But when I got home, I noticed my nails had air bubbles in them. So, I called and came back in 2 days later. The woman that works there told me she couldn't see the bubbles and when I showed her a picture of them (second pic below) that I had taken right after the appointment, she said it was AI?? I asked her to either take them off and refund them or just to redo them. They refused to redo them and said they would take them off and refund them, so I agreed. They only clipped them? Both refused to soak my nails off because it would've been an extra charge. I had high hopes based on reviews and they were sweet and respectful during the appointment. I would have been a recurring customer if they had just fixed the problem. EDIT: I forgot to mention this at first. They tried to refund me $65 for the nails (still paid $45 for the pedicure) and instead of refunding it, they charged the card. I had to wait in the salon for 45 minutes for a $130 refund. $65 for the nails and $65 for the charge. Insane experience.

They do fill up on weekends and local school breaks so having an appointment especially if you want a specific person to do your nails is recommended. She didn't even have her own workstation or cart with the necessary tools and kept taking instruments from her coworker's cart throughout the appointment. On top of that, she repeatedly got up to answer the phone and assist customers who walked into the salon, interrupting my service several times. It felt very unprofessional and made it clear that she was unable to focus on providing proper care. As a result of all these interruptions, she cut one of my fingers during the service. To make matters worse, the nail polish was left streaky and dripping, with a very poor-quality finish. I expected a safe, professional service, but instead I left with an injured finger and poorly done nails. I hope the salon improves its organization and ensures that employees are able to focus on one responsibility at a time so customers receive the quality and attention they deserve.

Not just like 5-10 mins but like 15-30 mins. If I make an appointment ahead of time, I should be seen at my scheduled time. She's a sweet girl and was attentive. Made sure I like my nails throughout the process. Her work is quick and I thought that was good until I realized some imperfections in my nails. I now feel like I was just being rushed out the chair. She also quoted me a price on the picture I showed her but I ended up paying different. I don't like that! Unfortunately, I will not be back again! *UPDATE: The gold beads put on both ring fingers are peeling. They're now silver!! Just not worth the $95 plus tip!!
