I didn't want them too short or too long. I asked the man to remove 2 tips he had already cut because I thought they looked too short. (This took him 20 seconds to remove btw). Then, when he asked me if the length was ok after cutting the tips again, I asked if he could trim them shorter- to which he chucked and said that would be the length they were before - as if he was annoyed. Sorry but I'm not paying $90 to be unhappy with the length of my nails for 2 weeks. It took 20 seconds to fix and it costs nothing to be nice.

They never cancelled my appointment, although I called a day in advance, and they keep sending me messages saying I was marked a no-show. Everyone knows that a Brazilian wax is a very personal thing, and you need to be comfortable with the person servicing you.
