one tech, who passed me off to someone else when one of her clients arrived for an appointment. The new tech that did my nails seemed amateurish and inexperienced. She took nearly two hours to do my full set. The nails are sloppy, entirely too wide, there are bubbles in the powder and they're off center. I asked for pink and white nails, instead I have pink powder with what looks like white smurf hats on the end. These don't even look like NAILS. They're hideous acrylic claws. They told me they would do the set so that the white powder hid my natural nails which are quite short--but you can totally see my nails underneath. I get my nails done very often and this is the ugliest set I've had in years!! I usually go to Paradise Nails, but couldn't make it in time and knew they would be overcrowded. The other techs kept coming over to watch her progress and emphatically convince me that she was doing a good job, but they were lying. Maybe they were boosting her confidence--whatever. That shouldn't have come at my expense. I figured she was just learning and likely hadn't had much experience. Anyhow, after being in the shop more than two hours I was just ready to get the heck out of there. I could've asked them to fix them but I was tired and annoyed. I paid, no tip because these nails HAVE to be fixed by someone else, and vowed to never return. I hate that most shops only have one or two decent nail techs--the rest is like playing nail-Russian roulette. Anyhow...I will have to spend more $$$ to have these repaired. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop! read more

This is my second time coming to this nail salon for a pedicure and they get the job done. I arrived at 10am and was worked on immediately although I did feel that it was a little rushed in the beginning due to her not really letting my feet soak, but as the pedicure went on it went pretty well. The owner was very nice and constantly checked to make sure myself and other customers were enjoying the service and asked if we'd like any drinks or snacks. I am also tall and this is on of the only salons that have a chair that actually goes far enough for me to be comfortable instead of cramped up. They close at 7:30pm and I arrived by 6:40pm which is totally unusual for me since I HATE arriving to ANY establishment an hour before closing but I had a nail that hurt so bad- I couldn't take another minute of not getting it fixed. After stopping at my "usual" nail shop, there were literally 4 ppl ahead of me so when I looked up other salons around me- this one popped up. Y'all, I'm so happy I called because the gentleman assured me that I could arrive as late as 7:20pm. Honestly, you wouldn't even have known if it was the start of Tammy's shift or the end because homegirl took her sweet time doing my nails. I don't think I've ever had a tech really and truly take their time. Everyone always seems like they are in a rush but nope, not Tammy. She was sweet, complimented me on the color I chose and even kept trying to fix the mess ups every time I entered my hand into the gel UV light dryer. She was delicate and patient. And the plus is that my nails look the best they've ever looked. I typically go get my nails done just so that they "look presentable" but these actually look way better than just presentable. I've dismissed my usual spot for this one- even if the drive is an extra 20mins from where I live. The service was exceptional and my nail no longer hurts. I'm not super particular about my nails or the shape or anything, but now I see that when the job is well done- you should expect it every time. read more

Everyone should be trained in depth on how to do a square toe shape. There's no reason why I go one time and it's perfect & then I go again & it takes two hours to be mediocre. & If you aren't trained/don't know, just tell someone else to do it. Two hours with a filing for toes to be two different, big bulky shapes just doesn't make sense. Save everyone's time and money pls. read more

Now I know that they didn't want to do it because it was just a removal of polish. I have a foot doctor appointment and that's why I need this gel off. I will never go and give them my money again. I got a pedi today! Enviroment & Customer Services *Very welcoming enviroment. The woman and man that provided services were very sweet. I brought my own polish which they were fine with using. They use individual buff, pumice, and files for each client which is a #1 thing for me. I appreciate when nail salons use individual kits. *My pedi looks really cute and neat! Good bye Winter Toes! The gentleman who painted my toes was very detailed about the layers applied also. *Pricing was reasonable *I wish the scrubs used and moisturizers were better quality and served all shades of skin Decor & Cleaniness *I love the tile on the floor and the stations appears neat and clean *I would like to see the dust near base boards and on base boards cleaned extensively *A nice calming paint color on the wall would be very helpful as well. *The lighting was the basic bright florescent lights that are overly bright and less calming could be replaced with recessed lighting for relaxing enviroment *It looked like a room where children may have been had writing on the wall and seemed to be a little messy. No problem with children being there but just could be turned into a neat play area for kids. I would return for services but would rather a more relaxing place decor wise. read more

Walked in, was greeted by a young man who was playing videos on his phone - that didn't bother me. All I asked for was a pedicure & manicure, I wasn't able to pick a color but they were putting me at a table for the manicure - I only wanted a clear/neutral color so I wasn't completely turned off yet. The woman who performed the manicure was not very gentle, in fact she ripped by cuticle and had to a nail glue or SNS base to get it to stop. Again, wasn't totally turned off yet but not happy. What got me was that they moved me to a pedicure chair and had the water and everything ready to go.... I sat there for about 20 minutes without anyone checking on me or speaking to me. The water got cold and my feet got uncomfortable. I thought about walking out, and I really should've but I felt it'd be more awkward to walk out with wet feet than just continue to sit there and read a book. The man who finally did my pedicure was sweet and he did a good job, but I was already turned off by this point. The whole experience was definitely not worth my $40.
