Do not send your teenager there. They rip them off and do not care. Daughter when in for a fill and replace one French. They charged her 65$ and the woman said full set yes that is 65$. The nails are won't even long at all. I called and the women who answered said it would be 45$ then i said my daughter just left and your charged her 65 and she tipped 10$. She said hold on. Then another person got on phone and said. Well. It could be up to 12 plus + more with length 5 for replace and another 7 for French. And so on. Well with that said it shouldn't have been more than 57. Not long fill French. And that is sick to steal from kids knowing you are overcharging them. SMH never again. read more

Got the 2nd from the top pedicure. 40 bucks. Didn't want color on my nails. Just wanted dead skin removed and nails shaped and cleaned up. None of that happened. They seem to focus more on the massage verses the pedicure. Why is that? It seems to happen more often and finding a quality pedicure is getting difficult. If I wanted a massage I would go to a massage place. The nail tech didn't even take off the old clear coat polish. How crazy. No dead skin removed removed. Nails don't look like anything was done. I am visiting from out of town and my friend regularly gets her nails done here, so she made an appointment for both of us today. I am so happy with the way my nails turned out! I asked for Blue Island (528), tips (almond shaped) and SNS, and Jason did an amazing job! The atmosphere is so chic and relaxing, and everyone I met today was so sweet and joyous. I am so sad to have to write this review... especially because I tried to kindly bring it to Lush's attention when it happened. I was there today getting an SNS fill + pedicure like I do here every 3-4 weeks for the last year. I am a repeat customer. While doing my SNS fill, my tech dropped the bottle on top of my sheepskin sandals several times. I didn't realize until after my mani/pedi was complete and I went to put my shoes back on that the polish had completely eaten away at and hardened the sheepskin inside my shoe. Totally ruined my $150 pair of sandals. I very kindly told the front desk lady what had happened when I went to checkout & she just said "oh, I'm sorry. Your total is $104". I was hoping for something to at least say "sorry for ruining your shoes while you were here". Very sad with my experience here! read more

I scheduled 6 appointments for myself and my friends. We got our nails done for my wedding. One bridesmaid left in tears because they did not listen to how she wanted her nails after repeatedly telling the nail technician how she wanted it. He was very rude and aggressive with her nails. I also was not happy with my nails. The nail technician did not do a careful job with mine. They seemed to accept too many people at one time causing my party to suffer because they were rushing. My nail tech left my nails too long even after I told her I did not want them that long. She also did a coffin shape without asking me first and I wanted square. None of us will be coming back here after this terrible experience. read more

My wife and I went for pedicures. They have several options. I went for the "elegant" and my wife did the "luxury". The chairs are very nice offering several options for massage. My only complaint was the water could have been hotter (I did ask) and they could have used more pressure on the leg massages. The actual nail and foot service was thorough and well done. My daughter and I had an appointment at 3:30, for SNS Nails for myself and just polish on her hands! We we greated by a sweet young lady which helped us pick a color and escorted us to our seats. We sat and waited without a word being said to us for almost an hour. A woman then started on my nails around 4:25. She seemed rushed, but was very kind. My nails ended up shorter than I normally get them but that's ok. Meanwhile, my four year old daughter sat and waited and waited and waited for someone to do her nails. Even though I brought things to keep her occupied She's 4 she got a little restless, repeating "I want someone to paint my nails" multiple times. Employees would here and look. NO ONE WOULD COME. At 5:03 someone started on her nails! When she started on her nails she was very sweet and patient with my daughter which I was very thankful for, but 93 minutes she waited....all she wanted was nail polish that took about 5 minutes to complete. Overall, Even though we we satisfied with the services provided I was very disappointed in the wait and the lack of the communication with the staff. read more

Dirty. The guy used dirty towels for my manicure and took the nail tools out of an already open package. They were visibly dirty. When done with me he put them right back in the package and walked with his box over to his next client. Nails don't look great either. And he was hurting my fingers and didn't care. read more

I had went in for a gel mani and reg pedi and got less than that. It only took 30 minutes total (which we all know is WAY too short for nails!) and I got exactly what you would expect for that time: crooked, polish all over, and just messy. This is my second review, maybe my third visit there. Bad experience yesterday. I may or may not return. The mani tech was impatient while I was choosing my color. I Asked for a classic pedi and regular mani. Both techs kept pushing for service I did not want. The mani tech was abrasive, and nicked me in two fingers and blamed it on my cuticles. She saw that I was annoyed. She didn't bother apologizing until I was ready to leave. Very disappointed. Changing my stars. BTW their floors are extremely dangerous with flip flops. I'm so sad to be leaving them a bad review but I have tried to complain in multiple ways with no solution. I have been going to this salon for almost 2 years now. I have always loved it and never had issues. However, the last two times have been terrible experiences. The first incident happened before the 4th of July. I got a full set of SNS the technician drilled my fingers until they bled and she got glue stuck to my fingers causing my skin to completely split open. This caused me to get an infection and I had to completely have my expensive set of nails taken off so I could heal. A month later I went in hoping the first incident was just a one time thing. This time I got another full SNS and went on vacation 5 days later my nails were popping off. When I went in that time I also made an appointment and waited forever to get my nails done. I spend a lot of money here and I am upset they haven't taken my complaint over the phone seriously. I also messaged them on their Facebook page. No answer and they seemed like they didn't care on the phone. read more

The salon is nice and well staffed. I definitely recommend making an appointment. If you walk-in, be prepared to wait about 30-45 min. Color selections for SNS are plentiful. I've gone about four times now and have yet to find someone I'd ask for again, but I usually walk out relatively pleased. read more

It looks nice, the staff are pleasant, however, I do not enjoy wasted time. I called ahead of t to see if they had time for a walk-in. The lady says sure come on and then after I am seated, I am told it will be about 30 minutes, turned 1 hour before they truly started. Well, you could have said that upfront and I would have gone elsewhere. 2 stars for being an aesthetically pleasing establishment and a lovely hostess. Update: 6/28/2021 Well, I tried again. Called ahead, I say I can be there in 20 minutes, and here we go, repeat of the first time. Then the girl who did my nails rushed the entire time, messed up 3x having to redo my nails, then she cut me with the damn emory board, AND didn't even out my nails until I called her on it. She suuuucccked. This place looks lovely but sucks. They always take on more clients then they actually have time for, thus wasting the clients time just sitting. There was a woman with her kids who had an appointment and still waited 45 minutes before they were even seated. It is a toss up every time on a good technician or someone who seems to be fresh out of school. So, if you find a good one, keep requesting that person. The quality of techs in there is subpar. Very few are "good." Oh, and I was supposed to get a polish change on my toes, NO way. There weren't even any available techs....not wasting more time with this place. Just go down the street in either direction. Both are better salons than this one. read more
