I keep going back to this spa because of the professionalism and customer service. I have had massages, facials, lashes. All amazing. My only issue is they do not have many weekend slots available- they are closed on Sundays- I cannot get enough of Pearls spa! read more

My daughter and I celebrated my birthday with her beautiful gift of facials. Melina was so wonderful. The spa atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, and I received the loveliest card and gift as we were leaving. We will definitely be adding monthly return trips to our mother/daughter routine of fun things to do together. I highly recommend this hidden gem. read more

I come to visit my son in the area, and have visited the Spa a few times for a massage. One time they had an Asian lady she was wonderful. the last two massages have been at best mediocre. The last massage was rather bad, she spent a very long time massaging the bottom of my feet? I think she did this because she was able to sit on a stool the entire time. I asked her twice if she would please work on my hips and back. Also, she asked me how about the pressure when she was using her elbows to work on my back, I said fine, but then the pressure just stopped, did not work on target points. Just a lot of rubbing. Did not work in requested areas. I left disappointed, with a lot of tightness in my back and hips. I do not know if I will go back. read more

Top quality and supreme atmosphere. Wish i had found this place sooner. Looking to step up your self care or buy a gift for a loved one. A massage here is the right path. I recommend Kristen. Specializes in deep tissue massage. Though I want to give rave reviews for every procedure, this spa is not equipped with a wet room. So body scrub procedures are a bait and switch leaving you dead skin free but maneuvering you around the table like a burrito. If you can't bend , twist and lift your own body weight.... Just skip it. Wonderful facials. Again. Great atmosphere. They offer teen facials. Great way to introduce the spa experience tot the next generation. read more

Beautiful and calming environment, easy to be vulnerable in. Massage therapists are very nice, perform exactly as you ask and give you aftercare instructions. The massage I got was amazing, Elly serviced me. Definitely will be going back, gifting their services and trying other services that they offer! read more

I hoped for a true pampering at Pearl's. I got a facial and massage. The massage was very average or below. It was like a "routine" massage performed on me. No use of anything other than her hands and often only using one hand. Then the facial....she put on products wiped off, again, again and a neck massage that was also so basic. No magic in the fingers on my face which is what I love about an experienced esthetician. My face broke out terribly that evening. Spa "looks" nice, but staff inexperienced and the front desk staff had their noses raised every so slightly. Pearl's wants to sell their over priced products and services that are below average for sure. Note: Any small business that charges someone for cancellation 19 ours in advance due to covid is running a business where people WILL NOT want to refer or return. Come on Pearl's. I live downtown and do not recommend Pearl's. read more

Wow! If you want to treat yourself to a spa day you have found the right place! They think of everything it's so relaxing and I feel so rejuvenated. Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Pearl's Spa! From beginning to end it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend Vandell.

I had a spa session with my Mom. Even had an email confirmation for my appointment. We showed up and they had no record of our appointment. The lady at the front desk showed little concern for their mistake. Only saying she was sorry and she could get us in next week. When we finally spoke with the owner later that day; she only apologized and hoped we would give them another try. No courtesy treatment (massage or facial) not a discount. This was clearly THEIR mistake and didn't treat us like the customers. read more

Be sure to read their cancellation policy in its entirety before signing. They will charge you for half of your service if you don't call exactly 24 hours in advance to cancel REGARDLESS of whether you get diagnosed with Covid, get in an accident, get a flat tire on the way, etc. No exception. I was charged $65 for calling as soon as I was diagnosed with Covid for cancelling 19 hours in advance. These people have no regard for their customers and no compassion for doing the right thing. I guess I should have gone in and infected them all instead!! read more

My nursing unit team got me a gift card for a spa treatment at Pearl's Spa, which I just came up for air to be able to use. The owner was gracious enough to honor my gift card, given the Covid surges we have faced. That was very kind of her. I had a microdermabrasion facial with Melina today and it was absolutely fabulous. Melina did an awesome job explaining what she was going to do, making me feel comfortable and then giving me the most relaxing hour I have had in a long time. Thank you, Pearl's Spa, for relieving stress for this ICU nurse! read more

I live nearby and am so glad to be close to this gem. I have to sing Vandell's praises - I have been going to her for years, and more often recently, and she is so kind, and SO skilled. When you ask for a gentle, relaxing massage - she really gives you that! I don't leave there sore, as I have with some massages. She's professional and warm and I'll keep going back there because of her. The spa is relaxing, with a beautiful interior, and everyone else who I have spoken to there is always so professional and friendly. Kudos, Pearl's! Keep it up. read more

Love this place! Relaxing atmosphere and great service! Got the deluxe manicure and pedicure and was the best experience I've ever had getting my nails done!!! Can't wait to try their other services. Highly recommend! read more

Loved my experience today at Pearl's. I had a massage, facial and a manicure and pedicure. The rooms were just so beautiful and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Jacque did an amazing job on my massage and I felt very relaxed afterward. Melina did my facial as well as the mani/pedi and I was very pleased with all her services. All of the staff was very friendly and I will definitely be back again! read more

What a cute spa! Lots of great gifts here (bath mobs and soap galore, necklaces, high quality make up, lotion, etc). I stopped in for a quick eyebrow wax. The staff was kind and accommodating. I sat in the "relaxation room" while I waited and ate a super delicious cookie and caught up on celeb gossip. Lashanda took care of me, and she was fabulous. Great experience, I will be back! read more

Love coming to Pearl's! The atmosphere is always relaxing, warm and inviting. I can find lots of unique skincare and bath items to make me feel pretty, as well as just taken care of. I typically go to get massages from the lead massage therapist, Vandell, and always have a pleasant experience. She books up WEEKS in advance, that's how great she is. Certainly worth the trek to Acworth for some personalized TLC :) read more

I've been to Pearl's on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed! The location and interior are so lovely, with so many options to shop. The staff are always friendly and attentive. It is definitely worth the 40 minute commute for me and my massage therapist, Vandell, is the best of the best! I've tried other spas and chains, but the personal touch that you receive at Pearls cannot be beat. read more

I look forward to my apt at Pearl's every month! Melania is amazing and everyone is always so helpful and kind. Highly recommend trying them out! read more

Vandell is an amazing massage therapist. I have been seeing her for years and her love for her craft shows in her fingertips!!

I received a gift certificate for my birthday for a 60 minute massage. The spa is beautifully decorated and so relaxing. The massage room was quiet and the therapist did an awesome job! The 60 minutes went by way too fast! I enjoyed my first visit to Pearl's and will definitely be back! read more

As a customer of almost 5 years now I have to say I am constantly pleased with how awesome the services are and how professional everyone is. I get eyelash extensions, I've had Mabel procedure on my face many times, I've had massages and continuously purchase the amazing products Danielle carries. We are so fortunate to have such a treasure in Acworth. Go try them out...you'll be glad you did!! read more

I just left the spa feeling like a noodle!! Amazing I actually came for the permanent make up. I've heard they do an amazing job. When I got to the spa it was so inviting and such a relaxing atmosphere I decided to go ahead and sign up for a massage. Boy am I glad I did. Not to mention all the goodies they have at the shop. Perfect fit for historic Acworth. I can't wait to come back and get my eye brows and eye liner done for summer. The lady at the front desk remembers my name every time I walk in the door. This is my new spa!!!! I'm going to tell all my friends and family. read more

Spectacular day spa! I'm a regular now and Danielle runs a tasteful, clean, and very comfortable business. Pearls is well appointed with a very professional staff and they are very nice! VanDell Johnson is my massage therapist and she is very detailed and consistent. If you are looking for consistently great service and amazingly relaxing me time, this is your place! read more

Worse massage ever! We went for a couples massage my husband enjoyed his hence the star given. I was asked what kind of pressure I said medium to gentle well clearly she forgot when she got to my back, I am in so much pain now I will never go back! There was nothing relaxing about it. I couldn't wait to get out of there! Wish there had been more reviews on here. The lady never asked how I was doing or if I was okay, nor did she pick up on my clues that I wasn't okay :( read more

I first called to make sure there were availabilities on the desired day, was informed there were and told them I would call off work and then call right back. I got my shift covered and called to make an appointment for myself and another at the same time for their birthday. On our desired day there wasn't an available slot for two at the same time but rather two back-to-back. Michelle, the receptionist, said she would call a client who booked to see if they would be willing to push back their time so that we could have our facials together! Unlikely, but still an awesome option and gesture. Worse case, we have appointments back to back. Hours go by without hearing back so I decided to call and at least make sure time was blocked off in case the other client couldn't move. Come to find out, they scheduled another client during the spot that would have allowed us to get ours done together if the original client decided she would move. Dumbfounded on why they would even call the client to move her if you weren't going to make sure that other slot stayed open, I asked if they could please contact the new booking client and inform them there had been a scheduling mistake. Debbie, the receptionist for the second shift, said she would see what she could do and call me back. 15 minutes before they close I still have not heard anything so I call. Debbie tells me that she's not going to call that new client and make her move, even though this mistake has been made by pearl spa. Why not tell me, why keep me waiting and not call back and communicate with me. Feeling the serious lack of interest in my future business, because Debbie did not try at all to salvage my business or apologize for the mistakes made or compensate in any way, I firmly decided to part ways with pearl spa. A little customer service when a mistake is made goes a long way and unfortunately for Pearl Spa they don't care. read more

Very impressed with my service at Pearls. The owner and staff were wonderful and made me feel very relaxed. What a gem in downtown Acworth. Looking forward to trying out their other services soon. read more

Absolutely amazing!!! Vandell has magical hands. After my full body massage I would recommended her to ANYONE. Pearl's has a tranquil atmosphere with great staff. Vandell did My massage and it was soo good. She asked me what pressure and made the room so relaxing that I tried to stay awake so I could enjoy. Well worth the time and money.. Will go back soon. read more

My husband got me a gift certificate and I unfortunately was not able to use it due to many things occurring over the year (surgeries, family emergencies, etc) - I called to see if any of the certificate could be used (I didn't expect the whole $200), and was told no. It was very disappointing because she didn't try to see why I was unable to use it. Obviously if we are willing to spend $200 on a gift certificate, we wouldn't just throw it away. Will never go here again. Don't bother getting a gift certificate; this place isn't meant for busy women/mothers who experience tough times and actually need a get away. read more

I have been here personally for both a couples massage and a few solo massages. I've also treated my wife to massages there several times. We always have a great experience. The atmosphere is ideal. You have to find the "right" masseuse no matter where you go, but none of my massages were bad. I definitely recommend people give Pearls a shot. read more

I've had plenty of massages & facials to know how much of a find the place really is. From the receptionist that greeted me to the massage therapist & facial tech I received the utmost pampering. The business was decorated beautifully with an array of gifts & products. I left feeling fabulous & some facial samples to go. Love this place &I well be back read more

Buyer beware when it comes to buying their gift certificates. They expire in only 6 months time. My husband bought me one when I was pregnant and I was advised not to get a massage. Little did I realize that once I was ready to get out of the house and take advantage of the gift certificate I would be told that they would happily give me 50% of the value. What a great gig for them, I can only imagine how much money they've scammed people out of throughout the years. read more

I know this will sound like a cliché', but going to Pearl's Spa has changed my life. I enjoy every little detail of this spa, the atmosphere, the workers, and the services are all amazing. I was in a very bad accident a couple of years ago and getting massages along with chiropractic has greatly relieved the pain. I have not requested just one masseuse or one esthetician because each is amazing! If i had to choose one place to be in the world it would be this haven. Thank you all SO much! read more

What a great experience! Located in the historic downtown area, this day spa is truly unique. From the moment you walk in the front door, you feel welcomed by their friendly, knowledgeable staff and you know you have a great experience ahead. The retail areal is well merchandised with attractive and unusual gift and beauty items, and the treatments are devine! Connie was my aesthetician and she was absolutely fabulous! I've been to spas all over the country, and I'm a raving fan of Pearl's. Make sure you consider all of the wonderful, rejuvinating anti-aging treatments and the other health promoting products. I can't wait to go back for my next treatment and I know they have other equally thrilled customers that I've met during my visits. I can't say enough about Pearls.
