I'm extremely upset with the service. my natural nails were long and healthy now the are destroyed and I asked for something simple ( French tips) they are super thick and I complained but I got tired to repeat myself, my fingers are hurting and it looks dirty. NEVER COMING BACK

Amy provided a great pedicure service. She took her time and was gentle throughout the entire time.

Ask for Ivy! My first time visiting and she gave me the best pedicure I've had in a while. Took her time and very detailed. I'll be returning here because of her.

I have been back a few times with friends or my daughters. The service is rushed and half done. They added remove to the bottle of nail polish to stretch its dry my nails were chipping that evening already. I didn't get the right scent I asked for and they acted as if they didn't understand me. The guy doing my massage kept looking over his shoulder as if he had somewhere else to be and low and behold he left leaving my calves wrapped in a towel which became so cold I was shivering. The lady that was working on my daughter finished the job when she was done and I didn't even get the same amount of treatments my daughter did and we both were getting the same thing done. When it came time to pay the lady asked me to use a Zelle app to pay her direct at the register. I had to figure that out because I had never done it before. She wouldn't take my debit card at the register. Needless to say I will find a new nail salon.

Not standard length according to him!

Took my daughter to get her nails done, she did a regular full set, short. the guy just started making freaking prices up as he go along, that they are not standard length he has to add more, then he went on to say the shaping is more work to file because she wanted more narrow at the top, he has to charge more, just to put color at tip of nail additional again, went on to say I don't work in the business so I don't know standard length, and threaten to cut the nails off! never will I come here again 1st and last!

Can you guess which nail was "fixed"?

I came in and needed to get ONE fingernail repaired with SnS. Not only did she file my finger nail completely down so it does not match the other nails, but after getting the nails done, they tell me it's five dollars but if I use a card there's a $10 minimum. It's kind of shady that they're pushing cash. So... I paid ten dollars for a poorly done nail. There is no signage at the entry that says $10 minimum on the card.

Basic pedicure and gel polish Classic Spa Pedicure

My experience was great as it is all the time at this location. Feels like home all the ladies are amazing .. tell them Jasmine from Publix sent you..

3 days old gel manicure and it's already all peeling off from the top. I trimmed off the flaps of polish

This place is terrible. First the water for the pedicure was freezing and then it was to hot. The rest of it was fine but three days later the gel nail polish is just peeling off with no damage to my natural nail. While I'm glad my nails are not damaged true gel polish is bonded to your nail

OMG, I consider myself a massage expert. My ex boyfriend is a therapist and I've been getting…read moremassages since I was a teenager. Anywho, this place is GREAT! Great price, friendly staff, easy parking. I love it.

Like most folks these days - I've been stressed and worried. So I decided to treat myself to a…read moremassage. This place is close to my home and I was in the plaza running errands - so it seemed like a good choice. Unfortunately - I have to give this place 2 stars - and that's actually being kind of generous. When I arrived, an Asian gentleman was actually exiting a suite a few doors down and he was accompanied by two little children. He was carrying what looked like a bucket or a caddy and a drill, so imagine my surprise when I realized he walked in behind me and it turns out he was the receptionist and the masseuse. Some things to know: 1) the receptionist / masseuse is male - there are no female staff members available 2) the receptionist / masseuse speaks little to no English. So communicating your massage needs will be extremely challenging. During much of my massage - I could not understand whether he was saying "Hurt?" or "Hard?" and he could not understand me when I said "that hurts" or "too hard". So when I was trying to tell him he was hurting my coccyx - he actually seemed to think I wanted him to press harder. I finally got him to understand by physically touching his hands and moving them away from the area. But then - he seemed to think I wanted no pressure for the rest of the massage. 3) I know this may be an odd thing to mention - but there is no liquid soap in the restroom. They use bar soap which I have never seen in a business restroom and I thought there was some sort of rule against this for business establishments. 4) Speaking off - when I undressed for the massage, he didn't go wash his hands before. And keep in mind, I'd just seen this man carrying power tools. I'm sure he used the hand sanitizer at the front desk, but I could hear him outside in reception talking to the little children while I was undressing and at no point did he walk down the hall and use the restroom. I knew where it was because I used the restroom before my massage. 5) At first - I could hear the kids in the reception area, talking but once the music came on - it drowned them out. The music was quite a bit louder than you'd typically experience during a massage. I don't know if it was deliberate - to drown out noise from reception and the other suites - but once again - there was no way for me to communicate this to masseuse. The gentleman seemed friendly. And the prices are on par with what you'd expect for this type of place. But the soap thing - coupled with the inability to request a female masseuse and the language barrier issue - means I won't be back.

Since moving to Georgia, I have been searching for a place that does a good job but is not over…read morepriced. This place has very good prices, even offering 1/2 hour massages. I was leery of coming here, because I couldn't find any reviews for it, but thought I would give it a try since it was so reasonably priced and close to home for me. One thing I loved is that I could book my appointment through email, and she was very prompt when I contacted her. I hate having to call to set up or confirm appointments, so the fact that I could schedule my massage through email was a good start. When I came in, I told Amy I had problems with my right shoulder for years. She asked if I would prefer that she worked on my shoulder only for the entire hour. I was very pleased with this, because most places still insist on giving me a complete body massage, even though I would rather just have my shoulder worked on. She also let me pick out the scent for the aroma therapy. This is the first time anyone has ever asked me what I wanted to smell. I really appreciate this because I am very sensitive to smells, some days are worse than others. She worked on my shoulder, always asking me about the pressure, and working out knots I didn't even know were there. This was one of the best massages I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. The only disadvantage was trying to find the location. I drove around the block 3 times before I realized the door is located between 2 businesses, so it's a little hidden. But that a small inconvenience for the quality of the massage. And now that I know where it is, it won't be a problem again. If you are looking for a very sophisticated, elegant spa feel, you won't get that when you first walk in. You walk up a flight of steps and down a hall where other businesses are located. But if what you really want is a great massage, and you don't care about the frills, this is the place to go! I would much rather have a great massage in a plain location, then to have a poor massage in a fancy place. And you can't beat the prices!

I workout and historically I'm bad at stretching which leads to tight muscles. I also hold stress in my neck/shoulders and have lower back pain. Without me even having to state any of this, Ruby was able to tell this herself. She loosened up YEARS worth of tension and shared how certain parts of the body were connected to others and that's why I was experiencing pain/tightness in those areas. I was definitely sore for several days afterwards, but I also felt looser and lighter than I have before - even after other massages I've had at other places. Ruby is no nonsense and tells it like it is - and that's exactly what I need and what I was looking for. This is my second massage with Ruby, with my third one already booked and I convinced my sister to book one as well. Reservations: Marietta Massage does not take walk-ins. You have to call (not able to book online) to make an appointment. Parking: Marietta Massage has 2 dedicated parking spots (92, 93) in the paid lot right next to their building. It's free to park there during your appointment so don't pay at the meter!
