Typically I love this place and I have been going here for 2 years and referred friends and family. Today I got my nails done at 3:00 p.m. by appointment. Around 8:00 p.m. I put on my yard boots to go do some work in the yard. When I took the boots off all the nail polish was smeared on the two big toes. The salon is closed tomorrow and I am not going to be able to get back there until the end of the week next week so I cannot wear my toes out at the event I planned on going to. I will say this has never happened before but the fact that it did happen I just asked that they correct it. Understand how toenail polish can smudge after 5 hours. It's after hours and I tried calling to leave a message but you're not allowed to leave a message because there's no voicemail. I cannot report it tomorrow because they are closed. I will try calling on Monday. If this is corrected I will remove the post. read more

I needed my nails done for an occasion and amy wasn't in that day, so i had the other girl do them and they are horrible. My wife and I have been going here since places began opening Post Covid. It's a really long story, but I can no longer recommend this nail salon. One of the workers there, may be the owner for all I know, continually insults us, and me the most, but in a very veiled and skilled manner. We have tried to overlook this behavior as poor customer skills, but can no longer do that. I could tell you how they make my wife feel badly about her short nails, but I won't. Or, how 2x now they have used a different color than she chose saying it wasn't best for her. I won't tell you about that either. Just don't go here. read more

I've only been there maybe 5-6 times. I don't remember the first time being all that disappointing but the last time definitely was. I walked in and said it would be two of us getting services and my friend was on her way. I didn't wait very long if at all. During that time some other women came in and were promptly taken care........until my friend who I had mentioned before came in and they told her she would have to wait 30 min. So understandably she said she'd come back another day. I was disappointed and apparently looked tired according to the woman doing my nails. While doing my nails she nicked my cuticle and it bled. No problem, accidents happen all the time it will heal, but I was mildly annoyed by the fact that instead of getting the bleeding to stop she just smears it across my nail. It wasn't until she encapsulated the blood smeared nail in acrylic that I was highly irritated. By this point I just really wanted to be done. But we were far from it, She still had to apply the white acrylic to the tips. At least it's solid and covers the rest the bloody nail and I won't be able to see it. When she finished I had chucks of white acrylic that had hardened under my nail which felt uncomfortable so I requested that she file them down. Apparently I was being too picky. Picky or performing quality control duties? I mean I'm paying for this I should at the very least be some what comfortable and satisfied right? Anyways she files it down and I think we are done. I just kind of figured that she had gotten rid of all of the acyclic. I washed my hands, paid (tipped) and rushed home...... only to discover that there was still chucks of acyclic under my nails. I waited debating on whether I just wanted to go get them fixed somewhere else or if I wanted to go back and have them fix it. In the past when I've only needed a small repair most salons haven't charge me even after I offer. Which is why I always tip when I have cash which is rare so I always asked to be charge something so I can at least leave a tip. So it seemed unfair to go else where ask someone else to fix it. Needless to say I haven't been back after she fixed it. My friend likes them and that's why we've always gone. read more

I broke 2 of my nails, went back and they fixed them with no charge!!! Just great service all around!!

I had my nails done on Wednesday my toes pedicured and my hands manicured. My total bill was 70+ dollars. I paid $20 to get designs on both big toes and on both my thumbs.The design started to pop off the next day. I went back on Saturday morning before they opened because all the little hearts had fallen off. Understanding that it is Valentine's Day I was there at opening. I was told to call back today because they were very busy or come back Monday. These people are rude! They talk in their language while you are there. Most likely about us. WHY DID I RECEIVE A DESIGN THAT FELL OFF one day after the design was created? I did not know that Jackie was gonna put a actual designer on my fingers and toes that would not work. I did not know that! I was towed to come back either Monday or call later today to see if they can get me in today. I think that's very unfair because I paid for mine design. I am not asking for anything free, just the service I've paid for. Jackie should know what to put on my nails and what not to put on my nails. She's the "professional". I'm really fucking pissed off with those people right now. NOT GOING BACK! read more

Mani/pedi for $65 that didn't last a week, chipping and peeling. Returned for mani/pedi with gel for $85 because they swore it would last 2 weeks and it started peeling within 2 days. Not to mention they told me the price on their menu was wrong that is was really $20 more. Don't trust this salon. They falsely advertise prices, quality is poor and they will make up price as they go. read more

This place was not good. They do not use bags in their tubs and reuse nail filers without cleaning them. That is NASTY. They are supposed to open new packs of tools for each client and they did NOT. I will not be returning to this salon!!!! I went in on last weekend to get my nails for my bridal shower. When I entered the man at the front desk asked me what I would like I told him gel polish and a pedicure. He then tried to talk me into get dip powder and a manicure. I said no manicure no dip powder just gel polish. After my nails were done I was told for my hands it would be $36 because I received a manicure. Mind you, I've been to several shops and for a manicure what I was given was NOT a manicure the only filed my nails (which she did horrible at). I told the lady doing my nails that I didn't ask for a manicure just gel polish she looked at me like I was stupid and just said "oh no I do manicure for you". I then repeated that I didn't ASK for a manicure. The lady or man at the shop did nothing for me in regards to the inconvenience. They should of given me half off of my manicure AT LEAST. Since I didn't ask for one or RECEIVE one. Horrible customer service! If I would of said something it wouldn't have been polite so I let it go and paid full price. But I will NEVER step foot back in that shop!!! My nails looked horrible and they're already chipping after two days. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more
