Visited Ingrid's Spa for a facial, I choose a Hydrodermis Facial which combines deep cleansing, exfoliation and other treatments. My face was clean and so smooth - best facial I ever had. Highly recommend Ingrid for that special treatment. She was gentle and caring. The spa also offers Massage Therapy by Mike which is on my list for the future. Years of overpriced peels with subpar results, fancy spas always trying to up sell and all I've really needed is an aesthetician that knows what they are doing to address my skin needs and problem areas! I really loved Ingrid and her place. Not sure if I was offensive and that's why she text me to cancel our appointment twice. But, the last time I was there which was the second visit (with an appointment), I waited 45 to 55mins and no one came out to say, "sorry we are running behind." I stayed because I drive far and need a wax by tomorrow. Great place but the double back to back cancelation was disappointing. read more

I went to Ingrid for the first time today. She is a fabulous person and gives an amazing facial. I had the hydro dermis facial which I have never had before and it feels great. I went in to get my eyebrows darkened because they had some grey hairs in it. I asked how much it was and i thought she said 25. Which i was ok with. She asked me to come back in 20 minutes which i did and had them done. Then checking out she said 45 dollars. Which i reluctantly paid but to be in there for 20 minutes and her tell me it lasts for a month i would have never paid this. In Buckhead they tint your lashes for 28 and it lasts about a month. Maybe it was her accent and i misunderstood but i can't find any prices for this on their website and i didn't see it on their brochure inside. Make sure you clearly get the price in writing before having a service done. They are very pricey here and you can get this done half the price at other places. read more

Results from Ingrids lashes in 1st picture. Clumpy at the bottom stuck 1 cluster onto multiple natural lashes which caused so much pain during process and after. Did not take the time to put on a single lash. Went to a new location at Lustful Lashes 2nd picture, she does amazing work will never go anywhere else again!! Only reason I gave 1-star was I couldn't give negative. The reason for the negative would be the customer service on top of the pain I went through and unnecessary loss of lashes when I called to explain my situation no refund was applied. and there's no way I would've accepted additional services from there. read more

I really love this place! So, basically, I signed up for a 2 week fill in because I had gotten some lashes a DIFFERENT (terrible) place and they fell out within a few days. I still had lashes on my eyes so I assumed that's what I needed. That's also what I budgeted for. Anyhow, I went in and Hannah told me that's not what I need cause they were so sparse.. And that I needed a full set which was almost triple the price of the fill in so I couldn't afford it at the time. So, I was immediately upset cause my eyes looked ridiculous with all of the fallen out lashes and I figured I was just gonna have to leave. Well, Hannah must have noticed this cause she went to go get Ingrid (the owner) who is a very sweet, kind lady and she must have registered how sad I was and offered to do my lashes for a different price that I could afford. Now listen, don't go here expecting that to happen to you after I post this cause that's not fair to the business. But I feel like this act of kindness needs to be noticed because it really made me feel good. She did such a great job and five days later not a single lash looks out of place or fallen out. They're beautiful. They're worth every penny they charge. Not to mention she also replaced my damaged lashes from the other place.... AND the bed you lay on is the comfiest one I've ever experienced at a lash place. Usually I leave with my neck and back aching terribly but not here! So, Ingrid is great! Ingrid has been doing my lashes for a couple of months. She came highly recommended by two of my friends. Ingrid is a doll. She knows all about eye lash extensions. My first visit was just before my Hawaiian vacation. I wanted lash extensions so I wouldn't have to wear mascara and have black under my eyes. Wow did I get my wish!!! I LOVE my lashes. While they are long and full, you would never know i was wearing extensions ! They look very natural! Ingrid does s great job and Is very patient and caring.
