This time, I left with dents and grooves and divers at the ends of my nails like I asked for waves or something. And NO, my nails aren't natItaly shaped that way. They don't "go like that". When I went to pay, I was charged double what I usually pay at my normal location. $70!!! For gel builder with nooks and crannies! The owner stepped in when I refused to put my finger under the gel nail dryer light. I instructed the tech to take the gel polish off of my pinky and replace it with regular polish. I was not going to allow them to torture me with that nail dryer. At this point they both were pretending like they didn't understand English. They didn't even try to accommodate me for my suffering. It's been 2 months and my nail still hasn't grown back. I'm very disappointed.

She was reluctant to aks around and booked an appointment with Chelsey. It just simply didn's work out, rather than highlights (which to us being from Canton) means light streaks, she came home with beige hair and no perceptable highlights that either of us could detect. My wife was in tears and needless to say I was extremely disappointed. Withe the hair being so light we will likely need to wait a year for it to grow our completely so we can start over. So we spent $120 and my soft hearted wife even tipped her. We learned a couple of lessons here. 1. Get recommendations from people you trust. and reviews are helpful. and 2. Understand the limitations of people you are dealing with. There are no substitutes for experience and a careful approach with expectactions discussed. And as a bonus lesson, be wary if an appointment is too easy to get.
