These people could really use a list or a check in station, I came in the Friday before Christmas to get some holiday nails and do not like the long wait, it seems as if people were coming in after me and getting serviced before me. I do believe a list or a check in is put into place then this would not be an issue. I am actually very satisfied with the price that I paid because I am kind of new to the area and I normally pay a lot more in Gwinnett for the same things. The nail tag technician did an awesome job with my holiday nails, she gave me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely return, but maybe I will make an appointment the next time. read more

I spend a lot of time in this shopping center, yet some how missed that they moved! They are now located closer to the Italian restaurant in the plaza. I came in on a Friday evening for a pedicure. They are taking Covid precautions really serious. They require that you wear a mask for the duration of your visit. Every guest must wash their hands prior to being serviced, and they place a plastic barrier on your chair prior to you being seated. Instead of looking at polishes in a common area to determine what Color you want, they bring the colors to you. Each color is assigned a number and you just let them know the number you are going with. I opted for the least expensive pedicure( I think there are about 3 options). There were no bells and whistles. A soak, cleaning of feet, shaping of toe nails, and polish. It was sufficient for my needs. The staff was friendly and did a great job. Overall it's a no frills kind of spot, that gets the job done! read more

So I walked in for a pedicure and decided spur of the moment to get my nails done, big mistake. Note the guy who did my to toes did an amazing job! So no complains there. However,that woman they got to do my nails was horrid! She had me soak, than drilled, then I soaked again. Well 3 mins later it was all off but, she had vanished. She was gone so long the guy finished my toes, cleaned the tub, and went to go eat. I was looking around like umm hello? She then came back about 25 mins later. Never did a manicure, got the dead skin off, didn't even shape them well. Since I had to go I didn't have time say anything. So the pics are the results of that I wouldn't go back to her (older woman w/black wig). read more

Positives: Big location. Easy parking. Pretty fast to seat you and get started. Staff super friendly. Reasonably priced. Negatives: My nails are just sloppy. The top clear coat and base coat are all around my nail and on my skin. Even the yellow is on the top of my finger and toes. I've been peeling it off as much as I can. I'm sure when it peels off of my skin it will start cracking on my nails. It's hard to see in photos since it's clear. Also, my nails were clipped but not files very well. The edges are so ragged. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want nice neat nails. I would recommend if you're in a hurry and running out of options. read more

I've been coming here for 20 years off and on!! Mary and Tony are the owners!! They are very welcoming, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. The staff is very professional and aims to please. I have a few favorites and I'm not going to share their names !! Lol!! Most of the staff is very experienced and has been here for a long time. My nail gal moved her shop to Decatur so really wanted to have a backup closer to home. Read reviews with a couple of names in mind to ask for a specific tech and met someone next day who also is a patron of the nail salon so that was confirmation for me to try. But she didn't know the name of her nail tech. Needless to say, went the next day and asked for two of the techs from the reviews. I was seated within minutes of my arrival. I wasn't seen by either the techs I asked about but seen by Lena and Bao. I asked for SNS and a house pedicure. They both did a really good job. Their prices are competitive with other salons. Lena interacted with me, friendly and gave me what I asked for. Bao was quiet but attentive and my feet felt really good afterwards. Lena said everyone was good and I may still try the techs I asked for initially; but once I find someone I like, I stick with them so would go back again. read more

Tracy does a great job, but she likes you to make appointments with her which is a COMPLETE waste of time. You will have to wait a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour after your appointment time every time. Tracy needs to learn that a customers time is important as well, that is why we make appointments! if she has an appointment in 30 minutes she should not take a walk in! read more

Large place. Can definitely come with the girls to get mani/pedis. But not sanitary. I got a gel polish change ($20). The lady that did my nails did a good job. She asked what shape I liked and asked me to confirm if it was the way I liked. I did not like how they used the UV light for 60s between each layer. Definitely too long for the base coats and a lot more exposure to UV than necessary. Sanitation-wise it's terrible. I didn't get a pedicure but did see that they used a plastic bag to cover the foot baths. For your nails they did not use a sanitized set of tools. Other places have sealed bags with clean tools that they open right in front of you. They opened a disposable file with a buffer square to use but only used the file on me. Instead, she used a large buffer block that was definitely used on other people. Same with the tool to scrape off the gel polish. I didn't let her use the cuticle clippers to cut a hangnail because I could see skin from previous patrons on it. Super gross... Also a girl next to me was getting powder gel nails and they dipped her finger straight into the powder container instead of taking out powder and dumping it on top to keep everything sterile. read more

I absolutely love this place. I only go to two places to get my nails done, and now it's three. I wouldn't recommend if you're in a rush, but I got an acrylic full set with gel. The man that did the acrylic was very thorough and DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The nails are practically identical, he treated my nails so well. The woman that did polish took her time and I left without any stray marks. Definitely recommend read more

I wish I could give them a zero. Please BEWARE! They're the absolute worst nail salon in Cobb county, perhaps the entire state of Georgia. I am not at another salon to take my nails off and have them redone. Less than five mins from me leaving. Customer service is horrendous. I told the "fake nail tech" she wasn't shaping my nails right. She insisted, that I just wait. And like I said from the beginning it wasn't right. I ask for the manager, she tells me to get her myself. The manager attempted to fix them and they were still not right. She tells me find another shop. And cuts them off and tells me soak them off. read more

A waste of money and time for really poor service and terrible looking nails. I wanted to get a basic gel manicure and they managed to ruin that too. The nail tech didn't give me enough time to select my color. When I sat down she brought cold water with cuticle softener. She went so fast with on the cuticles and she did manage to cut me. I was bleeding and she didn't put anything on to stop the bleeding. I had to wipe the drops on the towel, and she then finally put something on it. When she got to painting my nails, she did that in less than 5mins and didn't allow for a whole minute of curing each coat. Not only that but the paint job was poorly done. The nail polish should start at your cuticle and this one is far from it, it's like my nails have been growing for at least a week after getting them painted. She then put on cuticle oil and lotion, but doesn't massage it in. Then I was asked to wash my hands, as I'm using the sink, she comes to dump the cold cuticle softener water right into the sink. Keep in mind there's a while another vacant sink right next to me. Oh and there are bubbles in my gel manicure. read more

I came here to get my acrylic nails taken off so I could come back tomorrow with my daughter for her birthday to get our nails done (so it wouldn't take as long for mines). Waited a good 45 minutes watching every body who walked in after me get serviced until one of the ladies working there came up to me and told me I shouldn't want to wait because taking my nails off will take too long. In other words, no one wanted to help me because I wasn't going to spend enough money. Keep in mind I come to this location often and spend $100 on my hands and feet, and was going to come back with my daughter tomorrow for her birthday. Smh disgusting way to treat people. read more

This was my first time visiting and was hoping that all the reviews were accurate! I absolutely love this nail shop! My experience was with Karen and I must say, she totally impressed me! When I walked in and from the time I paid for my services, it was no longer than 30 minuets! The services I requested was a fill in and 2 broke nails. Not only was Karen quick, she was professional and she definitely knows her stuff! Such a sweetie and makes sure you are satisfied throughout the process! Great pedicures! The basic is $26. Plus (with exfoliation n stuff) is $31 which I felt was a pretty decent price. The guy did a fantastic job fixing my feet which hadn't seen a salon in almost 6 months lol. Also the paint was put on precisely. My plain (no paint) manicure was okay. The lady manicurist took care of me and massaged me but her "rectangle" shape is kind of odd lol Best part is they're sticklers about cleanliness! read more

I normally don't have high expectations for nail salons but I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received at Super Nails. The shop is located next to the Best Buy so it isn't too hard to find. I came in for a pedi and was promptly directed to a chair after being greeted by one of the technicians. Vivian took care of me from beginning to end and gave the best leg & foot massage ever. The waiting / drying area is unique as they provide plush leather couches for seating and individual hand and feet drying machines. The prices were very reasonable as well. I'll probably come back to check out their gel polish services - that will be my main selling point. I was also entertained by the other techs as I watched them get excited over the soccer match showing on television. Overall, great first experience! read more

Came in a little late. Asked for a mani/pedi. Sat down immediately and the man started to do my feet. I notice a new file was not opened. Yuck. Then the lady starts to do my manicure. Sticks my hands in a little candy bowl with soap and water in it and proceeds to continue. Also did not use a new file. Plus they used a DRILL on my feet. A drill on a natural nail bed is absolutely ridiculous. Just file and buff. No cuticle cream was applied to my fingers the shape and paint job is terrible. She didn't even clean up the paint. Awful . I would not recommend you go here. I would have said something and got it fixed but I was in a huge rush. Waste of money. read more

I love Kim, she's such a sweetheart. Her nail game is amazing! She never lets me down with my shape. The gentlemen with the cool eyebrows (I can never remember his name)but pedicures always turn out the best! The staff is always welcoming and kind. I travel from Buckhead just to come get my nails done by these two. I was cut twice by the nail drill by the young lady who pretended to know what she was doing. My nails never hurt so bad. The older guy who did my feet was nice, however he didn't know what he was doing either. Please don't waste your money or time here. read more

First let me say I am SUPER picky about my who I let do my nails & feet...I love this place! Super friendly, very affordable & do an excellent job! Lots of different colors to pick from. I'm a gel nail girl myself, so the fact that all their gel colors come with regular polish to match my toes is a plus! Karen is my go to girl for my full sets/fill ins she always does amazing , knows what I want & never tries to upsale me on anything. If she thinks a color isn't going to look good she is honest about it & saves us both the headache of even trying it out just to end up unhappy with the color...the pedicures are at least an hour long, which is nice because to me, this means they are putting in effort verses some other places I have been where they rush their way thru. Definitely recommend for anyone in marietta! read more

There is a full bar set up which was really nice so if they were to ever do you know a little mocktails or cocktail that would be even better but you know the overall aesthetic of it was really really nice very classy not overwhelming at all not giving like a club vibe. I was handed the pedicure menu and I decided on their spring offering which was a mint CBD pedicure and it was exactly what I needed. My muscles have been so so sore from working out and this pedicure was exactly what I needed. I'm leaving feeling so much better than when I came in. And the massage that she gave OMG I almost fell asleep. The pedicure starting out is $65 and it is for 55 minutes but it felt a little longer but that's just because it was so good. Of course I had extra add-ons the gel polish and acrylic two toes so my service came out to $98 and I will say it was $98 well spent the atmosphere was quiet very little noise. It was early. I came in at 11 AM but overall even with people moving around, it was still very minimal noise and a relaxing experience. I think her name tag said Nina if I can remember correctly but she let me know they've been open for 8 months. I definitely plan on coming back because 10 out of 10 I will recommend. I also plan to get my nails done in the future. My nails were already done. I just came for the pedicure, but if their service for Nails is anything like the pedicure, they will have a forever client in me.

My wife has used him before, he does a gOOd job. I really like they way her hands and feet looks once completed. Everyone in the shop is well trained and professional. I happen to connect with Lee who is the one I have chosen for my pedicures. She is strong and her massages are thorough. I tell her when she is done, that my feet look "brand new!" It makes her laugh and she takes her time when her work is recognized. We communicate with an understanding although her English is not the first language. I was one in the past to always pass on taking and moment to having my feet massages, nails clipped and feet scrubbed. But as my wife has said in the shop, "he puts holes in the sheets with those sharp toenails!!" LMAO - let's be honest, we all have been there but in this case, we as men have to step up to the plate and spend time grooming our bodies to lower the cost on sheet replacement (hah). Lee, my go to person takes her time and gives me the attention that is necessary to get the job done. If it goes after then what I anticipate, then I will let her know. it's that simple. The vibe is cool for the most part, I've learned the best time to go is in the morning. But that is of course, based on what my wife books and if I am available. I am heavy into music so I bring my headphones into the shop and tune out for those 60 seconds of feet pampering. They shop normally has a food show playing in the background like elevator music but it a lot of repeat of the same thing, so I zone into my deeper self. One Exception, businesses who give exceptional service and have 5 stars are growing at a fast rate towards perfection, it does not mean they are perfect. If you have a favorite technician working on your soles and things take a turn towards your tolerance level - remind them that you are not in a rush and prefer to move at a slower pace. During my last pedicure, I noticed a green discoloration on my big toenail that I have never experienced before. I immediately brought it to the technician's attention and explained that it was not there during my previous visit and that nothing else in my routine had changed. He did not really address my concern. What concerned me even more was seeing the file and other tools used on my feet being placed back into his kit rather than being discarded/replaced. I am now having to see a doctor to determine whether I have a fungal or bacterial infection and will have to pay for treatment, which is extremely upsetting. On top of that, two of my acrylic nails broke within 48 hours of my appointment, so I returned today to have them fixed. I politely asked to speak with the manager and explained everything that had happened, including my concerns about my toenail. I was honestly shocked that there was no apology, acknowledgment, or even basic concern shown by management. I was then sent back to the same technician, David, to fix my nails. When I told him the color I had previously received was DU127 and asked to confirm it in the color book, he became visibly frustrated and gave me an attitude when he couldn't find it. I told him I wasn't comfortable choosing a random color unless all of my nails were going to be repainted. I ended up finding the exact color myself in the second book I looked through--the same DU127 color I had already told him. After that, his attitude changed, but he then handled my hands very roughly while fixing the nail. I have worked in customer service for 10 years, and I understand that mistakes happen. What matters is how you treat a loyal customer when something goes wrong. I have never felt so disrespected and uncomfortable during a salon service. The lack of accountability from management, the way my concerns about sanitation were handled, and the technician's unprofessional behavior were extremely disappointing. After being a loyal customer for over a year and someone who has actively recommended this salon to others, I will not be returning and will be advising my friends and family to take their business elsewhere. Customers deserve to feel heard, respected, and safe when they spend their money at a business.

They are very bad when it comes to refunds. The manager is very disrespectful and rude when I was trying to be respectful to her. She told me since she gave me the refund my nails isn't her problem after she just clipped my nails and that's it. When she had told me she was gonna take my nails off instead fix them. But her employee had messed up my nails had dents in them gave me gel nails but I asked for an acrylic and she also over charged me for something I didn't even get. If you need your nails done don't go here because you never know what your gonna get. read more
