Walked in on Sunday and yay they were open cause my daughters and myself desperately wanted/needed a pedicure. Was able to do a walk in but I highly recommend making an appointment, especially on Sunday. Very nice and didn't a great job. Didn't take forever too, yay! read more

I made this my "go-to" for last minute nails and toes on a Sunday. Normally very pleasant employees and no wait but TODAY...She was sooooo RUDE! I will never come back! I'm talking SO RUDE that she forgot I wanted a manicure too. This is the only place I will get me nails and toe done. The ladies are friendly and professional. Appointments are not necessary but are highly recommended if you don't want to wait a while. The lady (SD) who left a negative review on 5/12/24, did not state the facts as they happened. She requested a pedicure when she first arrived. She then asked for a manicure while in the pedicure chair and was informed that everyone had appointments coming in so they would not be able to accommodate her. She then became irritated and announced to everyone in the salon and several ladies outside that the worker was rude and had forgotten about her manicure. read more

Called for a manicure/pedicure when they opened on a Sunday and was able to get an appointment in less than an hour. When I arrived I was seated immediately and did not have to wait. It was not busy, two other people were there when I was. Both ladies who worked on my nails were great. I don't have fake nails and I don't get any kind of design, so I can't speak to that. I did gel polish and my nails look great! Could not be happier. Service was polite and timely, but not rushed. Because they weren't busy, I asked for an eyebrow wax and again got just what I asked for. Only taking off one star because if they have any kind of deluxe manicure or pedicure I was unaware. HEALTH CODE VIOLATION: I've been going here for quite a while now. Yesterday afternoon I decided I needed a pedicure. The woman, who has worked on me a few times (not very nice), came over and started my pedicure. She then proceeded to DIG into my toe with clippers that DID NOT come from a sterile bag, but rather from the lady next to I's bucket! And she kept going even though I was screaming. As she's yelling back at me "it's skin! It's skin!" she then pulls it out and lays the chunk of skin on my foot (gross) and proceeds to dig with ANOTHER dirty instrument in it. Of course I'm already bleeding and everyone is looking at me. She then tells me to put my toe in the water (even more gross) and I deny. She then gets upset with me and pushes my foot in the water.After I was done, I watched them clean that tub while my nails were drying. It got ONE squirt of Lysol and was wiped down with the SAME towel my bloody feet were on.... Today... my toe is oozing with infection. It's feverish and swollen. I would not recommend anyone go here again. This place had good standards years ago and has gone down hill. Please don't subject your health here. read more

Staff is rude. Price is right. Only had my eyebrows done here and they did a decent job and it was priced well ($8) however they had you sit in the chair when the table was right there, it wasn't in a room that had the clean look I wanted, and the lady asked me (someone who naturally has light hair), "do you want your lip waxed?" Knowing she's just trying to upsell as the only facial hair I have is blonde and very minimal I just politely declined and said "no". She then rudely said while laughing, "you need it!" Truth be told she needs a lesson in etiquette and cultural norms. read more

One of the worst experiences by far. I waited over an hour to get a pedicure just to watch other people come in after me get there nails and toes done. They lady next too me was waiting a long time for her fill in as well. She was still waiting when I left to go to another salon. It was unfair to the both of us. Maybe they should keep a sign in sheet to keep track of their customers so other people won't experience what I did. I finally walked out after waiting so long and being overlooked. I've been going to Annie since I moved here from FL. She is very meticulous and does beautiful nails. I moved about 30 mins away from the salon but have not been able to find a good nail tech by me. I made an appt for 2pm but as traffic wld have it I was late. So, I called to see if my appt was still available. I was told that since I wasn't there at 2 my appt was given away. I understood but just a word to whom takes appt. call your client. I've been to my appts on time and have had to wait 10-15 and I've waited never made a stink. Walk Ins Not Welcome Came in for brow waxing. They asked me to wait. Waited 45 mins and I asked how much longer. I was told 1 hour. Came back in 1 hr and still no one available to do waxing. If a customer comes and and the salon cannot provide the service in a reasonable amount of time, the customer should be informed. Only fair. After another 15 mins, I had my brows done. The waxing was horrible - brows waxed, but no shaping with tweezers and stry hair between the brows still there. The waxing SUCKS. The salon mostly takes appointments and even those with appointments had to wait an hour. Barebones employees.. I'm never going back. read more

I've been coming hear for at least 6 years!! I used to love it! I don't know if they're now short staffed, but this is the second time that I've come recently and have had to wait hours!! I came within 15 minutes of them opening and waited to hours for a pedicure, before I saw two others, who had appointments, being serviced ahead of me. When I asked the lady how soon before it would be my turn, she replied that "maybe" I would be after them. I simply replied, "No thanks. I give them a one star rating because the posted prices are nothing like the final bill. They post $20 up for a pink only fill in, but then charge 26. I paid $60 for a full set of pink and white last visit although $40 is the advertised price. They are deliberately misleading and seemed quite offended when you ask upfront about what the cost will be the posted prices are actually a little bit high for the area so then adding on the up charges it's ridiculously overpriced read more

They don't take a credit or debit card if the amount is under $8.00. I didn't see that posted anywhere. I didn't have cash so I had to pay the VISA credit card transaction fee. Now that was only a dollar, but I was floored when she rang me up for $6.00! I asked why so much & was told $5.00 for the nail repair. I pointed to the board where it says $3.00, she said it's because I had long nails! This is bull! She wanted to just glue my nail down & have me come back next week for a complete fill! I said "no cut it back & fill it." It was my index finger, so half the acrylic nail on the nail bed was removed & filled. She didn't have to use any product on the tip. Long nail!
