Came in for pedicure and manicure- really nice salon inside sit is new. The salons are clean and staff is nice. The issue I encountered was that my manicure was not that great at all. The person I had got a little to cut happy with my cuticle on my right thumb. She has trimmed it and it bled-not excessively but enough for me to watch her like a hawk. I went without any additional service of polish - decided to immediately wash my hands to prevent any further infection. She did apologize and had provided some antiseptic for the bleeding that occurred. This is not my usual salon so I knew my expectations- with that said-this will be my last time coming here. Positive note the Royal Pedicure was really nice - my feet were a lot better - my manicure was not great at all. read more

What a gorgeous nail salon! They were previously next door in a smaller suite called Tips and Toes but they recently moved and the entire space was renovated. It's very beautiful and very fancy. I noticed 16 pedicure chairs and a large space in the middle for manicures. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They offered water, soda and even wine I believe. This was the first time I did dip nails, and they turned out beautiful and perfectly shaped/filed, my only complaint is that my cuticles weren't worked on nor did a receive a hand massage with lotion (maybe this is only for manicures, I have no idea lol). My toes were super cute and they offered a large selection of color options. The dip nail alone was $45 and I guess that's roughly around the same price as other places The owner was at the front desk when it was time for me to pay and she was so sweet! Very kind and friendly. She wore a genuine smile and it was definitely appreciated. Great location off of Cobb Pkwy by the Kennesaw Walmart. read more

Steer far away from this place. It's beautiful inside, but the experience left my toes feeling abused and sore. My mom and I came for a pedicure. It started out fine, he clipped and filed my toenails, but then he broke out the electric buffer. He got my skin with it repeatedly until he got me really bad and I said "ow" and pulled my foot away. He laughed. Then, he started clipping my non-existent "ingrown toenails" which was really him just clipping a straight line down my toenail and ripping it out. I had to say "ow, that hurts" multiple times and he laughed each time. I had 3 toes bleeding. Then, the weirdest part, after he did the sugar scrub, he tickled my foot and stared at me waiting for my reaction. When I didn't react, he looked bummed and moved on. Then came the lotion massage. He dug his thumbs so deep into my calves it was painful, all the while looking at me for a reaction. I tried to ignore it. Then, he placed towels that felt freshly boiled onto my calves and scalded me. Finally, to top things off, when he painted my toes he got polish all over the outside of the nail and had to use acetone to clean it up, which obviously stung terribly on my freshly shredded cuticles. And then left a clear coat border on all of my nails. To top off all of this, he was talking on the phone for half of my pedicure and then playing a casino game for the other half! Overall not a relaxing experience at all, and now my toes are in a lot of pain. Hopefully i don't get an infection. read more

still sitting here and this is a shitshow! one worker that speaks English, 3 people working. got here at 1:00p. made apt for two items with one tech in advance. someone else did my toes and they are awful...a mess. still waiting to get my nails done but I had to shape them myself. oh....and there are two of one of their kids running around in here which the last time, the kid overcharged me. NEVER coming back!!! I'll be surprised if they are still in business next week!!!! read more

Came in with a friend to get pedicures. There was only one person in the shop and she had to leave us waiting in the pedicure chairs while she went down to Starbucks to get the other employee that was working. We both chose the same pedicure from the menu that included a foot massage. Partway through the pedicure another customer with an appointment came in but the employee her appointment was with had not arrived. This resulted in the person working on my toes getting up to call the missing employee multiple times to get her to come in. They didn't have the waiting customer sit down and wait, they just left her standing there watching us get pedicures. Eventually, she just walked out which resulted in more angry phone calls to the missing employee. My friend was done long before I was due to the delays but when she told me I was done I asked "What about the massage?" she told me she did it. I looked at my friend and asked if she noticed a massage, she didn't recall getting one either. Most of the nail salons I've been to set a timer or use massage oil for the massage part. I guess they counted one of the masks they rub on your feet as the massage as well. She wasn't too happy that we didn't notice a message and of course we tipped based on the level of service received. Several months later I began getting text messages from them advertising specials even though I replied "stop" as instructed to be removed they continue. read more
