They did a great job on my nails but I asked multiple times how much my services were going to be and they said $55 for a gel set with square shape and round edges and $20 for the basic pedicure. They charged me an extra $15 for the polish! Since when is there an extra charge for polish?? I expected to spend $75 + tip. I paid $105 without tip. They are extremely clean, offer refreshments, adequate amenities, etc. The nail color selection is out of this world and each artist has their own touch -- the ladies here are so talented. CND brisa gel nails hold up fantastic. I work a hands-on labor intensive job and have only broken/lost one nail on week 4 of a set. The first time I came I made my appointment online and When I arrived it was a little busy but they got me right in for my pedicure and started working on my fill while I was still at the pedicure station. because this was my first time here I decided to go with a pretty basic nail design because I didn't know what to expect. They did an OK job on the nail design but again it while it wasn't difficult. Overall my first experience was OK which prompted the second visit. Even though my gel polish slid off of my acrylic nails I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I made my appointment online again for a nail removal and a basic manicure because I wanted to give my nails a rest for a couple weeks before getting a new full set put back on. When I came in I checked and picked my nail color I had to wait a little longer today but there were not as many workers. When I sat down he tried to get me to get a fill even though I said no several times. After I said no to the fill it seemed as though he got an attitude and started being rough it was at this time I knew this would be my last visit. Against my better judgment I decide to stay and finish the process because I didn't want to walk around with my nails looking crazy but just because I just didn't want to get the service you recommend it does not mean that you start to give poor customer service. I personally would not go back due to the customer service even though the nail services were just OK and will do in a pinch. I will be looking for a new nail salon because this is not worth my money to be treated horribly. The customer service that I received the first time seemed to be better because I was getting a full spa pedicure and a fill and nail art but today because I had a lesser service I felt that that reflected the customer service or lack there of for the second visit. Went to get eyebrow wax today and I was feeling a bit under the weather so I'm going to assume that's why I didn't notice until this evening, but I don't think she actually did my eyebrows I made a sound while she was applying the wax and she said "it hurt?" I said ya you're pulling my skin, usually the wax is hotter. And She laughed. Been there before for a manicure and pedicure and now I know why I never returned. Not good! read more

I showed up to the Lush Nail Bar an hour before they closed with no appointment, and they still managed to fit me in. This was my first ever time getting acrylics and my first ever time going to this nail bar. These nails were for my 16th birthday, Jay was incredibly nice and was very precise despite the amount of time we had, my nails came out exactly like my reference photo and I could not recommend this place more. So grateful that Jay made my birthday extra special with these amazing nails! 100% recommend coming here and will definitely be back! read more

Definitely, too in the area. I've spent 3 years looking in the Dallas/ Acworth areas and so far I decided to stay with them. Selina gave a really good pedicure and I want to hate keep but Kevin and Jay will have me coming back. Very clean vibe as well. Plenty of colors and designs to chose from. Phenomenal customer service, great conversation, I am new to the Acworth area so he also have some amazing food recommendations. (Thanks again, John!) His wife, Jessica gave the BEST SNS manicure. My daughter had her nails done here today and was left with multiple nails cut and bleeding. The person who worked on her nails tried to clean the blood with acetone for goodness sake. It was a painful experience for my young teen. Their consolation was 15% off. Smh. The second star is only for the fact that my wife's service went well. If you expect customer first experience then avoid this location. They appear to be customer service, friendly, until after they collect your money. Once it is collected, they change, and will not attempt to make their wrong in the eyes of customer right. keep in mind customers are always right because they know what they want. Newer nail salon that is in my area and I wanted to give it a try. I was greeted promptly and asked what services what I would like and what I was looking to do with my nails. The lady was very friendly and helpful. I just waited a few minutes and I was helped my Michael. He was very nice and at his station he has examples of work that he does for the nail art he does. I will definitely be back for that as my nail lady retired a couple years ago and I have not been able to find anyone to do any detailed art on me since then so I have been keeping it pretty basic but now I know this! I had a nail repair and quiet an extensive fill this time since it's been a while since I have been able to go anywhere. He was pretty fast but through. The prices we great!! Another salon not too far would have charge me double literally for the same exact thing. I'm pretty impressed. I will definitely be back. Spent an hour and a half in the chair getting SNS done. I didn't even have nails to soak off. Tech messed up my nails 3 times and then rushed at the end. Nails look terrible and they didn't even offer any sort of discount for their mess ups. Very frustrated with this salon. They used to be so friendly and now it's all about the bottom line. This is the BEST pedicure I have ever received!! Walked in and was greeted immediately. They were all super nice and helped me pick out the perfect color. I am picky but I was aiming for a milky pink-ish white color. I believe Henry and David both picked out the same pinky color and I was a little skeptical because it looked too pink but indeed it was the exact color I wanted after he applied it. It was more than perfect. My girlfriend and I both got gel polish and did the $30 dollar pedi. Both David and Henry offered us a drink when we sat down and made us feel comfortable with the water temperature. They were fantastic! Majority of the time I either get hurt by the drill bit or when they do my cuticles but David went above and beyond by being careful. The total cost was only $45 and we obviously left a great tip but I will not go anywhere else. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews - but this was the absolute worst manicure I've ever had. They didn't remove all the previous gel and painted over it leaving bubbles and white spots. The manicurist was going to trim my cuticles while they were dry, I had to ask her to sock my hand in water. Maybe she was new, idk...but I would never come back. read more

First time I came John did an amazing job. He took his time and was super nice and professional. I got a pedicure and he didn't rush. Second time I came I got Michael. Not only did he rush, but he cut my right big toe on both sides, it's still very sore. He also had maybe someone helping or watching over his craft. A younger guy, I will say he said something in there language, looked at me and laughed. Honestly I will only go back if I need a pedicure and can't get into another salon. Excellent! Michelle did my gel manicure today and I couldn't be happier! Michelle was personable and took her time doing a wonderful job. I had been going to two other salons in the area where my manicure was always lumpy, poorly done and always felt rushed. The interior of this salon was very clean along with a very pleasant and welcoming front desk young lady with excellent customer service skills. this place is focused on being money hungry and charging you extra for NOTHING and steady changing prices to more money instead of giving great customer service .. I have been coming and everytime it's something different. poor customer service they do not care about making things right and providing quality service for their guest ... horrible .. I tried to stick it out but I will no longer give them a chance to be rude , extra charge me and treat me like I'm not a paying customer ..
