Best SNS EVER! Since moving here 2 years ago, I've been looking for a place to get my nails done. Finding hair, nails, lash people are hard enough but even harder when you're new in town and you moved here during height of pandemic. This has become my favorite place to have my nails done in Acworth. It is like a hidden secret. Only share with your besties!!!! They are clean, nice, respectful and talented. You can bring in pictures of what you have seen on tiktok, Pinterest, or wherever and tell them you want X,Yand Z from the picture and they will match it! My only feedback is that their books don't show all of their SNS colors- but if I show them pictures of what I want or tell them what I am looking for, they always have it! Walked in and was not offered any beverages or greeted properly one stylist Tina began my toes and did not understand my request for design which was a French I explain to the gentleman who came over to interpret btw also didn't greet me- what I wanted and he said oh don't worry I will do it for you. I literally had to end up explaining to him how to do the French! No really a French! Should've known that that was my first red flag! When he got to my nails he told me I needed a new set. Even though I told him my nails weren't that old he insisted and told me I would not achieve the shape I wanted without it. Ok sure then! Showed him the design many times and he said oh sure that's easy. He did my nail polish wrong three times by the time he got to the French he did it wrong I had to tell him you did wrong. Told him to take off the French it looked so terrible it was so uneven! I was viable and verbally expressive of my unsatisfied service. Ask him literally what was he expecting me to pay when I came in and asked for a design he says yes knowing he can't achieve, why YES he DID still charge me for my entire SERVICE! Every time I come here I love it more. Shayla is incredible with nails and she always remembers her customers. She's the owner and she's honest and always takes care of her customers. I used to do gel nails and her sets never lifted and always looked great. I've switched to SNS nails and had chrome nails at this salon and I'm never disappointed. They have a great loyalty program and all the staff is friendly and accommodating. I've been to so many salons in the greater Atlanta area and this is the best I've found. Came here on a whim right after kayaking and being rained out on Acworth lake. Too early for dinner so pedis it is. I quickly searched for a place close by and Serene came up, 7 min away. I didn't expect much and I'm glad I didn't. The place is tiny, in a strip mall, and limited nail polish selection. They do offer you complimentary beverages such as water, wine, or beer. The place is clean but very average. They did a decent job with my pedi but the massage wasn't long enough and the massage chairs are painful to figure out. Asking doesn't work as there is a huge language barrier. I won't come back but it was ok for a random stop. You get 10% off if you check in. read more

I love how they use gel polish over acrylic so you can easily change colors without having to file off all the powder which is a nightmare. We were so looking forward to this; our first pedicure since before covid. Arrived at 1:45, for 2 pedicures. No appointment, so we expected to wait. We were not given a time estimate. Ended up waiting an hour for one; the other was finally pointed to a chair 20 minutes later. Waited another 10 minutes for someone to actually put water in the basin. Not all customers wore masks; of those wearing them, only half were wearing them over nose and mouth. Same with employees. The only cleaning we saw was the chair was sprayed down after each customer, but then wiped with the same cloth each time. Technicians here are extremely slow; it's as if they have no idea how long their service takes. We were there for 3 hours. And to add insult to injury, it wasn't even that good of a job. The 3 stars is generous, but we won't be going back. read more

Nice salon with most friendly nail technicians. Everything was clean and in good repair. My experience, thought, wasn't great. I was welcomed right away by who I think was the owner. She was very friendly and helpful. My nail tech was not. She only spoke to ask which color I had chosen and to give commands on where she wanted my feet/ when to pick up my leg and put it down. The pedicure she did was less than satisfactory. She filed my square nails into indefinite shapes and left gel all around my nail beds, two of which were bleeding from her rough handling. She ended the service by rubbing acetone onto my nails...?? Left Serenity with lotion on my feet and legs that had not been rubbed in or wiped off. The MOST awful spa experience I've ever had. Dropped in for a pedicure and manicure after a tough day at work. They sat me in a spa chair, turned the water on hot, and left me there to greet some customers who walked in after me. Meanwhile, my water became unbearably hot and nearly overflowed before they noticed. She fixed my water and left me again. They sat the two customers who came in behind me and immediately started working on them while I waited. My purse was in the way of the manicurist who sat down to help the lady who came in AFTER ME and she made a big deal about it, so I moved it for her. After a short-ish wait, a lady sat down and started my pedicure. When she got to the dead skin removal on my heels, she showed the dead skin on the cheese grater to her co-worker beside her and they both laughed. She noticed that I was watching them and she showed it to me and tried to play it off. From that point on, I was completely miserable. I did not enjoy my time there at all and it was all I could do to not burst into tears while she finished working on my feet. After my pedicure, she tried to sit me down at a station for the manicure and I told her that I didn't want it any more and would be leaving immedately. I told the lady who checked me out my issues with the service. I also explained to her that I am a working mother who does not have time for self care or money for the luxury of frequent pedicures and now I had spent money on an absolutely miserable experience. Although she tried to make it up to me by offering me a gift card for another visit, I told her that I absolutely would not be coming back. Ever. Awful experience, awful service, awful place. i went here for some self care the day after we had to help our precious 13 year old doggy transition. my face was still swollen from crying. i was still crying.... i told them i just needed a manicure and pedicure, something to distract myself, and explained why. Shayla was so sweet and sympathetic. Dan did my pedicure and he was wonderful. I forget who did my manicure, but at the end, Shayla and added a puppy paw to each thumb and wrote Leo's name on my pointer fingers. The manicurists, pedicurists, and Shayla are so so sweet and talented. I will most certainly be returning here regularly, and while getting a manicure and pedicure didn't take away the pain of losing my buddy the day before, the kindness they showed and details Shayla added with the heart puppy pay and Leos name bring me joy when I look down at my hands now. read more

It started chipping all by itself after 4 days. *Update* (10/1/18) The owner Trang personally reached out to me and she came back from her maternity leave just to personally fix my manicure!
