We decided to take my daughter for her very first manicure/ pedicure and boy was that a mistake. The nail tech completely ruined my daughters cuticles and even nicked her skin until it bled. I'm so irritated that nail salons are operating with nail techs that don't know how to do a simple mani pedi. The nail polish job was okay but I'm so disappointed that I now have to work to repair her cuticles. The nail tech didn't even apologize for cutting my baby and completely acted as if nothing happened. Never Ever Again!!! read more

Im new to the area and found this nail salon on yelp! I called to book an appointment they answered the phone asap, with great customer service and booked me. The salon is spacious, clean, and pretty! They have panels between the customer and nail tech, a chair between each customer, and a nice cool temp inside. JANE was awesome, her customer service was impressive, and her creativity and patience with my nails was just what I was looking for. I gave her a picture of what I wanted and executed! The parking is simple and easy, they offer water, nice music in the background, television to watch, and the best massage seat ever! The prices are affordable, with a lot of different options. I stopped by right after the gym to check this new salon out and was pleasantly surprised! It's beautiful inside and every worker was incredibly friendly and personable, unlike places around here. I had Tim and he did a GREAT JOB. I get gel (I hate SNS and acrylic). Not only did they have a ton of options but everything is fresh and clean. Can you say impressed!!! Located off of Charles hardy pkwy . The salon ‍ s in a shopping center with a Chinese restaurant and Babcock furniture. Walking in to the nail salon I was taken aback by the decor. It's beautiful, everything is clean and shiny. They have their prices printed clearly on their menu. So I requested the deluxe herbal pedicure, I thought it was going to be a generic thing with them throwing some blue stuff in the water. Uhmmmm no all I know my feet are baby soft! I don't know what kind of sorcery she did with the oranges and the stuff she rubbed in my feet. Wherever she used is the truth !!!! Shout out to Ivy!!! girl you got the magic in your hands. Best pedicure hands down. The hot stones were the perfect temperature, the foot massage was everything. The girl that did my manicure have my nails looking brand new. You would never know I got a crappy mani pedi from another nail salon. By the time I left my feet were massaged , my calf's, shoulder and neck is feeling good . This was my first visit and I was very open minded. When I got there everyone was friendly. I got a full set and a manicure. The nail tech was very friendly. Mid way through my full set the Manger kept coming to look at my nails right there in from of me she criticized the tech. I learned this person was new and fresh out of school. She did and ok job but a few nails were slanted and the French tips were different ways. I don't think it was worth 76.00 and they should have taken money off. I'm one that don't want to complain or get into a argument and they knew it was bad. I do feel as a Black woman establishments such as these always frown down on us and never give us a chance as a customer. They assume we will not tip. The will let whomever practice on us but will never do it to the white woman. It's like they give them the best treatment. It's hard for me to come to these places for this reason. I'm just stating my observations, my experience, and my opinion. I will attempt in the future to look for black own and operated and give them a chance and see how their services goes. read more

First time I went Anna did my nails and it was nice. She's not always there cause she's at the other location or school. The 2nd time I went this older guy did my nails I showed him what I wanted and he did the absolute opposite. Honestly I just went with the flow because I was pissed and he couldn't understand a lick of English ...I spent 52 dollars on some glow in the dark nails that I did not ask for . Whatever he used he charged me 10 dollars more for the acrylic but as it was time to get in the bed that's when I noticed they glowed in the dark. I went back in and spoke with jasmine(because) when I initially got there that's who I showed exactly what I wanted and I was under the impression she was going to do my nails. But anywho when I told her about it she tells me well he said you agreed to this I said mam I showed you what I wanted and him this look nothing like what I wanted.. She acted like she had an attitude because I made a complaint but all that to say I will never go back!!! Beautiful places inside but definitely not worth the over priced amount especially not getting what you want. And not to mention everytime I asked him or tried to tell him that was not what I asked for he couldn't understand a word I was saying so again I will never go back here. My toes even looked terrible they charged me 5 dollars extra to remove gel from my toes to do regular polish and it looked terrible ... just went all bad read more

Not good. Always rushed. I have to ask for extra attention to my feet every time after paying $65 for a pedicure. I've tried several times to use this place because it's close to home. However I like to get what I pay for. I don't want to go home and have to fix anything after paying for it. My sister and I came into town to visit mom for the holidays. While mom took a nap, my sister and I snuck off and found this gem of a place. We both got the royal pedicure, I got a gel manicure, and a well needed brow wax. The total was $128, but they gave us a 20% off discount for their grand opening. What a luxurious experience. They did a thoroughly beautiful job while being friendly and personable. We will definitely make this a regular event when mom takes her nap when we visit. read more

I wanted to love this place. My first time there was amazing, and ever since then it has been disappointing. My second time there, I waited almost two hours for my mani/pedi appointment to begin, even though I had called ahead and was asked to come in at the time I arrived. I figured maybe they were having an off day so I gave them another chance. The third time, I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time and a few days after my appointment, two of my toes were infected. This was approximately two weeks ago and they still aren't fully healed. I will not be back. read more

First time today. First mani and pedi since pandemic started. Loved how all personnel wear masks and all customers must wash hands before selecting polish. Booked an appointment but had to wait 15 minutes while the young lady got everyone settled in chairs at store opening. Unfortunately she also almost over-flowed my foot bath while doing that, and had to remove some water by using a bowl. Liked how they have a "menu" of services to look at that offers probably every service you can think of, but didn't like that no one showed me how to use the console for the massage chair. Jeff did a very nice job on the Deluxe pedicure. Khoi really worked on my bad cuticles for the Deluxe manicure, and I did get a shoulder massage but not the hot stone one that I should have gotten with the Deluxe. All in all, a nice experience with a couple of glitches. Will definitely return to participate in the customer loyalty program. read more
