This last time my daughter was waiting 30 minutes and was told by the person who makes her rounds that "the person before you was a walk in so we can't control that." Unfortunately, we will be going elsewhere. If we are mindful of their time by making appointments and being on time, they, as an established business, be mindful as well.

As you can see in the photo, you can clearly see the grow-out line from my previous set underneath the polish. It doesn't look like the old growth was properly filed down and blended before the new powder was applied, so there's a visible line across several of my nails. Also, when filing my nail, he hit my skin on a couple of fingers and laughed it off, but it was unprofessional.
