Charged me $90 for acrylic French tips. Thats an absurd price to pay in Cartersville, GA. On top of that, I was initially unsure exactly what length I wanted my nails. I didn't want them too short or too long. I asked the man to remove 2 tips he had already cut because I thought they looked too short. (This took him 20 seconds to remove btw). Then, when he asked me if the length was ok after cutting the tips again, I asked if he could trim them shorter- to which he chucked and said that would be the length they were before - as if he was annoyed. Sorry but I'm not paying $90 to be unhappy with the length of my nails for 2 weeks. It took 20 seconds to fix and it costs nothing to be nice. read more

Kim is the best here and the lady next to her. I had to go for my vacation nails and Kim wasn't available so i took whoever and that's where it ended bad. The lady who sits on the last seat to the left is a sweet person but her work is different, i like my nails to not look chunky and to be skinny and i'm sure many do too. She had to file a lot of the acrylic down bc i explain i do not like them thick, i saw it was taking longer as she filled but nothing changed i told her it was fine. i couldn't get the design that i wanted because the nail shape was really off that my design wouldn't go. My nails started lifting not even a week later maybe on the fourth day because the way she prepped my nail i'm assuming, i called today just to see if i could just get some money off of my fill-in only because it's too soon for them to be lifting and i've already lost one. A girl I work with gets her nails done City Nails and they are always so pretty. So I went here. Don't judge me ladies I work 12 hour shifts in a factory job, so finding the time to get anything done is a challenge. I am so grateful that she recommended this place, I got my nails done by LyLy. really good but cost too much money. my friend got a really simple design and it cost $60

UT did my lashes today and I'm over the moon. She is amazing. Her gentle touch I literally was able to doze off! Two hours felt like 10 minutes. And the finished results are life changing. I feel as if I am smiling with me eyes without even trying. The icing on the cake is her talent for brow shaping. So now I can't imagine not doing this! The person who did my nails was rude, didn't wear gloves, an tried to talk down to me like I was a child in front of other customers & employees. I am hearing impaired and I guess he didn't hear me asking him a question an I don't appreciate another person treating me that way. He was just too busy texting on his phone to be bothered.It is very unprofessional. They also didn't care if I liked the way my nails looked or not. I don't mind suggestions about how to make my nails look better but this employee wasn't even listening to me when I said I wanted holiday nails. read more

They took there time... I saw Tammy... She really got all the dead tissue and callous of my feet. A nice sugar scrub massage and leg wraps with a mask. I got the lavender package with the paraffin wax!!! Very nice. I asked for a drink and they gave me a glass of water and candy . I have been going some place else for a year now and they do an okay job. This place topped them and I'm okay for paying a little more for the treatments. An hours worth of massaging with lotions and oils. I will be back read more

Good job with the nails, service was a 2. The guy complained about my nail design because it was going to take "forever" & when I paid he demanded a tip, reached his hand out for the money (I did tip). If I were to return I'd ask for one the ladies, they were very sweet. read more

They put alot of effort into my nails but the quality of the work still isnt good at all. Not even a week after i got them done the clear coat on my nails had peeled off and chipped on the tip on my nails. I do not reccomend at all. read more

I usually go here and leave happy. The last few months have been terrible. This past time they burnt me with the water and wax they put on your feet. My pedicure was $55 and honestly I could have done it better myself. They were super rude to my friend with me who had anxiety. I will never go back. The worst place in cartersville rudd did a messy job on my daughters lashes for her birthday she went back to get it fixed they told her she has to pay again because she left!
