First, I would strongly recommend that anyone visiting this nail shop clearly explain what you want and ask for the full price upfront, as the services seem overpriced for no clear reason. It's interesting how it takes three or four people to come up with a price when you ask beforehand, but once your service is done, they suddenly have a total ready without checking with anyone. Even after getting a quote, I suggest having it written down or documented. You may also want to confirm the price while recording, just to protect yourself, because there's a risk of them lying about the price they quoted and being overcharged. Do not go to this nail salon. I went in for a pedicure and had a very painful experience the entire time. The technician was rough the entire service. I also had old acrylic nails from another salon that needed to be removed. I asked twice if I could borrow one fake nail so I could slide the acrylics off myself, but he insisted it was "fine" and said he would remove them. I asked multiple times and was still basically told no. The removal took about 30 minutes and was painful the entire time. Afterward, I was charged $20 just for the removal, which I was not clearly told upfront. For comparison, my friend sitting next to me received a full manicure with polish for the same price. Between the pain, lack of communication, and unexpected charges, this was a very disappointing experience. Please don't waste your money here. read more

I came in for a pedicure and got the Deluxe pedicure. The massage and service were excellent. I asked for a gel pedicure and it was perfect. The music was great as well as the experience. It was not too crowded for a Friday. I will definitely be back for a pedicure and manicure soon. read more

All bad. Would give a zero rating if I could. Instead of 5 stars, here are 5 reasons for my rating. 1) They will do any and everything not to work on natural nails. When I asked for a manicure on my natural nails, they tried to pressure me into a gel manicure. Next to me, I saw them put acrylic tips on a 10 year old girl and the mother had to spring up from her pedicure to stop them. They acted surprised that the girl wouldn't get acrylic. 2) They overcharge and under deliver. They charged me $20 for a natural manicure, but didn't trim my cuticles (and I needed it), didn't put my hands in the warm mitts, didn't dry my nails. The 10 year old girl I mentioned earlier... they told the mother it would be $55 for a manicure with a simple design on one nail. The mother ended up leaving the shop and they did nothing to try to keep the business. 3) They're sloppy. Just look at the picture I added. They filed my nails crooked, there are air bubbles in the polish, the polish is pooled in the cuticle, and they didn't dry my nails. 4) Their polish selection sucks. 5) There are too many other salons to have to put up with this lack of service. read more

Lush Nail Bar's service has declined significantly over the year. They take short cuts with everything and do not properly care for your nails. The last two times I received a gel manicure; I had to come back because the gel was lifting the same day. Although they fixed it, it was still of poor quality. They did not soak my nails or cut my cuticles. If you want to remove acrylic nails, they will either file them off or use another nail to remove your current nail which is traumatizing to your nail bed. They are lazy, and the shop is not properly cleaned anymore. The customer service has also declined. I would not recommend. read more

Clean and modern nail salon. Came on Labor Day, they took me in quickly I initially came in for a fill in pedi. I get seated and the nail tech shows me the pedicure option but insist on the more expensive one. I say no thank you because I really don't need any of it and say I would like the basic. She says okay, $45 and attempts to hide the price from me. I thought it was weird so I insisted I see what I'm paying for. She was trying to charge me for the deluxe even after I said no. Then proceeded to call my feet dry. So I'm a dude and all I need is a simple pedicure so I'm not ripping up my bed sheets with my feet or anyone else's (wink wink). I've been going here for a while now and I get the Deluxe pedicure. During my last visit, I had to get stern with the nail tech just to give me what I asked for. She kept trying to upsell me and I get it, but if I'm telling you what I want, then stop trying to make me look at the menu over and over again to persuade me to buy something else! And.... I also noticed the prices have increased for most of the services as they had edited most of the prices in the menu. Then because I got clear gel polish the last time, which cost me an additional $15, she wanted to charge me $5 to remove it. I was absolutely shocked that she was charging me $5 to remove something as if I had a choice for her to continue with my pedicure without removing it. This experience really didn't sit well with me so I'm looking for a new spot. I don't like to haggle over services especially when I know what I want and I hate to be nickel and dimed. read more

This is one of the most expensive pedicures that I have ever paid for in over 30 years, and the absolute WORST that I have EVER received. I had already gone back to get one of my toes repainted prior to writing this review, which the young man that repainted my toe did an excellent job, hence the 1 star that I am giving. I went to get my toes done prior to an upcoming surgery. I have been in extreme pain, which is why I splurged on the CBD pedicure, which is supposed to assist with pain in addition to getting a full-service pedicure. For $70 + an additional $15 for gel polish, not to mention the tip, you would think that you would receive a quality pedicure that reflected the $100 price tag. This unfortunately was not the case. I didn't even realize how bad the other toes were until it was pointed out to me, and I took a picture. I got a fill-in at this new shop in my neighborhood, very satisfied. I've went online to make an appointment. I got a text that said to wait for a text confirmation. It never came. I called the shop and they made the appointment over the phone. I'm happy with the fill-in, just recommend that you make a phone call for an appointment instead of using the online option. I just moved to the area and thought I'd try a salon closer to me than the one I usually go to which is about 45 minutes away now. The atmosphere was pretty nice but I wasn't very happy with the service provided. I know every technician is different so it might be better with a different technician but mine wasn't very attentive. She was on a phone call while doing my nails and almost seemed in a rush. I left with multiple cuts and dried powder all over my fingers which I had to try to wash/ peel off when I got home. The color also isn't evenly applied, there are some spots where you can tell it is thinner than others. Overall I probably wouldn't return and it's definitely not something I'd spend $80 on. read more

Customer service is bad! They don't stand behind their work. I paid over $45 for a pedicure and my toe nails started chipping after a few days. They didn't want to fix my 3 toe nails until U told them it was my first time here and other salons stand behind their work. In the beginning the customer service was great. They were a little pushy with trying to upgrade with services but it wasn't anything concerning. I ended up getting black french and they looked great. They ended up not holding up though. This is the condition of my nails after only one week. When I asked if they would touch them up a bit they said they would only do one nail unless I wanted a whole new set. I was very disappointed since this was less than a week. Normally love this place, but this last visit was horrible. These nails look like I could have done it myself, especially at the cuticle. I don't know the girls name who did my nails this time, but she did whatever she wanted. She didn't ask what shape I wanted and just started cutting and filing them down, which I then had to tell her to stop because that wasn't the shape I wanted. Then as she was done painting them (which already looked awful but I thought she was going to fix the edges later on) she put chrome on one nail and asked if I thought it looked pretty with the color I chose, I said yes it does and then she just did the rest of the nails with chrome without telling me the price or asking permission. I had came into the salon asking for an acrylic nail removal service thinking that they would soak my nails at least.... Instead the nail technician decided to use an acrylic nail tip and pop off my acrylic nails one by one . I had asked him if they normally soak them off since I have always had other nail salons use that method instead of just popping them off. He said they do both but it depends on the nails. After he had finished I had noticed my pinky nail looked weird and I had asked him why it looks like that because I had gotten my acrylic nails removed multiple times by other nail salons and it has NEVER looked like this !
