Only got SNS on my nails. I love that they soak each individual nail in wrapped foil to take off old SNS polish. I prefer this method vs. putting my whole hand in a sandwich bag, rubbing my nails on a paper cloth and smelling all those fumes. 5 stars already just for the polish removal process. Good selection of colors. I'm super basic and always get some shade of pink. Lots of pinks to choose from. Liked that the nail tech didn't really talk to me until she was finished as I was watching a show on my phone. Nail tech did a really good job on cutting and shaping my nails. She also didn't grind them down so that they feel weak. Love the clean, neat look. A little pricey - $50 + I added a tip. But she did a really good job and I am quite pleased. I'm sure I'll be back to try the pedicures. The nail techs were really taking their time on the individuals getting pedicures.

I have had pedicures and manicures and had friends go with me as well, and we love them! Ben and Amy have both done my nails, and the other staff have also done my pedicures. Always pleased, refreshed, and looking good! SNS can turn out horrible, feel and/or look gross and chunky. You get a discount for paying cash (or maybe now you get charged to pay with a credit card - it keeps changing), but either way - it's a good place to use your cash if you have some you need to get rid of. It's chic inside and certainly passes the vibe check. One thing I LOVE - though I haven't been doing manis much lately - they will do it at the pedicure chair while you're getting your feet done so it takes half the time! It's definitely the way to go. I hate spending more time than I need to at the nail salon so I was really happy to see it. Sometimes I get much better service than other times, but I like it enough I still return. About 50% of the time I've been offered a beverage. I wish it were closer to 100% of the time - even when I'm spending $90+ on a pedicure. I know I probably could have just asked but it was odd to see the people around me being offered and not me. The pedicures are normally phenomenal. I've had some outliers, but again - everyone is human. It really is a lovely space!

The ambiance was nice and they offered a wide variety of polishes. We both needed manicures. While we waited, we were offered complimentary beverages by the owner, I believe. This was a nice touch! Anita serviced my husband. She arrived first. She gave him an armrest, along with warm water to soak his nails. My nail technician was Mia. Her quality of service was not the same. I did not receive an armrest nor a greeting, and my water was cold. She wasn't the friendliest either. I could tell the level of attention and detail that Anita provided for my husband was totally different from what I was receiving. However, my husband wished the buff on his nails was a bit brighter. It was dull and didn't really show a major difference. We also did not get a chance to select our manicure preference, as we were told the nail technicians would provide this information to us. Since it was a Friday and we were walk-ins, we plan to try them again on a different day and make reservations to see if the service will be better.

I brought my own polish and polish remover. The basic pedicure was $30. Services have inflated quite a bit over the years but I think that they are in line with the current economy. I highly recommend this place.

I even put on my headphones to try to block out the noise, but then realized I shouldn't have to do that just to enjoy a manicure and pedicure. A salon should provide a calm, relaxing environment where customers can enjoy their services. These people were rude and disrespectful. This wasn't an isolated incident. On previous visits, I've also experienced staff members laughing and carrying on very loud conversations with one another during my appointments. While it's nice to see employees enjoying their work, the focus should remain on creating a pleasant, peaceful experience for customers. The one bright spot was the woman who performed my pedicure. She was kind, professional, and did an excellent job. I truly appreciated her service. I hope management will recognize that the customer experience should always come first.
