I asked for a round and thin French tip manicure with gel. Overall the quality feels sloppy. My fingers are left with cured gel polish on them that the tech tried to use the cuticle pliers to remove. My cuticles have a couple places that started bleeding. The nails have bubbles and fibers cured into them. The top coat was cured over my cuticle on one in my pinkies. I had high hopes for this place. Recommended by a friend. Clean, not over crowded on any given day. Here's the thing. I received a wonderful pedicure on one visit and one that left me with a wound on another day. I won't take that chance again. Yes, cuticles get cut by accident from time to time. The amount of blood on my left big toe should have been an indication to the nail tech that the pedicure needed to be modified. I had to repeatedly point out that my toe was cute and that any further touching was painful. It lead to a tense situation instead of the spa treatment I had needed. That scab was there for weeks and I can still see the shadow of a scar. Also, every time I have been here, people have come in to have lost manicure nails replaced. They helped them, but this seemed to be a constant. I won't be back, but I don't fault them for giving a decent effort some of the time. read more

There are so many other options in Hiram and I would advise you to go there. I was shocked the first time I came here because it was so empty. The reason became clear on my second visit. The customer service is HORRIBLE! I came in for a pedi and fill-in. As I waited, a lady finished a set of nails and i should have been next. Instead, she took another lady for a pedicure who came in 40 mins after me. I had been here 90 mins at this point with only my pedicure complete. When I brought this up she said she thought the lady would finish the pedicure quickly and I would be next. Neither of us had appointments and I was there before the lady. That said, prior to walking in the door I fell and was scuffed and scraped up on my arms and legs. I broke 3 nails and my big toenail. I was in a LOT of pain and almost in tears. I came here last week paid over $50 for a fill in. A week later, every single one of my nails has lifted as if this is a week three. I can't even wash my hair because it's getting stuck underneath the lifted part of my nails. It has only been one week!!!! I made an appointment they still made me wait. They charge you to for shape. If you come in with square nails and they file them back square they will charge you for that. They also charge you if your nails are long they charge you if they cut your nails they charge you for putting the polish on, they charge you for taking the polish off. Nothing is included in the service of a filling at this point a feeling to them is just putting the acrylic on and drilling because everything else you're charged individually. read more

So far so good. I have been twice (I like to visit a place twice before I give a review to get a real sense of the establishment.). I made an appointment for a week day and was able to get in for that evening. When I got there i didn't have much of a wait at all. I wanted a fill in but the tech stated that I needed to start fresh with a full set. I agreed. I chose pink and white ombre nails. I absolutely LOVE these nails. They didn't take long to install either. I decided to get my eyebrows waxed too. The tech did a pretty good job. I came back on Friday (I made an appointment for my mother and I to get pedicures). We waited about 10 minutes. But it was worth the wait. Both techs did really good pedicures and I got the 2nd option which was $29 but came with a sugar scrub and a 8 minute massage. My husband and I went there after reading reviews for salons in the area for a nice pampering session. I was dissatisfied with the quality. We both asked for the pedi with all the extras including paraffin treatments. My feet looked no better than when I arrived. Cuticles where untouched. After $150 we could have gotten the same unprofessional looking results by doing it ourselves. Solid 3 stars for cleanliness and they started on us at our appointment time. read more

I used to come here to get my nails done. They have good nail techs but after this last time I will never come back here again. The manager, Katie, is rude and unreasonable. I came to have my nails done, SNS, for my daughter's wedding and picked out a color that looked plum. I was told that it was a color changing powder. I asked what color it would be and was told that it would be varying changes of the color I picked, like ombré. When she dipped my finger, it looked yellow. I didn't like that but she told me it would be gold. I was okay with that. But the finished color was not gold but green! I didn't realize this until I left the shop, how ugly this was going to be so I called back and requested that they fix it. Valerie said it wasn't her fault because I picked the color. I said it is your fault because you told me it would be gold. Her manager, Katie said they would fix it but I would have to pay half. I didn't have much choice so I agreed. But they were so rude, almost laughing at me and trying to convince me that it was a pretty color. Katie said you don't know what the color will be because everyone's body temperature is different. That was not explained to me. When she redid the nails I asked for three different colors. Then she charged me extra $3 for long nails. My nails are not long! And an extra $5 for the three colors. Good nail salon, and place to get eyebrows waxed. It's a convenient location. I've gotten my brows done here, they do a fine job, like most places do. I can't really say they're better or worse than anyone, just basically, the same. I've gotten my daughters nails and toes painted here. That's a pretty cool thing to do. Only $6 to paint them, and they make her feel pampered like she's getting a mani/pedi. It's $3 for nails and $3 for toes on children. It's $6 for each for adults (which is an awesome deal, because I can never paint like they paint at these places, so you look like you got a pedicure when you actually just got them painted :) I'd go back read more

This is my second time coming here. I came for a pedicure and she came for a mani/pedicure. We were greeted when we came in, and was asked to have a seat. We waited about 20 minutes before anyone got started on my feet. I had a gift certificate for a deluxe pedicure that I handed to the guy staying this is what I wanted. He continued to hand me other options but I said I only want what the gift certificate is for. I had to say it 3 times. Could have been a language barrier issue, not sure. The deluxe pedicure came with a sugar scrub, 5 minute foot massage (he set a timer) and wrapped my legs with hot towels. I was please with my pedicure just not the wait. My friend opted out of the manicure because she said she didn't like the method th hey offered to remove her sns. Best french I've ever had, she was extremely accurate and a perfectionist. The inside is beautiful calm, while i was there- a lady was getting a pedicure and the entire time i was in she was getting the massage part of the pedicure- a 25 min pedi massage?! I don't really give reviews, but my experience here was terrible. It was my first time ever going to get a pedicure and the service was not good at all. I was with a party of 3 and we had an appointment. They said we did not, but that they will still take care of us. After 25 mins a lady came in after us and she was attended to first because she claimed she would not stay if she did not go first. How do you as a business put priority on a person with no appointment when you have a party of 3 waiting? Horrible business practice and totally irrational. I went to Bally nails with a friend because she had a gift certificate. I got a full set. I looked at their gel polish options and chose a light pink. They didn't actually have that one. Okay, whatever. I chose a different slightly darker pink. As he painted it on my nails it was literally bubble gum pink. I didn't hate the color so I just let it go. It didn't look horrible in the salon with their lighting so I just kept it. I decided I could tolerate it for a couple weeks. After I was done kiana started on my friends nails. Kiana is literally the only reason I gave this review more than 1 star. She is phenomenal. I get home and start looking at my nails closely and they are SO bumpy. They are not even all the same shape and the polish is literally like glopped on there in the thickest way possible. I called up there and they said they would redo my nails. I go back the next day with my friend and get him to fix the shape and change the polish color. I picked a color off their gel options and it STILL was a different color than what was portrayed on their gel keyring things. I have a bump on my middle finger nail from polish and now 6 days later 2 nails have fallen off. I work from home online so it's not even like my nails do a ton of heavy lifting or anything. If you are worried about your safety at this time do not go here. They DO NOT wear gloves while doing your nails. Also they use foot scrubbers that have already been used. Disgusting. My daughter and I have been going to Bally Nails in Hiram for over two years and absolutely love it. All the employees are very professional and do a wonderful job. I could go every day and have a pedicure, it is that good. They always have the newest colors and styles. I can now up the years to over 3 years. My daughter and I still wouldn't go to anywhere else. These girls took over the salon and have truly made it a different place! They kept the same name but that is all! We both have different favorites but, they all do such a fabulous job on both nails, eyebrows and now I am adding for the first time eyelashes! They are very professional in all their dealings with customers and most important clean, bright and cheery! I would suggest making an appointment if you are going there on a weekend because they have numerous loyal customers but they will always find a way to fit you in without making you feel rushed. read more

This was my first time going to Bally's. A colleague of mine recommended them. I went on a Saturday around 2:00 PM and was seated at the pedicure station shortly after. Hanna started my pedi. I chose the $29.00 service which included the 8 min foot/leg message. Kianna started working on my hands with the S&S dip powder. My services totaled $69. Overall, both Kianna and Hanna did excellent jobs. I'm very satisfied with the painting of my toes (I think a better job could have been done on my heels but they were in bad shape as I hadn't had a pedi in a while). I love love the job Kianna did with shaping and polishing. She is very knowledgeable about the products and techniques. read more

I had a full set of SNS done by NiNi today. She did a fabulous job! The place has been recently renovated and looks beautiful! It's clean and pristine. Oh, and the curtains in the lobby are to die for. I had a relaxing time. It's been so long since I've had my nails done and I don't miss the chaos from the other nail salons. I normally go to a nail salon in douglasville, but I recently moved to Hiram and wanted to find one closer to me. I've been here before to get my eye brows waxed and remembered it was a wonderful experience. (As good as it can be when you are getting anything waxed) Anyways, I came here to get a pedicure before my trip to the beach next week and I got the luxury pedicure and it was very reasonably priced and came with a hot rock leg massage. My legs and toes look and feel absolutely amazing and I will definitely come back here to get my nails done next time and try their SNS/NEXGEN. TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON! read more

This morning was my second visit. The first visit, with the male at the shop 2wks ago I wasn't necessarily satisfied with the outcome with my fill and repair however it was late and my nails were presentable which is more important than perfection. Today I went in to remove my acrylic and try SNS. Tammy was my tech. She began the SNS process and I noticed and mentioned to Tammy some acrylic still on several nails. She began to remove the rest of the acrylic while using the thick clipper. The last nail my pinky had a lot of acrylic left (it is somewhat noticeable from the picture) the acrylic was loose at the tip of nail however Tammy used the tool mid nail and proceeded to dig until blood was drawn. At that point there was no apology or mention of the injured nail. Instead Tammy grabbed the drill with the larger head (buffer maybe?) and grabbed my pinky to continue removing the acrylic. At this point I asked her to stop and remove the SNS powder from the two nails so that I could leave. Tammy asked me why. Although I was not obligated to provide an explanation I advised Tammy that my pinky was throbbing and that I would not want to risk further infection by having anything placed on top of a clearly open wound. Still no apology from Tammy rather a plea to convince me that there was no infection, my nail was fine and that the SNS process would not hurt me further. At this point my request to please do what I asked which was remove the SNS powder was assertive at which point I advised that I would pay for the removal of the acrylic and be done. I have been going here for years. Today I was too dissatisfied. First when he just ripped of the nails I had on damaged my nails I knew it was a bad day. I had a pedicure done here recently, and the massage on my legs was AMAZING! The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is because the lady that was working on me could not speak English at all, so it was difficult to communicate. 1st Edit: I went back again, and the leg massage was mediocre. 2nd Edit: I went in the evening and there were only 3 men working and no women, which made it a little uncomfortable. My daughter had a photo shoot the next day, so we went in for a fresh manicure and pedicure. After they finished polishing her finger nails, they told us that they did not have enough of the same color polish for her toes. They didn't seem to have anything that matched, and she ended up going to her shoot with two different color nail polishes. This was very inconvenient and in my opinion unprofessional. If they did not have enough of the same color for hands and feet, it should have been mentioned ahead of time and not after. read more

I made an appointment two weeks ago with kianna and when I came in I told Katie I had an appointment and she told me that she didn't have any appointment for 5pm. A lady was also waiting for kiana and Katie told her she would have to wait because I had an appointment and the next thing I know, that same lady is getting her nails done with Kiana.
