I got the deluxe pedicure which includes a soak, nail care, massage and callus removal for $40. They were very nice and welcoming. Attentive and careful. It's been a long time since I've gotten a French so I decided to add that on for an extra $5. That foot massage was a life saver though. All it needed was some care and I was able to walk a little better. I'd definitely com back if I'm in the area again.

None of the customers were watching the game, yet the staff reacted to it as if they were at a sports bar. The constant yelling and loud outbursts became so distracting that they gave me a headache. I even put on my headphones to try to block out the noise, but then realized I shouldn't have to do that just to enjoy a manicure and pedicure. A salon should provide a calm, relaxing environment where customers can enjoy their services. These people were rude and disrespectful. This wasn't an isolated incident. On previous visits, I've also experienced staff members laughing and carrying on very loud conversations with one another during my appointments. While it's nice to see employees enjoying their work, the focus should remain on creating a pleasant, peaceful experience for customers. The one bright spot was the woman who performed my pedicure. She was kind, professional, and did an excellent job. I truly appreciated her service. I hope management will recognize that the customer experience should always come first.

The salon is clean and the music is nice. Enjoyed a massage while I had my nails done. Just an overall great experience. That being said, the downside is my nails did not come out the color I requested. I thought I was getting pink like my toes but it came out more purple. Also they are a little pricey. $60 for SNS. She said normally it's $55 but they charged an extra $5 for shaping. Huh? I thought shaping the nails was included, I don't like salons that upcharge for every little thing. Then she accidentally charged me $45 for my eyebrows. She couldn't refund my card but gave me $30 back in cash. I left feeling a little annoyed.

When the pedicure was complete and I went to pay I was told $47, to which I responded that I normally pay $32 for a basic pedicure, which includes the polish. The owner fired back at me that I had received Gel nails, and therefore the charge was more. I replied to her that I did not request gel nor did it say anything about gel nails on my selected color. Instead of a professional approach speaking to me calmly, and maybe apologize for a misunderstanding, it turned into a high pitched broken English event . They need to clearly tell the customer if they are going to use gel color and not provide a surprise bill. I was not pleased and it did cross my mind that this might have been a tactic to up charge the customer. Aside from the polish issue, I was satisfied with the way the pedicure was done.

Every time I have visited, they have only used soap and lotion on my feet and nothing more. What surprises me most is that they do not use any type of foot scrub during the service. A foot scrub is typically a basic part of a standard pedicure at most nail salons, yet it has never been included during any of my visits. There is very little exfoliation or foot care provided beyond washing and applying lotion. For the price being charged, I expected a much more thorough pedicure experience. Unfortunately, I do not feel the service justifies the cost, and I would not consider it a good value. If you're looking for a pedicure that includes the standard treatments most salons provide, you may be disappointed.
