Me and my daughter went to treat ourself. We both got our hands and feet done on Thursday. My daughter got gel polish. By Friday afternoon only 5 of the 10 finders had polish on them. (Gel is suppose to last at least a week with no problems. But as a parent we never know what takes place at school so anything could of happened to make the polish come off). I go BACK to the nail salon for them to repair the polish (Saturday morning...Friday was a busy night for me) and today Sunday afternoon 2 more nails polish popped off. Mind you have I have been with my daughter ALL WEEKEND and she has not done anything out the way to make this polish come off AGAIN. I think this shop is too busy to do quality work. My service was subpar... hands I requested coffin shape nope it's more like square. My feet I did damage my nail BEFORE getting my nails done and the chip is still there. They did not smooth out the chip well enough. Also I saw ANTS on the wall as I was leaving. NOPE NOT GOING AGAIN!! People where nice but not wot the $150 I spent plus tip for what we got. read more

The first time I visited here service was phenomenal. That was beginning of summer last year since it has been that great and I am probably not returning. I recently got my nails done at 3 weeks the last time I got my nails done the gel color peeled off the next day and I had to get a different color then I went to a different shop this weekend he took the previous acrylic off and the nail tech informed me that I had a fungus on my thumb it's discolored. I've been here a handful of times and each one is always iffy. When they do good work they nail it but when they don't... The past 2 times I've been I was overcharged extremely high. The first time they caught it AFTER I paid and gave me the refund (which they didn't even tell me an amount) on a gift card. I didn't wanna go back after that but the mysterious gift card was burning a hole in my wallet so I decided to use it there and save some money. Big mistake, the gift card was a whopping $5 despite being over charged probably $15 the day I received it. I was told my total was $83 for the services I received and gave them my $5, and somehow my total managed to be $88 bring me to owe $83 out of pocket. The acrylic set I got LOOKS good, but I've had 4 nails either pop off or start to lift like crazy, I've had it not even 2 weeks. This place needs to be more consistent and get their pricing system down. Not going to return. read more

Went and got a voesh manicure and the deluxe pedicure. It was the worst pedicure and manicure I have ever gotten. The girl who did my pedicure,Moon, was so rushed to get back to her phone. She hurt me multiple times and I expressed that to her. She used the callous remover without applying callous softener and it hurt. She did not use any cuticle softener or oil so when she went to push my cuticles back, it hurt. The whole process hurt. Her massage hurt. A pedicure should not hurt. I'm pregnant and I came here to relax. So I added on the voesh manicure hoping it would give me some relaxation. The guy was so rushed too. I have to go home and do my nails again because he made them square but they are super sharp and need to be rounded. The massage was awful. I almost just told him to stop. He just literally slapped my arms multiple times and jerked me around. He was annoyed I wanted my chair tilted back but I'm pregnant and it was hard to sit how he wanted me to sit. horrible as soon as i walked in was greeted in a rude way and the desk person was not helpful at all. i told the front desk person that i wanted a full set of a acrylics which should be 40$ plus french tip 48$. The nail tech i had did the french tip part of my nails with gel nail polish which i never asked for, and ended charging me an extra 15 dollars for something i never requested. he took advantage that my parent wasn't in the salon and never told me he used gel until i went to pay. these people also demand a 15% tip for a job that isn't good. nail polish is sloppy and a very lazy job. they don't even sanitize or cut your nails fully. these nails usually fall off in two weeks as if they're press on nails. and when my parent confronted the nail tech about this he raised his voice at me in a very rude manner for asking a question. i recommended everyone gets theirselves a personal nail tech or take themselves somewhere else for nails because this place is definitely not it. 65$ for short french tip nails plus tip is outrageous for a bad job speak up!!!! read more

Honestly.... Just don't go here. This is after I asked them to be fixed. And yes, that is the corner of my real nail sticking out of the side. My real nails have also already lifted from the tips and it's been 4 hours. They also charged me more for asking to have them fixed. I asked for them to be fixed when they took me up to pay and it was $40, after they were fixed it was suddenly $45. My sister also got a pedicure and her toenails are crooked. The woman doing her pedicure did not use all of the product from the lotion packet for her volcano pedicure, and she put the majority of the product into a container to save for later, which has never happened in the many times we've been here. Asked for the services to be done at the same time...the salon was not busy and there were MULTIPLE workers sitting around on their cell phones. The girl doing my pedi asked the manager about doing them at the same time, per my request, and he rudely said no, only for SNS. I complainEd to him on my way out and again he was very rude. I went to get my nails done yesterday. I wanted dip powder on my hands and a regular polish change on my feet. The polish change on my toes came out okay, after a few minor complaints due to the pedicurist putting on thick layers of polish. Now, the dip powder on my hands was a different story. The experience was bad from beginning to end. The manicurist, while drilling the old dip powder off, burnt my nail bed 3 times on 3 different fingers. The dip powder was so thick. My nails do not look good at all. Additionally, they do not listen to you when you say something. Twice I was asked a question regarding the service I was there for, and in the middle on me answering them, they proceeded to ignore what I was saying to talk to someone else. Terrible experience. I went in requesting a full set and pedicure. After taking my place I told the lady the shape I wanted (almond) and then after she applied the nail she asked me what length in which I answered. AFTER she shaped my nails and cut at my desired length, she told me there was going to be an up charge. Why wasn't this information disclosed at the time in which I was asked what shape and length. This is my first time at your establishment so outside of me seeing the price of a full set is $25, I wouldn't think I would be charged extra for my shape and length.
