The reason I no longer go there is because front desk/managers/powers that be can't abide by their scheduling. If you don't have a 10am appt, you won't be seen at the time of your appt. I gave the establishment several opportunities, but there were many times I had to wait over 45 minutes for my appt time even when I show up earlier. This last time my daughter was waiting 30 minutes and was told by the person who makes her rounds that "the person before you was a walk in so we can't control that." Unfortunately, we will be going elsewhere. If we are mindful of their time by making appointments and being on time, they, as an established business, be mindful as well.

I took my daughter down the street to Super Nails where I knew they'd fix her nails right and be super kind in the process. There is zero reason you would talk so ugly to a kid!
