She is very detailed, efficient with extractions with minimal pain, and gives a great neck massage. She isn't pushy with selling products but does recommend what I need. I went there for facial with add on treatment! However I asked for adding dermaplaning as well for which I paid $40 extra.I think only dermaplaning was done as I clearly remember no mask or massage was given as part of facial! Scrub wasn't done coz it was dermaplaning ! I'm no skin expert but I have taken facial multiple times and this is NOT what I expected. Joc is an amazing masseuse. he always does a mini consultation before we begin so he can properly assess which areas need more attention during the duration of my massage. the front staff gives you hot green tea after your service which helps with inflammation. I also get facials sometimes after my massage which just makes the entire experience a wonderful self-care day. I got a facial and a massage here and from the moment you walk in, the aura is amazing! The customer service was on point! The people were so knowledgeable about the products and skin care. After my facial, I was given tips on skin care and recommended products that were tailored to my needs! The massage was amazing as well! You could tell he actually paid attention to pain points and when I vocalized specific areas I wanted to work on, he did just that! Paid for a membership which ended in March during Covid. The spa Was closed until May 14 or 15 with limited days open. I had 2 services remaining. I used 1 in July but was told that was the last one. I had 90 days to use them. I asked to speak with owner and she refused to call me to discuss the issue. I should have had until the middle of August to use the remaining one. I paid for a service that I did not receive. This is absolutely bad business practice. I will never recommend this business again. read more

His massages are the best and I feel like a new person when I leave. If I have any particular problem spots, he always takes care of them. I have always had a good experience at this spa. I am a member and get monthly facials. I had awesome facials about 10 years ago in another area and this is the only place that I have found that comes close to that standard. Meredith is who I use and she listens. I really get just what I want and she does a great facial. Plus, she is extremely personable--that goes for everyone that I have been in contact with there. I went in last Saturday with my sister and daughter (11 years old) to get a facial and massage. Upon arrival I was told that my minor child would have a male massage therapist. I told the man at the desk that I would not allow a man to rub on my 11 year old - He then informed me that all 3 of us had males and no females were available. I told him that we were SPECIFIC when we booked our appointments that this was a CHILD and that we needed a female. He then told me that I could go into the room with her if I wanted - I said, "OH MY GOD, YOU WERE GOING TO PUT A CHILD IN A ROOM BY HERSELF WITH A MAN TO RUB ON HER??" I was extremely upset and told him ABSOLUTELY NOT and that I was LIVID that they would even allow this. My sister and I BOTH told him that we could NOT believe the liability of even the thought. He KNEW that a child was coming in b/c when he handed us our clipboards to fill out information, he said, "I know one of these is for a child, so who does she go with?" After I told him that she would NOT be getting a massage, he asked how I wanted to proceed - I told him that I would NOT allow her to get a massage and that he could credit me her massage with another facial for another day - he agreed. A short time later, I was seated for my facial - an esthetician took my daughter to change for her facial - a different esthetician came to get me to tell me my daughter was having a melt down - I immediately got up and found my daughter in tears - they brought her to a room to take off her top and put on a towel for her facial - while she was changing, a MALE massage therapist walked in on her. I understand that accidents happen, HOWEVER, if you are offering this service to a CHILD, then it is your RESPONSIBILITY to provide safeguards to ensure that this does NOT happen. There was no apology - nothing ! I was EXTREMELY upset about this situation - so much so that I won't even waste my time telling you how AWFUL my facial was or how the esthetician put me under a steamer for 30 minutes of my 40 minute facial - didn't touch my face the entire time - did no extractions, no mask, NOTHING !!! When we were finished and ready to leave, I walked the entire experience through with the gentleman at the front desk. He told me that he would have a manager call me on Wednesday, as she was off Monday and Tuesday. I have sat and stewed about this for 4 days waiting to speak to someone - Today at noon I called to speak with a manager - she told me that she was busy with an interview but would call me back within the hour - that was almost FOUR hours ago. With something as SIGNIFICANT as putting a male massage therapist ALONE in a room with a child or having a male employee walk in on a child while she is undressing, you can bet your A$$ that it would be TOP PRIORITY for me to make a phone call to the customer - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! ! ! read more

Buyer Beware!!!!!! Ok so let me start off by saying that my facial was amazing. However, the manager (owner?) at the front desk disgusted me to the point where I will NEVER go back there! ... and all over $6. Be advised - that if you use a GROUPON - and then they upsell you to another service - you're GROUPON becomes INVALID. They use exactly what you paid for the Groupon and put the price towards the final cost. Example: I purchased a Groupon for a signature massage ($55 value, but I paid $49). Had I not upgraded to the fancier facial -I would have left owing NOTHING. However, they upsold me on a facial that was $85. Logic = $85 - $55 = 30. Nope! They told me because I upgraded, my Groupon was basically useless. They took the amount paid for the Groupon and deducted from the $85. $85 - $49 = 36 Isn't the whole point of Groupon to pay less and get more? i.e. pay $49 for $55. What is the point of using Groupon if you pay $49 and get $49? What this experience taught me: 1. They scam you to get you in there and upsell you. 2. This business is not worth my hard earned $. 3. FOR $6 THEY LOST A CUSTOMER!!! 4. The woman (I'd like to say idiot) at the front desk could not understand my logic. I should have just paid the $49 for my $55 facial and been done with it - and should not have gone for the upsell. I would have had more respect for her if she understood what I was saying but then explained that's not their process. Instead she just could not comprehend. 5. Going for the upsell (additional $30 for different facial) voided my Groupon. Also - I was asked SEVERAL times if I would be interested in joining their program. I travel frequently and live between 3 states... which I explained to them. So the monthly plan is of no value to me. She couldn't comprehend this either and kept asking me to join... like a broken record. I stupidly handed her my credit card and told her to do what she felt was right - and of course she charged me the extra $6. I should have just left without paying after the way I was treated. I hope as you read this you understand it's not about the $6. It's the principal of it all. read more

I went in for a massage and facial and signed up for their monthly membership then found out I was moving and wouldn't be able to continue the services the same week. I called the manager Taylor Webb and canceled the membership within the 7 day period and wrote an email per her request. She even confirmed that my membership was canceled and my card wouldn't get charged. Of course they didn't cancel anything and I got charged the monthly fee. I've already tried to cancel with Amex with no success. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this place. read more

Tried to get me to join the club and pay money up front, but while she was doing something else i googled and saw all the people who complained of losing their money when these places closed down on them after they paid steep fees for packages. Although I see negative reviews, I avoid believing most of these as they are usually from a single person out of hundreds, and that person typically feels he/she deserved more. The numerous positive reviews are what go unheard. I can say that I've had message and facial services. The entire staff from front desk to therapist have always been top notch. I've even witnessed interactions with other customers. Again, respectful, courteous, and professional. I'm certain the owner wouldn't be in business after 11 years if she truly treated customers poorly. I will continue with my membership, as it works well, and enjoy my visits knowing that only the best is provided to those appreciating quality. read more

She is an expert with skin but also gives the best facials and is a perfectionist when it comes to eyebrows. The staff is also super friendly too!! Love this spa! Very similar experience to several of the other reviews on here. Buyer should certainly beware! The lady who owns this place went out of her way to put a negative mark on my credit report for supposedly failing to notify them of canceling/stopping my monthly facial membership. I found out about the negative mark while I was getting a loan on the purchase of my new house. My wife and I then contacted and spoke with the lady who owned the business. I explained to her that I had been a loyal customer for over 2 years, but could not visit her establishment regularly after moving to another part of town. I then explained that I actually did call to cancel the monthly membership 6 months prior, and even offered to show her an old cell phone bill which showed a call being made to her business. When we asked her to notify the credit agency to remove the negative mark, she refused to do so unless we pay for the full 6 months worth of accumulated unused services (plus penalty and interest) that was charged, especially after realizing that we were trying to get a loan for our new home. I felt The owner was rather unethical. She didn't care that the error was on her or her own staff regarding the cancellation not getting put into the system. Even when I tried to show her proof of my call to her business, she was totally uninterested. I'm wondering if their policy is to purposely not enter cancellations in the system. And even after knowing how the situation would affect our life in trying to get a loan for our new house, it didn't seem to make her want to help anymore. In fact, The information only made her more insistent on collecting every cent of the unearned service fees from us, because she knew we were in a bind. Here's the thing, the services here are ok. Not great, but not bad. But with so many other good facial and massage places around the area (as shown with a quick yelp search), why go to a place that engages in questionable business practices, as shown by multiple reviews here? read more

I have a great massage experience every time I am here. Josh has been a great help with my chronic back pain and tightness, and he is always very thorough and gives me advice for aftercare. He is very knowledgeable about anatomy and puts the perfect amount of pressure to help loosen tight muscles (I call it a "working massage") without a great deal of pain and discomfort, and still be relaxing. I have had massages from other places in the past that are either so strong that I end up crying or wanting to from pain, or are so weak that I felt like falling asleep. Josh also remembers me and what I have issues with or need to work on, and that means a lot to me, where I am treated as a valued member and not forgotten immediately. I enjoy the aromatherapy and hot stone options too, when the mood strikes. I have also had a spa day with my best friend and mom, where we enjoy a massage and a facial in the same day. Also, if you have suuuuper sensitive skin like I do, make sure to let your therapist know, because there are a variety of options in regard to facials and massage. read more

The establishment is clean and the facial was amazing . My only complaint is that everyone is in one room all together (there are section dividers) and you can hear every conversation going on. I have been a member for over 5 years and get a facial monthly, and occasionally treat myself with a massage. It is a monthly indulgence I look forward to each time, and have always relied on the skin care treatments and advice on care and products. I especially like the massage of the arms, hands, neck and shoulders that comes with every facial -- really therapeutic and I come out very relaxed. As far as my less-frequent massages, every massage therapist I have ever had at Facelogic has been FANTASTIC and very knowledgeable about how to treat/relieve whatever symptoms I go in with. Last but not least, every interaction with every employee has been outstanding. Everyone is very pleasant to deal with, very professional, and well-trained in their field. As a regular customer of Groupon, I went to Facelogic on Saturday for a massage appointment. They redeemed the Groupon. When I arrived at the location, the attendant at the front desk immediately gave me a set of paperwork for me to sign before the treatment. This paperwork was a precondition for me to get the message service. I read the form and it stated that "the company was relieved of any liability in the case of negligence or abuse". I refused to get the massage under such pretenses since Facelogic is clearly willing to evade any responsibility in the event of a case of "malpractice". After considering this very questionable state of affairs on the spot, I decided to walk out from this nefarious business venture without getting the service I was supposed to receive. It is beyond my comprehension to observe that this type of shallow and irresponsible business operation is allowed to legally function. It is abundantly clear that their practice is against the immediate interest of their customers when they are ready to dodge any responsibility after their potential infliction of harm to their clients, including the feasibility of a situation that may victimize their customers under the perimeter of "unspecified" formats of abuse. It is also appalling that Groupon is having within its list of business referrals this category of establishment that function under the shadow of potentially dangerous business practices. read more
