Lady on the phone was very polite and when we arrived, they were also very kind. The salon is dated and the SNS color choices are weak. Both of our nails look good but I don't see us coming back. Originally rated 5 but knocking it down one star because the polish on my toes did not dry. I sat through an entire gel manicure with the flip flops given. Seems like the polish I picked was old and/or had too much additive in it. :/ Great place. 2nd time I've visitied but they really went the extra mile this time. I visited with my 2 month old baby and they seated me where I could place the baby next to me and spaced out my mani from my pedi so I could attend to the baby. When the mani came around they even did one hand at a time so I was able to put the baby to sleep. BEST. NAILS. EVER. I have been going to this place for two years now and they are really AWESOME!!!! I got s&s nails and they look SO GOOD. I still give it a five star but there was something off. So I asked for a silhouette butterfly on my ring finger that was painted but she grabbed stickers of butterfly's because she said my nails were to small to do a painted design on and put the stickers on both fingers and painted over it, when I got home both of them peeled if and there was like a carving in my nail of the stickers. This nail salon was a great choice from beginning to end! Only 5 min from where I was visiting , the reviews were good, and the work looked good. I was greeted as soon as I walked in! There were only 3 people working but I knew it would be like that especially on a Monday. I waited about 7 min and I was in a pedicure chair. I get gel pedicures and the awesome tech took his time to remove my polish with a drill and then some type of liquid and wrapped them up. This was probably the BEST pedicures I've ever received. Not only did he just do my paraffin wax but gave me about a 10 min massage on each leg and foot, MIND BLOWN! I just got back from Diva nails after getting my pink and whites. More expensive then acrylics but so so much better in quality. They look more real and Diana made my nails the perfect length. I was a walk in with no appointment and the first time I showed up I showed up later then I meant too, and I ended up leaving to go to my hair appointment. I came back a couple hours later and they got me right in and I spoke with Diana about what I wanted, and that's when I got pink and whites over acrylic and I am happy I did. Her daughter Nicole did the nail art and I am in love with it. IN LOVE! The only complaint I have, and it's a small one, is that the little machine they use to dry your nails in was pretty dirty. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Came here while visiting a friend nearby for a girls pampering. I was originally getting a regular mani/pedi and then decided to upgrade to a spa pedi and chrome nails. I was not disappointed! The pedi had not one, not two but three occasions where I got a foot and leg massage, and they took extreme care to make sure the polish was perfect. As for the chrome nails, this is an extra charge but totally worth it. I love how they look and since they're gel expect to rock them for a few weeks. Not to mention that everyone was really friendly and doted on my friend and I. As a New Yorker who has been to some of the most expensive and luxury nail salons I have high expectations and this place definitely met them. CAUTION~Beware! The bad reviews are apparently true. I started using their services in 2021, but sadly yesterday was my last day. To be clear John does a great job with both feet and nails, the other younger-slimmer lady does a great job as well. But the shorter, older lady who wears glasses is not as skilled and has no sense of etiquette and decorum to be the face of a business. Today I took my daughter who is due to graduate in a week. Both manis with gel and pedis. The younger-slim lady handled my daughter, while the shorter-chubbier-older lady with the glasses started on my nails (first time in her chair). I asked for a specific color that she told me would not show up but said that if I put a darker color as base underneath it would show up better. I asked if it would still show up as the orange color I wanted and she said yes. Fast fwd.. in the Pedi chair-John's servicing my feet and the older lady still on my nails. She completely finishes setting the "base" color and starts adding my requested color. She asked if it looked okay. I told her yes and she told me to put my hand back under the light. I immediately began to second guess the color and to make sure I saw it correctly I waited until she did one nail on the other hand (which was immediately after I put my finished hand under the light) and I took a good look and told her that in fact it wasn't the color I actually wanted because it looked red with flecks in it and I wanted more orange. What do you think happened? Well, she became ghetto loud, very unprofessional and overly defensive telling me how it's too late to do anything about it because the nails are done. Mind you only one hand had gone under the light and even if I'd told her that I disliked the color-based on her initial faulty recommendation- on the first hand she still would've had to do the same amount of work to remove the gel because she had already applied and set her suggested base coat color. Shocked at her reaction, I asked her more than once why was she so upset and why was she raising her voice when we were only having a conversation AND I never said I wanted her to start over. I even told her that her reaction makes her and the business look bad. She admitted to being out of line but continued with her attitude anyway. So I told her that because of her attitude, she needs to take it off. She did it, but spitefully they declined to redo my gel afterwards. John checked me out and I confirmed with him (disclosing that I would be writing this review) that if a customer doesn't like the color, they will NOT make time to change it even-as it was in my case- their mistake. He said " she had already taken enough time and it will mess up the schedule." He even tried to blame it on me saying I waited too late to tell her. But it's not too late if I'm still in the chair. If that's the case when do you tell them? OR is it that you don't tell them at all? Either way, I responded to him that his answer l was sad to hear because I really liked them. He just apologized. But I guess they didn't realize that their bad business practices would cost them a free FREE manicure. Yay for me! Anywho... Shout out to Nail World! As busy as they were, I was taken right in with no problem and little wait and Jessica did an EXCELLENT job on my gel. She also mentioned that color is the biggest part of the customer experience and if a client doesn't like the color, you stop everything to change it and you ask after the first nail-not 10 nails down the road. She also said the older lady with glasses also cut my nails to short and that causes the gel to peel sooner because there is no support. Wow! I wonder if that is a tactic she uses to get her clientd to keep coming back sooner than necessary OR is that just speaks to her lack of skill?! read more

This nail place is awesome! I am picky when it comes to my nails, and having seen some of their work on a friends Instagram, I decided to try them after moving back in the Canton area. I went knowing exactly what I was getting & had set up an appt time prior bc I was going on a Saturday! Normally I get a pink & white, but do to summer I thought I might paint my nails a full color so I got acrylic! It seriously was a super quick process! Which is awesome for me bc I have a toddler at home that waits with a sitter while I'm gone! I also like my nails extremely short, barely over the tip of my finger and normally I have to repeat this over and over at most salons to get the desired result. However, I didn't here! So, I got a French white tip with one design on each hand, hello kitty, to jazz it up! A very nice, and talented to say the least, girl named Nicole did it by hand! They are amazing!! I had been coming here for years, but the original owners left. Came here today for a mani and pedi, be asked if I wanted acrylic nails I said yes. We get done with the basic process removing the polish and dirt and they forget I wanted the acrylic nails.. the male owner was the person who originally greeted and asked what I wanted when I came through the door. They told me even though I wanted acrylic since they done the basic mani procedure I still had to pay. Didn't care about customer service more about getting money out of me. Where do I start? Okay, so the nail tech had just used a USED nail file to rough up my gel nail polish to ready it for removal when I saw a huge cockroach on the wall! I pointed it out to the gal and she grabbed it and threw it in the trash. Then they put used, plastic nail clips that still had bits of used cotton on them to soak off my nail polish. While I waited, there goes another cockroach on the floor! They had the door to the back open and there was daylight coming in under their back door so it's no surprise how the bugs were getting in. When someone finally came back to me, the instruments they pulled out to use on me had only been in the UV light for about three minutes as I had just seen the other nail tech put them in there. Last, but not least, once again a used emory board was used on my nails. Yuck! Never again!! read more

Good nail salon. I went yesterday to get a pedicure and to get my eyebrows threaded (for the first time!). The pedicure was very good-felt wonderful. I got the classic spa pedicure. The nail tech doing it was quiet, but friendly and listened to what I wanted. The tech threading my eyebrows made me feel very comfortable. She explained exactly what she was doing, and my eyebrows turned out great. I will definitely be going back here to get a manicure in the near future. Had terrible experience at this salon. Had an appointment and still waited almost 45 minutes for pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was good but had Anna as my technician for manicure. My pedicure was not dry and I wasn't offered heater for them. She did a rush job on me for my SNS nails. I asked Anna about the best nail service for me and she angrily grabbed my hand and said 'I do, I do. I wanted a pinker shade of the nail color and when she applied powder to my nail I asked her about it. Well it was more pale and like my skin color. The color was not applied to entire nail, only to the top of nail. She rushed through the powder and liquid to my nails even when I said it didn't look dark enough. She put on top coat and then filed down side of nail afterwards. So all color is gone to side. She practically threw oil on my hands and said 'Go wash your hands! You are done! And moved right on to customer to my left. I just wanted to be pampered with a manicure and that did not happen! Just terrible service and poor quality for manicure. Went in for gel nails and a basic pedicure, the man doing my nails did an awful job leaving huge gaps on the sides and at the base of my nail. The polish chipped the next day, usually it lasts a couple weeks. My basic polish pedicure lasted longer than my gel nails did. Will not be coming back. read more
