I never write reviews, but I just had to today! I came in, no appointment and never had been there before, but they took me in graciously. I was greeted by a very sweet young man, whom set up the chair for my pedicure and placed the tips on my nails. We spoke about my tattoos for a short bit before the ladies who were going to do my set and pedicure were ready to take me on. Once started, they walked me through everything and had a nice little menu available for everything they offer. Kate/Katie did my full set and man did she exceed my expectations! She only heard what I wanted and she understood the assignment! I unfortunately did not catch the name of the lady who did my pedicure, but she was super sweet and funny! I have been struggling for years to find a replacement nail salon since moving more south and I believe I've finally found it! Thank you all for the services you provided for me today! You have saved me from the wrath of my baby sister who gets married on Friday!

I cannot believe this place doesn't have more reviews - it is fantastic! I have a Disney trip coming up and they were able to do this flawless Monsters Inc design with gel for me. Every detail was carefully painted and they also took their time on nail prep. So many places make you feel rushed nowadays but they took their time and made sure I got all my money's worth with this. Will definitely be back.

First time coming to this nail salon and I absolutely love it. I did not get the name of the woman that did my pedicure but she was the absolute best. When I come home from work my mom give me foot rubs and her massage felt just like moms. She was very sweet and share with me about her daughter. This place was so wonderful and Daniel is so kind . Everyone is talented and they fit 3 of us into their schedule . I definitely recommend this salon! They're new to the area and deserve to be successful.

Amazing service, and best of all, amazing atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and warm and fun. There's always laughing and the nail techs and pedicure specialists are so sweet and always making sure I'm comfortable and happy. I'm very picky about my nails and they never mind an extra filing here or redoing a coat of paint there. The prices are great and the talent of these nail techs are unrivaled for this area. The pedicures are amazing and very well priced. I'm super happy and I love everyone there. Just got home and I'm holding a baby but I'll try and get adequate photos of the work, I love this place!

The BEST pedicures and service! I started going here when I first moved to Atlanta in early 2020. The experience, each time I go, is just wonderful. I have brought my daughters here with me, and we have always had a good outcome and a luxuriously relaxing pedicure. It doesn't matter which person works on you- they all do a great job, are attentive and courteous. The owner is friendly and makes sure the atmosphere of the place is peaceful for clients. I have had the manicure service as well, and it was excellent- but I only do regular classic polish (so can't comment on gels, etc). I had to go back to Ohio for a period of time and tried going to my old salon. While it was the best I had gone to there, it could not hold a candle to Top Nails! I realized what a special service they provide. No bored, half-hearted work there! Only caring, efficient, and excellent work. I've been meaning to write a review for awhile- sorry for the book size post, but they are just that good and I have been so happy to have found them. I am almost always a walk-in, but never had difficulty getting a seat and great service. read more

Love this salon. The employees are so nice! Comfortable, sanitary, efficient, affordable. I've never been turned away for same-day availability, and even as a walk-in I have never had to wait long at all. Lots of color and service options and pricing levels. My go-to is SNS with tips on my fingers, matching gel on my toes, and they never make me feel embarrassed by the caveman callouses on my feet, which they take care of efficiently and carefully. I've seen them do some really pretty nail art on their social media, too. I wish I had the option to do my feet first and then my hands instead of having them do it simultaneously. I'm uncoordinated (and calloused, oooh sexy) and it's not very relaxing to coordinate the process. I do think they would accommodate me if I asked, but I don't want to be a needy Karen on top of my natural clumsy calloused sexy she-beast self. Ha! read more

First time coming to this nail salon and I absolutely love it. I did not get the name of the woman that did my pedicure but she was the absolute best. I've been coming here for several years , even when they were under the old management. I'm usually pretty happy with my services but the last two visits have been sub-par. I had a pedicure and SnS. MySNS was sloppy and left my cuticles a ragged mess. My pedicure was rushed and chipped in a matter of day. There are too many salons within a two mile radius to keep coming back to mediocrity. read more

I love this place! I live in the heart of East Cobb (Walton school district) and willingly drive past 10+ nail salons to make my way here. From my experience it is never too busy, and they do a fabulous job on my SNS manicure and regular polish pedicure. This is the only place I get my SNS done because it actually lasts 3+ weeks or longer. The staff is friendly and never feels like they are in a rush! read more

this is the first nail salon i've been to since moving to this area & i won't be going anywhere else. great experience from service to staff. took my mom here while she was visiting from out of town. we each had a citrus pedi & a mani (classic for her & gel fir me). our technicians were incredibly kind & extremely helpful when aiding us in finding a natural pink base color for colored tip design. while the salon doesn't have too much to ooh & aah over, the chairs are comfortable & the color options are vast. our pedi's felt & smelled great. & the polish jobs look top notch. looking forward to going back. read more

I've been coming here for years but won't return. If I have time to wait I just show up but when I'm on a tight schedule I make an appointment. They've never seen me at my appointment time. Today after waiting 20 minutes I left when he told me about 15 more minutes of waiting and it was obvious he'd just started working on someone else so 15 minutes was a gross underestimate. They are nice and close by but there are way too many other nail salons out there to deal with this frustration! read more

There are NOT enough wonderful things that can be said about Daniel, Henry and the rest of the staff. "Great" doesn't even scratch the surface. Regardless of what you are having done, you are treated like one-in-a-million. They do a fabulous job and in all the years I have been coming to them, I have never left not happy. I have never had to have anything redone because it wasn't done properly or to my satisfaction. This is definitely the TOP salon ... pass by the other salons, because you will not be disappointed. These are some of the most caring, down-to-earth men and women I have ever met. They are warm and friendly and even though I have my two techs, the staff knows me. All of the staff is genuinely happy to see you when you walk in and they really do go above and beyond. One of the great things also is that they play music, but it is always something different ... so there is always a variety. My favorite thing about them is that when you make an appointment (and I always do), they start getting the station ready before I even walk in the door. That is service and I am thankful I walked into their salon many years ago. I will never go to anyone else. I visited Top Nails Spa the first time this week. What a delightful change from the small, dark, drab other salons that I've visited. The location was bright, spacious, clean and made me feel very comfortable. My family and I have used our friend Anna as our nail technician for over 15 years as she simply is the best in the business. Anna has always done an excellent and thorough job for us. As a man, sometimes I'm not comfortable in a nail salon, but that has never been the case with Anna. We are so glad that she selected Top Nails Spa as her new home, as we will definitely frequent her there. Highly recommend. read more

Excellent customer service!!! I love the way Daniel looked at my nails and guided me into getting the dipping powder over the acrylic that I originally planned to get. Loved my shape. They offer you water and ask you how you like your nails while they are doing them. Ti was very gentle with my hands and gave an awesome massage before finishing. I didn't get the glossy coat on my nails at first but later regretted it. Daniel had no problem going back to fix it for me by adding the glossy coat which made me soooo happy! Daniel and his staff are amazingly warm and personable. I drive 25 minutes to their new location because they are one in a million .. there are nail places at every corner but you cannot find the excellent quality and caring that you do here.. highly recommended if you want to feel truly cared for with exceptional service.. always relaxing and fun atmosphere with friends when you go here.. always a good $$ value too.. just love them read more

Just moved to the area and this is so close to where we are currently staying. Tried Ivy Nails and they did a horrible job and I had that feeling they were talking about me (cannot stand that!). I absolutely loved this salon. Fast, friendly and my nails looked great weeks later. So happy to have found this salon! Prices are good, too. read more

What I asked for vs. what I received!! I just moved to the area so I've been looking for a new nail tech. I walked in and they weren't too busy so I got in right away.
