None of the customers were watching the game, yet the staff reacted to it as if they were at a sports bar. The constant yelling and loud outbursts became so distracting that they gave me a headache. I even put on my headphones to try to block out the noise, but then realized I shouldn't have to do that just to enjoy a manicure and pedicure. A salon should provide a calm, relaxing environment where customers can enjoy their services. These people were rude and disrespectful. This wasn't an isolated incident. On previous visits, I've also experienced staff members laughing and carrying on very loud conversations with one another during my appointments. While it's nice to see employees enjoying their work, the focus should remain on creating a pleasant, peaceful experience for customers. The one bright spot was the woman who performed my pedicure. She was kind, professional, and did an excellent job. I truly appreciated her service. I hope management will recognize that the customer experience should always come first.

She didn't even have her own workstation or cart with the necessary tools and kept taking instruments from her coworker's cart throughout the appointment. On top of that, she repeatedly got up to answer the phone and assist customers who walked into the salon, interrupting my service several times. It felt very unprofessional and made it clear that she was unable to focus on providing proper care. As a result of all these interruptions, she cut one of my fingers during the service. To make matters worse, the nail polish was left streaky and dripping, with a very poor-quality finish. I expected a safe, professional service, but instead I left with an injured finger and poorly done nails. I hope the salon improves its organization and ensures that employees are able to focus on one responsibility at a time so customers receive the quality and attention they deserve.
