The BEST pedicures and service! I started going here when I first moved to Atlanta in early 2020. The experience, each time I go, is just wonderful. I have brought my daughters here with me, and we have always had a good outcome and a luxuriously relaxing pedicure. It doesn't matter which person works on you- they all do a great job, are attentive and courteous. The owner is friendly and makes sure the atmosphere of the place is peaceful for clients. I have had the manicure service as well, and it was excellent- but I only do regular classic polish (so can't comment on gels, etc). I had to go back to Ohio for a period of time and tried going to my old salon. While it was the best I had gone to there, it could not hold a candle to Top Nails! I realized what a special service they provide. No bored, half-hearted work there! Only caring, efficient, and excellent work. I've been meaning to write a review for awhile- sorry for the book size post, but they are just that good and I have been so happy to have found them. Love this salon. The employees are so nice! Comfortable, sanitary, efficient, affordable. I've never been turned away for same-day availability, and even as a walk-in I have never had to wait long at all. Lots of color and service options and pricing levels. My go-to is SNS with tips on my fingers, matching gel on my toes, and they never make me feel embarrassed by the caveman callouses on my feet, which they take care of efficiently and carefully. I've seen them do some really pretty nail art on their social media, too. I wish I had the option to do my feet first and then my hands instead of having them do it simultaneously. I'm uncoordinated (and calloused, oooh sexy) and it's not very relaxing to coordinate the process. I do think they would accommodate me if I asked, but I don't want to be a needy Karen on top of my natural clumsy calloused sexy she-beast self. Ha! read more

I never write reviews, but I just had to today! I came in, no appointment and never had been there before, but they took me in graciously. I was greeted by a very sweet young man, whom set up the chair for my pedicure and placed the tips on my nails. We spoke about my tattoos for a short bit before the ladies who were going to do my set and pedicure were ready to take me on. Once started, they walked me through everything and had a nice little menu available for everything they offer. Kate/Katie did my full set and man did she exceed my expectations! She only heard what I wanted and she understood the assignment! I unfortunately did not catch the name of the lady who did my pedicure, but she was super sweet and funny! I have been struggling for years to find a replacement nail salon since moving more south and I believe I've finally found it! Thank you all for the services you provided for me today! First time coming to this nail salon and I absolutely love it. I did not get the name of the woman that did my pedicure but she was the absolute best. When I come home from work my mom give me foot rubs and her massage felt just like moms. She was very sweet and share with me about her daughter. I ended up getting a manicure because I was just so relaxed and decided to pamper myself a little more. She continues with my massage. I've been coming here for several years , even when they were under the old management. I'm usually pretty happy with my services but the last two visits have been sub-par. I had a pedicure and SnS. MySNS was sloppy and left my cuticles a ragged mess. My pedicure was rushed and chipped in a matter of day. There are too many salons within a two mile radius to keep coming back to mediocrity. read more

Not coming back. This is the second time they did awful job. First time I had to go back after 3 days and have them redone and paid full price AGAIN! Now the shape is off. Wanted simple round nails. this is the first nail salon i've been to since moving to this area & i won't be going anywhere else. great experience from service to staff. took my mom here while she was visiting from out of town. we each had a citrus pedi & a mani (classic for her & gel fir me). our technicians were incredibly kind & extremely helpful when aiding us in finding a natural pink base color for colored tip design. while the salon doesn't have too much to ooh & aah over, the chairs are comfortable & the color options are vast. our pedi's felt & smelled great. & the polish jobs look top notch. looking forward to going back. read more

I love this place! I live in the heart of East Cobb (Walton school district) and willingly drive past 10+ nail salons to make my way here. From my experience it is never too busy, and they do a fabulous job on my SNS manicure and regular polish pedicure. Excellent customer service!!! I love the way Daniel looked at my nails and guided me into getting the dipping powder over the acrylic that I originally planned to get. Loved my shape. They offer you water and ask you how you like your nails while they are doing them. Ti was very gentle with my hands and gave an awesome massage before finishing. I didn't get the glossy coat on my nails at first but later regretted it. Daniel had no problem going back to fix it for me by adding the glossy coat which made me soooo happy! There's always laughing and the nail techs and pedicure specialists are so sweet and always making sure I'm comfortable and happy.
