AMAZING work done by Lily, she made me feel so much more confident with my nails and toes. During my pedicure, they took their time in ensuring I had a luxury experience and were very thorough with their services. For my manicure, I got T.A.P Hybrid Gel underneath along with the DND gel on top for my designs and main color. I also got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed which was a pain-free experience! Would HIGHLY recommend coming here with your friends and family! read more

Excellent job! Wonderful environment! Ask for Jay if you are an out of town visitor they make you feel real welcome.

I went to Ava for the first time today for TAP nails. Danny was my nail tech and he did a fabulous job. He was so gentle removing my SNS, and gave me a perfect set of french tips. 10/10 would recommend! I will absolutely be back read more

always great service, feet and hands feels great, look great and always have fun. Facials are amazing as well.

Amazing services. I got lemon pedicure which is so relaxing. Love the vibes. Highly recommend!

Went recently with my girlfriend and her sister. The staff was very kind and professional. They both had gotten their nails done, and they loved them. The nails looked great! I got a massage and had a pedicure done. We will definitely be going back again. read more

I hate their service, lily did the worst service and she ignored me when I came back and asked her to fix it, don't waste your money and your time with people who just know the money, I came back to her 2 times because I had pain on my nail, and she was so rude. I was in vacation and my nail came up and I feel so bad. I went back to see the owner and lili just mentioned l'm the manager, but there is a question here whose manager is she when she is working there alone? read more

I Had my tried this place 3/2020 was very impressed just before COVID-19 shutdown was visiting from Massachusetts, so back visiting Woodstock Georgia and couldn't be more disappointed with the service I received‍ I had a dip nails with pedicure - Pedicure was terrible the mam missed steps like cleaning cuticles I pointed it out but reassured he did which was BS I was watching and even if I was blind I would feel it the polish job was terrible. Being in a rush to get to hospital to see my daughter opted to go with gel pedicure so it would dry quickly!! Finger nails and tor nails absolutely totally different colors and was to annoyed to sit through having it corr read more

I came to this salon to have acrylic overlay removed from my toenails. The nail tech started the process using an electric nail file, then stopped to advise that they would need to be soaked off (which I advised and requested initially). She told me that she was too busy and did not have time to assist me. There were only 2 customers in the salon, both were being serviced by other techs. I'll never go back to this salon, don't recommend. The time spent waiting, only to be rejected could have been spent at another salon. read more

I stopped in on a Monday, most salons are closed so I thought I would give this place a try. They did a very nice job. I'm used to driving to Atlanta to get my nails done so this was nice to have a place closer to home. Give this place a try! read more

Thought it would be nice to take my mom, aunt , grandma and I for a spa day but it kinda turned into a nightmare . We all got the $35 pedicure which lasted about 15 minutes ... because they were rushing . My sns nails peeled off after 2 days the whole nail... the polish became foggy or had white clouding .. my grandmas polish also just peeled off in the form of the whole nail... all of our toe nail polish is also totally chipped or completely peeling off. Maybe don't take your family and hope they aren't busy and you'll have better luck .. and if they are busy and they say no wait just 5 minutes my experience was us sitting in chairs with cold water waiting for 30-45 minutes. USA nails has better prices and service. We totaled well over $250 in services and they wouldn't even fix it right ... read more

While getting my pedicure, the male nail tech began massaging my upper thigh... I didn't think too much of it since I had purchased the pedicure package with the extra massage until he was literally massaging up to my crotch! Not to mention, my toes were painted very poorly with paint way past my nail beds on multiple toes. I felt so uneasy about the "massage" I didn't even want to ask him to fix it, because I couldn't wait to get out the door. I left feeling violated with a terrible pedicure. I will not be returning to the salon under its new management/staff. read more

Excellent service! Very friendly personnel and beautiful atmosphere! The staff made me feel comfortable and had me laughing.

Desperate need to get my nails done during my break in Georgia. Found this place through yelp. I was pleasantly surprise to see such a beautiful salon. The staff was very nice and accomodating. Very good price, I got my SNS done cheaper than my local salon and I like these even better. Wish I can go here all the time. read more

So sorry to leave a terrible review. Please avoid this nail salon. I had two separate people paint my nails...first of all they kept pushing an upgraded pedicure after we said we wanted the basic, then my toes look like my 6 year old painted them. Excess paint all over and horrible brush marks. My gel manicure was the same and done by a second person. Paint all over my fingers, not even painted to the edge of my nails and then she filed off the tips leaving no polish on the ends of my nails. Please save yourself the money and stress. read more

Very clean. Seems different because of the new management. Owners were very nice, accommodating and offered drinks for me and my friends. I liked my SNS and it's been two weeks and it hasn't budged. Very happy with my visit and hope to be back soon. read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I've been getting my nails done with the SNS dip powder for over four years now and this place gave me the absolute worst nail job to date. The woman doing my nails was rushed and stressed, made me bleed with the drills, didn't paint/dip the entire nail and assured me that the clear top coat would fix everything. I can assure you, it did not. I asked her to fix a couple of them and she argued and half attempted to fix two out of the six I had a problem with. My nails are ragged and uneven, and I'm not even sure what shape you would call them, but none of them match. They're rough and bumpy as if she didn't use a drill at all. I wish I could go back in time and choose another salon. Now I have to look at these for another month as I can't afford to have them completely redone. I will give it to the man who did my pedicure, he was fantastic. 5 stars for him individually. read more

Incredible service! Came on a Saturday afternoon and was able to be seated right away! Best pedicure I've ever received. Such thorough care! Friendly staff & very clean building! Will defiantly return! read more

After reading reviews, I was thoroughly looking forward to treating myself to a mani pedi to look and feel good for a wedding I was attending the next day. I called around 5 and asked what time they took their last booking for such appointment and was told to be there at 6:30. When I arrived, I told them of the phone conversation, upon which the young girl spun away flailing her arms in the air, scuffling to the back of the store to "have words" (in front of me and the whole store) even though she was not speaking English, I clearly understood what she was speaking of by her tone and pointing to the clock. I wanted to leave then, but by now it was too late to go anywhere else. So it began. I picked a color and asked if they could match the gel nail color with a regular color for my toes. I was told yes but when it became time, they didn't have it. No problem. I began by having my nails put in a small bowl with rocks in it. I'm absolutely positive these rocks aren't cleaned between each client. No problem. I'm not THAT picky, but when she tried to used a disposable file on me that should have been DISPOSED of LONG AGO I asked for a new one. I took a few deep breaths and just wanted to shake it off and try to relax and get through it. Then the beautiful baby was upset that he had been put back down in the back. I LOVE babies, but when they are crying it is hard to enjoy your SERVICE? My Technician now points to where I should sit to have my pedicure. The bowl is surrounded by nail clippings. Natural ones and false ones, colored ones and clear ones. The father of the child is standing near me and sees that I am looking at the mess. He tells her (in another language) and points to a different seat for me. She shakes her head and argues with him, and insists I sit where she originally said. So I begrudgingly did so. Theres more...like when she "ran out of scrub" and only did one leg.... but rant is over. Of course I will never be back and would never recommend. I gave one star bcs the grandma seemed to be a nice lady but the place is unsanitary and the family, is not able to function as a customer service FRIENDLY (even to each other) environment. I'm also certain that if the state board was called, and they were inspected, they would fail read more

I tried this nail place after I read so many positive reviews. I was terribly disappointed! First I didn't get what I asked for. By the time I realized I wasn't getting it, it had become obvious there was a terrible communication gap! I asked to have my acrylic nails removed and tips added and then new acrylic. Basically starting over. What I got was my acrylic soaked off and new acrylic put on, no cut down and no tips added. The acrylic was too thick and not even from edge to edge. The shape of nails was not as I had asked and the gel polish was not applied uniformly. It felt like it was spongy and it was all over the edge of my cuticles. I've never had gel polish applied so poorly. As far as my pedicure it wasn't terrible but 4 hours later the polish on my toes was still tacky and could be scraped off. Maybe the polish was old. I don't know. Overall I was so unhappy with the outcome. I will never return to this place. While in the spa I heard someone ask if they were under new management and they said "yes". I guess the old reviews were based on service from the previous owners. read more

I have been going to this nail salon location for about 15 years through several management and ownership changes and have never had such a horrible experience as I had today. Cuticles and nails look no better than when I walked in. Technician was in a hurry to get to 3 college students wanting manicures and pedicures. Now after paying Ava Nails I get to go home and clip and file my own nails! This place has gone downhill badly. Sorry I cannot recommend Ava Nails anymore. The manager on duty had no problem taking my money while knowing I was unhappy with my service. Never again! Customers beware! read more

Terrible experience. They had a sign, which is also posted here, that you receive a free pedicure every Tuesday. I did not receive a free pedicure along with my manicure service. The technician kept insisting my nails were too short and would be beautiful with fake tips. I kept saying no and he kept insisting my nails did not look good and that I needed the fake tips. They wouldn't let me pick out of my own colors before ushering me into the pedicure chair. There were no other clients in the area and one of the non-busy technicians was laying in a chair on his cellphone. It looked so unprofessional. There was a dirty mess on the floor. When I paid, the technician leaned over my shoulder while I was filling in the gratuity to see what I was writing. I left 20% and he expressed grave anger and said out loud to me "that is a ridiculous amount to be left for two people" and he stormed off. I was never told goodbye or any kind words after that when leaving the store. I was so uncomfortable that I did not even sit there and wait for my toes to dry. I will NEVER go to this place again. Fix your advertising and your attitudes. read more
