Very disappointed in this establishment. Went for over a yr and then when my nail tech got too busy I went somewhere else. I had an issue at that salon and this salon is now not raking me after a yr of paying them over $100=service plus tip. I highly recommend going to a different salon. Most nail techs here can't even achieve a straight stilleto It's funny how the owner responds but yet doesn't know the situation. Firstly I haven't been there 1.5yrs and never "nickle and dimed" was told $70-80 every service until the last which was $100 even though I got the same service as normal and I still paid no problem and tipped. Just confirmed that would be the new normal price. The only time I "gave the tech a hard time" is making sure my nails were straight. No one wants crooked nails. As so many women know too well the other salon in Alpharetta tried to pull the scam of telling one price then charging another. It was 75 before sitting down after explaining exactly what I wanted then when service was complete wanted 135 before tip after cutting up my hands, having different length nails, crooked nails, and couldn't even manage to do an ombre. I offered to pay the original agreed upon price and was refused then assaulted when trying to step outside to make a phone call to see how to legally handle the matter so had to leave. I have the dents on my bfs car hood where the man from the salon hit the car. read more

I had an appointment with zuri at 12:30pm I got there at 12:20 so I waited for her but she took to long tht Cindy had to put me with a Chinese guy I don't know his name he was being very rude with me just because I told him nicely tht I dint like the shape of my nails, he was doing the 3D flower tht I ask for soo ugly,so I told him to take it off and I decided to just do simple French since he wasn't doing anything right, he just rudely took the ugly flower he did and called Cindy and told her tht I was just changing my mind and then he stared to talk in his lenguaje a lot of shit tht really piss me off but I just don't said anything. I was very disappointed with my nails. I went in on 10/2/21, I was a walk-in. I walked in a little before 11 and they asked me to come back at noon since they were busy. I came back at noon, and waited for 45 more minutes before I could be seen. I didn't mind waiting as they were pretty busy. The girl who did my nails was very nice, but her brush for the acrylic was clumpy and she had to scrape a lot of hardened acrylic off of it every nail or two. Amazing amazing amazing! I just moved to the area and have been trying out salons as they have all been just terrible... I have found this gem and am so happy to say I have zero complaints. They corrected my lumpy mistakes left behind by previous salons and reshaped my coffin nails which I never could get any other salon to perfect. They are very attentive from the moment you walk in and refer to you by name the entire time. Brought my daughter with me and just their overall team is amazing. Def call ahead for an appointment because they are always busy (which is a great sign). I've never really found a salon close by that I LOVED, and once I did I moved across the city to Woodstock... I stumbled upon Spa Nails since it was nearby and I absolutely love this place. The owner Tony was kind and hilarious, the techs were very helpful and sweet. Last week when I went in for SNS I was told that Tony's niece and her husband picked up the spot so he could have a salon closer to his home in Lawrenceville. Didn't think the place could get better but those two did great... new furniture/ old pieces rearranged, new line of colors that each come in polish/ gel/ SNS. They've seen me twice now since a nail broke and are the kindest people I've met at a salon. Their prices are fair, and the techs are still just as amazing! The only thing I would say is to make an appointment the day before/ morning of when you want to have a service. Can't wait to bring my bridal party there in a month to get our nails done before my wedding!! read more

I found this place by looking through Instagram. The pictures of the nails looked really good so I thought I should check this place out. Then I saw the reviews on Yelp and that almost made me change my min but I thought, what the hell. I called and was told to come over right away. I got seated right away. The guy that did my pedicure did great. He was quick but cleaned my feet up nice. Then I got seated with the nail tech. I chose to do ombré. She made sure to ask through my session if everything was good. She made me check my nails twice if I thought they were to my liking. She also placed the acrylic thick enough so it wouldn't break. I really liked those things about her. Overall the nails were done beautifully and the shape was a perfect coffin. I will definitely go back again! read more

I decided to try this place because of the Instagram photos, it seems like everybody there did good work so I walked in one day and I got put with somebody who may be closer to being an amateur(was very nice but that doesn't pay my bills) in my opinion. I have been getting my nails done for the last 15/16 years every two weeks. I recently moved and needed a new place. I showed them a design that I saw on their Insta that now I know was done by somebody who may run the place. They charged me $70 before tip, (mind you they went and asked her what they should charge me, while I was washing my hands, because of what she charged somebody who got rhinestones which I did not get I got sequins that fell off next day, I'm sorry but an amateur should not charge $70 for sub par work) I get if that if the person who has more experience did it but my nails literally started lifting cracking the designs started coming off within 3 days I am very disappointed and I've never spent that much on my nails and I've had way better jobs done, I've done ombré and designs and nails last 2-4 weeks and spent way less. I also don't generally leave bad reviews. So if you see a pic of what you want done, ask for THAT person. (See pic) I wanted short natural shaped nails I specifically said not thick or chunky. I've been coming here for years, but they really need to clean this place. I've always had them do waxing, but the room they do it in is disgusting. I'm a little worried that it is not sanitary at all. The floors haven't been cleaned in months. I very well doubt they change the sheet and towel that got lay on very often. First timer here recently and was not impressed. The girl with dark short hair at the front was the only super friendly person however my nail technician was not. Didn't engage in any conversation with me that had to do with the work she was doing and it was very noticeable she didn't want to be there or was frustrated at something. I found this very unprofessional and I did not have a good experience. She also was hurting me during the process and was not a fan of the acrylics they used. I told her I wanted my nails squared but because their acrylics are naturally coffin shaped, I ended up with coffin shaped nails and one crooked nail. read more

I normally come get a full set of SNS and a pedi every other week or so... about 5 days after getting my nails done I broke a nail (which w SNS never happens for me anymore but meh) so I stop in and try to find the same color so I could have the nail fixed. Couldn't find it for nothing... or one that was even close... one of the girls helped me look and look... finally we just decided to do an accent nails w sparkles and do a nail on both hands. You know w SNS you have to soak the whole nail... she took the time to do them, and then cleaned up my cuticles and when she was done she had the nerve to say NO CHARGE!..... When our regular nail salon was over-booked, with a one-hour wait, my daughter and I were pleased to find what we hoped would be a good "back-up salon," not too far away. Unfortunately, Spa Nails disqualified itself from that hopeful position, and from ever receiving any future patronage from us, at all. Perhaps the fact that there were only two other customers in the salon when we arrived, should've been a bit of a red flag for us. And when the technician manicuring my daughter's nails chopped too closely when trimming her cuticles, causing her finger to bleed, that should've been ANOTHER red flag . . But more disappointing than the cuticle-gouging, was the price-gouging we received at the end of the service! We were quoted one price, prior to the service, and expected to pay much more afterward. I understood they probably felt the need to overcharge because they didn't have as many customers as some of the other salons, but that is no way to get repeat customers. We were still complaining about our service while waiting in the restaurant, next-door... when a customer at the restaurant turned around and said, "I'm sorry that I overheard your conversation, but I went to that same nail salon the other day, and they cut MY finger, as well." She showed us a cut on her cuticle, that had begun to scab over, and mentioned that she, too, had been greatly overcharged. Accidents happen... Cuticles get snipped too closely...yet those things can be overlooked. But quoting one price, and then raising it after the service is complete, is a sure way to destroy a business. If this business is miraculously still open when you are looking for a nail salon, just save yourself some flesh and cash, and keep on looking read more

Giving two stars because Hannah did a *perfect* SNS manicure for me last time, but I won't be back again. I had a 7pm appointment, and by 7:50, I just walked out. I'm not trying to be at the nail shop until 9pm on a Friday. There are too many other nail places in the area. Bad management. I get that "people were late for appointments", but when someone's on time, you take them. No worries though! I'll just find somewhere else. It's a shame, because Hannah is so talented. Once Helen, Tim, and Tony left this place has been horrible. I made an appointment for SNS, it was very thick the lady put on 3 coats. My nails were not shaped correctly either. I told her I like them square, and they were more square rounded. Once she put the top coat on she had me hold my nails in front of a fan, causing the top coat to run on my nails. They looked and felt horrible. I called to get them redone and the owners made excuses for their work. They took the top coat off and put gel on top of the SNS, which is now chipping off not even a week later. I do not recommend this place if you're used to the previous owners. The prices went up (now $40 compared to $30 for SNS) for work that does not meet expectations. read more
