so as a minor i went with my mother to get her nails done. nail job was great and the vibe was nice. the service was TERRIBLE!! i got sexually harassed by some dude who I think owns the place. i'm sure many little girls go into that place meanwhile he creeps around on them! This is disappointing coming from this place i get my nails done at all the time. If you take your children there be careful i do not support this behavior at all. We got this resolved (not fully). I hope you all just notice this review and understand how disgusting this world can be. It truly breaks my heart. read more

I am so happy I didn't let the review on Yelp stop me. I actually choose googles referral. There is a bit of a language issue but two of the other employees translate. I had Binh do my manicure with gel and Dat did my pedicure. Both of these young men showed such pride in what they do. Binh did my manicure with Gel. Beautiful Job excellent from start to finish and very reasonably priced. Dat did one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I did upgrade to a deluxe and it was worth every dollar. I would highly recommend this shop. read more

this was my first time going here because I wanted to get my lashes done and girl I don't recommend that service!! the lady seemed sweet but the work aint it. yep I went back the next day to get them "fixed" and didn't change nothing! very unhappy and just wish I got my money back! and also the chair they make you sit in to get ur lashes done is ridiculous!!! most places have a lay down table but nope not here! you're out in front of everyone in a chair trying not to break ur neck. very uncomfortable ! not in a separate room. If you're taller you are literally slouching down in the chair just for her to do your lashes from standing behind you !! It's a NO from me! read more

LiLi was my tech and she was so very thorough, as thorough as I would be when I do my own nails. I visited for my first time. I got a pedicure. Tip $10 in $22, was sent home with ziploc bags on my feet. A lady was getting her nails done kept telling the tech her hand was burning. She asked if they had some porodixe they cut put on her hand ir can she wash her hands. Yhe tech just ignored her! I got home the polish was smeard and clunky. I went back the next day and was told they will fix it for $15. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go to this nail salon. read more

So my daughter and I went in here as a last resort on Friday and it was a huge mistake. First of all my daughter got nail color change which they did not understand what I was trying to ask them to do and I got an S&S and ice we finished. We couldn't wait to get out of there anytime I tried to ask the person do mine or my daughters mail. Something they didn't understand that and then we left not happily just wanted to go and not even 48 hours later, my SNS on two of my fingers Chips straight down in the middle after paying like $50 which was absolutely unheard of. There were flies in the air when we were in there. It was just not an experience that I wouldn't wish for on anyone. We just happen to be in this areas and avoiding traffic, but I'd rather sit in traffic and go through that again. read more

This is not a recent incident, but I came across this company while searching something else and just had to share my experience. It has been a couple of years, but it appears to be the same owners. I came here to have my nails filled. When I came in to get my nails done, the lady (owner I believe) saw that I needed a new set of lashes, so offered to do them (I had an appointment somewhere else the following day). She said that it was a new service they provided. It was cheaper than the place I as going to, so I thought, sure! She put remover on my eyes to take off the old lashes. My eyes were closed, so I could not see to know what she was doing next. I thought she was going to leave on the solution to soak/dissolve the glue, but she did not. Instead, she began vigorously wiping my eyes, yanking out almost all of my eye lashes!!!! I was stunned! I had one eye of almost no lashes and the other eye was partially gone only because I had stopped her. Not only did it hurt, I had hardly any lashes left. She tried to say that she was not pulling them out, but she could not lie through the evidence. So, she tried to put lashes on what was sparsely left. They looked terrible, but she charged me the full amount even though she damaged/removed most of my lashes. Because there were hardly any lashes left, what she put on fell off the next day. I had to walk around with little to no lashes until they grew back in. It took a couple of months!!! I have learned that when a salon in a busy business district has little to no customers every time you walk into the place, there is a reason. Listen to the unsaid. I now cringe every time I pass their business or see them pop up in a search. So, thought it was time to leave a review. read more

If I could give a ZERO I would have. So on 06/01/2021 I have CALLED and asked if I can come in get my nails taken off and a gel manicure. The male on the other end of the phone happily said yes and I gladly hopped out of the car. I walked in and they were full so I took my seat at the door in the waiting area. I probably sat down for about 15 minutes while a lady who had been done 10 minutes prior too aimlessly looked for mini projects to do which made it seem like she just didn't want to service me. I thought, "maybe I'm overthinking it." And proceeded to wait. That was when I noticed she ran out of things to do and started to do another ladies nails who was already being serviced in a pedicure chair. Cool story bro! That's not all though, a white woman entered the door and the whole atmosphere changed!! Everyone boasted out a huge hello and what would you like? Mind You I'm still sitting down WAITING. I decided to let that one slide and continued to patiently wait my turn as I NEEDED my nails taken off for work for the next morning. Now I had been waiting for a total of 25 minutes and another Caucasian woman walked through the door where yet again everyone was gleaming ear to ear. They sat her down and began the service. Now I AM PISSED. When the third lady came in the lady who ignored me earlier belched out, "You booked an appointment earlier right? Come over here!" To which the woman replied "No, Nuh uh! I'm just dropping in!!!!" You guys they still SAT HER DOWN! I got up to let them know just exactly how I felt about the situation they all started a conversation and unwillingly sat me down playing musical chairs until one lady finally came to do the simple task. I by now didn't even want their service. I was so hurt that this was even a thing. Their service was worse than TSA and trust me I got a story for that on another occasion! Sad to say though that this was the worst service I have ever received in history! Once a white couple came in my nail tech started rushing even more than what she had been to where I asked her to just stop in her tracks, paid for what was done already completed, and left. I now have $45.00 worth of nail supplies from target to try and do my own nails for work tomorrow. Highly would not recommend and if you're a person of color don't be like me and pay someone who wouldn't invite you a second time into their establishment. I'm ashamed! read more

These mfs don't even deserve a star. I picked a color, changed my mind & told the man (Not Andy. The other man) I wanted to go with pink gel powder nails instead. I told him this before he started. A little bit of time goes by & I notice he's doing the wrong thing so I'm like ".. I'm still getting the pink gel powder right??" Long story short he didn't even hear me talking to him when I told him I didn't want the 1st color anymore. It was too late to turn around & this grown ass man didn't even have an OUNCE of decency to say sorry for the misunderstanding or anything. No "my bad" or nothing. Payed $50 for something I didn't even want. The lack of customer service skills is beyond unacceptable. Done uplifting a community that feel like they owe their customers nothing. read more

I went here 3 weeks ago . I went for a pedicure, full set, eyebrow wax , eyelash extensions, my step daughter got her nails and toes painted . The place is clean , the pedicure was average - nothing spectacular but wasn't bad at all . I have had my nails on for 3 weeks- no lifting or cracks . My eyebrows looked great but my eyelash extensions looked horrible . The were wayyy too thick ! I took the off about 30 minutes after I got home . The staff is very nice and the business was clean, and the prices are average. I will definitely be returning I just won't get my eyelashes done here ! read more

I've been going here for a few months now. Michael was the first person to do my gel overlay there and he was fantastic! Very flat, smooth, no bubbles, beautiful work. He opened his own nail salon in Alabama now and so I tried 3 different people since him. They were all on the bad side. Very sloppy with their work, rippled, too thick for gel, uneven, and once even made my cuticles bleed! When I asked for one of the older ladies to file it down because I prefer short she told me no this is not long. They are my nails! Last visit was to get a full set and 3 of my gel nails actually popped off within a week and some days. I have never had gel nails come off like that. I only went there because it was close to my house. Now I rather drive 17 miles to go to a location that does them properly and doesn't let me leave bleeding. I was a member with them too and now I will never go there again. read more
