This is the worst nail salon I have ever been two. Polish started chipping and changing colors after two days for a manicure and pedicure. I wore wooden sandals the entire weekend so there is no need for the paint to change colors or chip off. I also stayed after hours because the person who was doing my nails was running out of time. Anyways, they never sprayed the foot tubs or supplies with cleaning solution. All they did was spray it out with the water hose that's in the foot tub. In order to clean the utensils, they soaked them in the foot tub water. The prices are good but the quality and proper sanitation is horrible. read more

I was looking for a new place to try, and Nikki Nails came up. Not the most original name, but the area is quite new, so I figured it had to be decent. I went in on a Wed night hoping they weren't busy, but they had only 3 people working. They were all busy so I sat down and waited and waited and waited. I waited for about 20 or more minutes just for my pedi..The things I do for my feet. it was rainy and yucky so that's probably why I stayed. I should have left. The prices were fairly cheap, and the service is ok. The nail colors were lacking too. I couldn't find any colors I liked, which is unusual, and a lot of the polishes had the bottom name stickers ripped off. It looked as though many of them had thinner in it. If I'm getting my nails done, I want the O.P.I. polish to have the name on it, and not have thinner added to it to increase the use of it. For me, getting my nails done is a treat. I work, save my money, and then treat myself. I want to RELAX when I'm getting my nails done. More than half the time I was there soaking my feet, there was a man who was on the phone talking loudly and pacing back and forth. This man was a customer who had just gotten his nails done, and I was hoping that one of the workers would have said something to him, like can you please go outside and use your phone?? I was just irritated. Not to mention they charged an extra $5 for callus remover, which is usually included at other places. It wasn't anything special to keep me coming. Came to get my nails done with my daughter on a Thursday thinking it would not be busy. They did her nails while I waited more than 50 minutes. I ended up not getting my nails done because I did not have another hour to waste. Disappointed. They totally skipped over my name on the list!! Why have a list if you are not going to look and go off the list!! Very unprofessional. We will not be returning. read more

I was in there a few weeks ago. A lady worked on my toenails and it turned out very good. But my nails are done by Young lady and she did the worst job possible. The nails weren't on the side and she kept redoing them and it just got worse. I will never go back there again because of this young woman. the cool air blower to dry your nails do not work at all. in fact there air conditioning didn't even work it was so warm in the salon. Never been to Nikki nails I usually go to super nails but wanted something closer and cheaper. I had a Middle Aged women do my nails and she cut me with the mechanic shaver on all of my finger nails and left them swollen and irritated also my mom had just hurt her pinky toe and it was still in pain and she had told the lady doing her toes to be gentle and she was still as rough and painful as she was on all of her toes. In my option Nikki nails is a horrible nail salon and I would go somewhere else. read more

I went here randomly one afternoon because I wanted my nails done. The man at the front desk talked me into a cheaper (cheaper) service, and the young woman who did my nails (Kelly) did a really great job. The only part I don't like about nail salons are typically the customers and people trying to sell me stuff. Can't do anything about the other customers, but I was really impressed at how this place sold me something that would look nice, not just something cheaper. I will return, hopefully it'll be just as good an experience! read more

i got a men's pedicure at a good price and great service. Everything in the shop same clean and everyone was very nice.

Went Monday and got my nails done well the color I got turned dark to where they look awful... I called and asked if I could get a different color and the man said I would have to pay to change the color. Do not go here. Most places will let you get it fixed for free. Here it isn't the case! I have been coming here for a little over two years. I have never had a bad experience and have not seen the same person consistently. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. I will continue to be a faithful customer, bringing friends and family when they need a place close by. Today, I stopped in as my SNS nails, which are supposed to last 2-3 weeks, chipped prematurely at 1 week. Without hesitation, Hope removed and redid all of my nails and not just the two that were messed up. Excellent customer service! read more
