I decided to give them another try and I've had great experiences with my nails ever since. I will say the last time I went the ombré I got looked pretty bad and while taking off my old nails he ripped my real nail off the nail bed and my finger was bleeding badly. He was very apologetic and added ombré for free (even though it didn't look good) I appreciated the gesture. I'll keep going just depends on who you get I suppose. read more

so, this was my first time coming here. Seeing all the reviews I thought why not? The service was great, but the work was not. I had a party of three people total. My step daughter had gotten gel, we had explained that she wanted tips and they didn't do that. Than they put the wrong polish on her nails and toes. I got SNS and oh my lord, my nails are all sorts of messed up. Different length, thick on top and it looks rough. I am very disappointed in the work. I will not be returning here again. I go here all of the time but the last three times I've been here, the service has been absolutely awful. The most recent time I've gone was my last straw. Let me first start by say that I've been going to palazzo in cartersville for about 2 years and The owner here is AMAZING! He always makes sure that he's attentive and getting his customers seen as soon as possible. He even steps in and helps the nails techs. And he's always running around to see if anyone needs help offers water, drinks etc. But, unfortunately for the past month I feel as if some one the nail techs get don't care and have tried to take short cuts. In this picture you can see that my nail broke. And Instead of soaking it off and replacing the nail with a fresh one, they just added a nail extension and then added acrylic on top of that. Probably betting on the fact that I would not say anything. And they would be right. I hate confrontation as much as the next person. However, after I got home, I conjured up the courage to actually leave a review. This type of short cutting is just plain insulting. I don't remember the name of the gentleman that did my nails but if you want to go here I would be very picky on who does your nails. If you get a great nail tech, request them every time you go. Ps: If you're the owner and you are reading this review, I think your shop is great and i think you do and amazing job taking care of people, however some of the workers do not care about your business as much as you do. Which wouldn't be that bad of a price but that's with $20 off b/c the first guy JACKED up my nails(see the first guys nails). I said something to him 3 different times about the shape and then twice about thickness and color. I gave it 3 stars b/c Steven came back and fixed the original disaster. I've been to this salon twice so far in the past month and a half or so. They are always crazy busy, but they take the time to ask every customer if everything is OK, they need anything, etc. They acknowledge everybody who walks in the door, and they clearly know how to run a successful business. I spend a lot of money to get my nails done and usually they last for 3 to 4 weeks. Jake was my nail tech and he did a great job. The last time I went to the salon Jake had left and I was told that "Tu" can do nail art so I booked an appointment. My nails looked nice however, with in a couple of weeks they started lifting from the nailbed to the point that I had to put nail glue on them to keep them in tact and to keep them from hurting. I called Palazzo and the person I spoke with told me they could redo my nails for 20% off. First off, I paid $90 to get them done and I gave Tu a $10 tip so my total was $100.00. To be told they could only give me a 20% discount is unacceptable! I guess they thought I was going to pay them another $72.00 when it was obvious the nail tech either cut corners or did not do what it took to adhere the S&S powder to my nails. I am very disappointed! I don't mind spending money for a job well done but I am not going to spend money when it's clear that the nail tech was at fault. read more

Well this is one of my favorite nail salons. However, this particular day. The staff were overwhelmed and did not meet my requests. I asked for moscato wine, and was brought out merlot without notice. I overlooked that and declined the glass. Next I explained the design I wanted on my nails. The nail tech had another nail tech come over and look at my nails as if he could do the design so as she attempted to take my nails off she end up rushing me and telling me to pick a design. I explain to her that I had already picked my design and she told me that they were too busy to fulfill my request. At that time I was getting my toes done at the same time. So I asked her why would she have me thinking that my requests would be field and it couldn't be. Next manager came over there and told me that they do not have time to do my nails today so I actually left the nail shop with my nails and toes undone. I had to ask them to take my nails completely off because they were being soaked when I found out they were not able to fulfill my request. This was the worst experience that I have ever had with this business I will never return. I was actually on my way to a wedding the next day and I had to find another nail shop immediately whereas this was my regular nail shop. And I always tip $50 and more this was so hurtful for me. waited 45 minutes sitting in the chair after waiting atleast 20 minutes in my car after checking in. tried to convince me to do tips because it was prettier when longer compared to my natural nails even tho when i checked in i specifically said gel mani pedi no tips. a lady finally started my toes, was rushing and it hurt. I'm 20 and they probably thought i wouldn't tip good so they. (i do btw.) I've been to this nail salon a few times and each experience has been great! The technicians are very thorough and detailed, and they do whatever you ask them to do. You can show them a picture of what you want and they will do exactly that. The location is also in a great spot, and even when they are busy, the building is so large and they have so many techs that the wait times are never bad. I have never left there without having to get my nails redone by someone better. They are in such a hurry that you can't really enjoy yourself. They upsale, which is expected... I will not be coming back to this salon, the first time i went a lady fixed my nails, when i walked out they were fine, by the second day my gel polish was bubbled up and started to LITERALLY peel !! i figured it was just a mistake and chose to give them a second try, I SHOULD HAVE TRUSTED MY GUT!!! i went today asked for a medium long square shape nail, my nails are all different lengths, crooked, they did not have the colors i wanted so i had to pick different colors, i chose to go with the powder color acrylic, ‍ my nails are sloppy, i asked during the process for her to fix things, she did not. you can see the lines in the acrylic, they weren't smoothed out. overall i'm just very unhappy with my nails. read more

Today was the third time I have received such bad service here. I have given this shop two other opportunities, the first time was a bad job on my nails and when I came back and said something, all I got was a sorry. The 2nd time it was such an unpleasant, bad job, and to top it off unprofessional service from the lady that did my nails. I complained and one of the front guys fixed them, he could tell it was a very poor job. Now since I have been coming here I decided to give it one last chance and I completely regret doing it. Today was a very sweet lady who helped me but just not a good job, I have lumps of color on my nails, unshaped nails and not fully colored. When I said something the guy in the front which is it seems to be the owner; all he said was..."NEXT TIME WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU" haha wow that's how you care? Didn't even offer to fix my nails nor to give a discount or at least apologize, especially when I said, I don't think I'm coming back here. They sure don't care about faithful customers.
