Really wish I could give this place 0 stars. I made an appointment two weeks ago with kianna and when I came in I told Katie I had an appointment and she told me that she didn't have any appointment for 5pm. A lady was also waiting for kiana and Katie told her she would have to wait because I had an appointment and the next thing I know, that same lady is getting her nails done with Kiana. It is a shame that this salon does not value their customers. Crappy service, it's a shame. read more

This nail salon is by far the best one I have come across. From the wax that they have (I'm allergic to the honey wax & Bally Nails uses a soft pink cream-type wax) to how wonderful the massages are. The prices are acceptable for the service that you get! I am definitely going to keep going here for as long as possible! read more

My husband and I cane for some pedicures and it was wonderful! He had never gotten one before but he really enjoyed it and I did as well. He got the basic and even with that he got a sugar scrub and a message. Compared to other places for that price you won't get that. Everyone was so friendly and nice and smiled at us the whole time. Everything was clean and they used new products for people every time. What I really enjoyed the most is that no one was rushed. We had a long wait time but I appreciate that because it means someone wasn't getting pushed along for me and when it was our turn we wouldn't get pushed along but instead get there full attention the whole time. Overall one of the best places I've ever been too and will definitely be coming back again. Also side note this one girl when we were there ran out on paying her bill.... that's not cool and disrespectful. They work so hard pay them what they deserve! read more

I have tagged along with my girlfriend to this nail salon a few times, she usually gets a mani/pedi while I relax and get my feet done. She always comments on what a great job they do on her nails at an affordable price. Plus the employees are always courteous, nice, and friendly. I've had a great experience but this time I got a gel polish and in less than a week it started to chip and come off. I went back asking them to fix it. They wanted to charge me full price they wanted to give me a full manicure when I clearly said just polish and then told me it's usually 30 so they will do a discount of half off. I visited Bally Nails for the first time last week and was surprisingly happy with my experience. I have never seen a group of owners/employees work together to benefit their customers like they did. Instead of one manicurist assigned to each customer, they rotated depending upon what was needed (unique designs, pedicure, etc) throughout the visit of each customer. They also allowed an employee's baby to be there while she worked, each taking turns to hold, cuddle, and play with her (I fully expected them to just ignore the baby). I have never seen anything like it and it just shows that they look out for one another as well as the customers that walk through their door. read more

Walked in this shop about 6:15. When I walked in there was about 4 workers and 3 customers.It is a Tuesday so it was slow. They told me 20 minutes. I said ok. After waiting and watching 2 of the customers get finished I was hoping I would be next. Instead all of the workers besides the 1 still working on someone ran to the back. They didn't come me back out. After waiting about 40 minutes I got up and left. I never saw a nail salon that doesn't welcome business. This was my first time there and I won't be going back. Sub par. Went in for a basic manicure. I'm used to sterilized tools, the manicurist pulled hers out of a pencil box. The manicurist proceeded to rush through, the work was sloppy. The price was very reasonable but I could have done a better job on my own for free. read more

First visit somewhat skeptical after older reviews. The salon is modern, very clean and had a serene atmosphere. I had a great pedicure by Pauline. All of the lotions and scrubs were delightful. Loved the fact they had liners for the tubs. Pauline also did a great job on my eyebrow waxing. Will definitely be back for my next pedicure. Not very satisfied. I got a pedicure and set put on. I had to ask the gentleman to cut some skin off around my finger because he was clearing rushing since they were busy and was not going to do it. He did not remove cuticles or push them down before applying my tips. He also got the clear hardener topcoat all over 4 fingers that was not removed and just saw them and had to pick it off. They did not scrub and remove all the calluses on my feet either. Not sure I will be back. read more

I frequented Bally Nails this past Friday to get a mani and pedi. I had never been to Bally Nails, but after reading some of the reviews on Yelp! I figured, I would give them a chance. I called before going to Bally Nails, just to check and see what the wait would be for a mani/pedi. The lady who answered the phone said there wasn't a wait. Mind you, this was around 5:00 p.m. on a Friday. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at how empty, but clean this place was. I was greeted by what I assume to be the owner, and told to pick out a color for my pedi. I was seated in a chair in less than 1 minute after walking in. The man who performed my pedicure was super disconnected. He was very rough with my feet and seemed like he wanted to be elsewhere. He did an awesome job on my toes though so I can't complain. The only downside to this would be the fact that the pedicure cost $22! And it wasn't even all that great. The only plus to the mediocre pedicure I received was the little 5 minute foot massage that came with it. Moving on. The lady who worked on my nails, seemed like she had an attitude and was in a rush. She performed my manicure at the same time I was receiving a pedicure. I got a simple French gel manicure. Once they both were finished with me, they pretty much just walked away without seeing if I liked the work that was done. I didn't know what to do. So I picked up my shoes and headed to the foot dryer, so that my polish on my feet could dry. At this point, I felt like I could have just walked out without paying for the services because that's how little attention I was paid as a customer. And it wasn't even busy! I had to tell the owner lady that I was ready to check out. My total came to $57. I come from New York where I can get a mani/pedi that is 10x better than what I got here and for way less! I will definitely not be returning. I will be checking out other places in the area, the next time I want to get my mani/pedi. You have now been informed. read more

Horrible! DO NOT USE THIS SALON! Went in for a simple manicure with polish and left with a bad mood. No cuticle cream, no hand warmers, uneven nail filing, visible cut cuticles, unsanitary instruments (emory boards and other instruments all kept in same pencil box case and emory boards were used on more than one person... I would imagine the other instruments were also used on more than one person since they came out and went back in to the same pencil box). The entire procedure was over in less than 6 minutes. Anyone who knows anything about quality nail salons would LOATHE this place. When I confronted the person in charge in hopes of a refund, I was only offered a "Sorry" and nothing more. read more

I've gone twice. I don't even know what score to give them so I'll be fair and give 3 stars. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good. The first time a lady did my toes. She was okay but they looked really pretty. The guy did my nails and he was really rough. I kept moving my hand when he cut me. It wasn't the best manicure I've had. I didn't get polish, just the shine so it was nothing pretty about it. I polished them when I got home. The second time I've gone, I was hoping I didn't get the rough man but I did. Oh neither time did anyone talk to me. I'm used to salons where they won't leave you alone. I guess it's good he didn't talk because I was able to close my eyes and relax since he wasn't rough this time. The smell was stronger this time. I started coughing and just covered my face. The guy offered me some water which was nice. Although, he wasn't rough, my toes were not pretty. When he finsihed, he said how does it look or something like that. I said fine but in my head I laughed and wanted to say it looked a hot mess and my 1 year old can probably do a design better than that. The polish wasn't as bad but the design was terrible. I didn't even put up a fight because I was ready to go from the smell and I wasn't keeping the color long anyway. I just told him not to worry about my nails. I try to give a salon 2 times so I've given them 2 chances to get it right. They didn't so I won't return. read more

I went for the first time as my Mothers' Day gift to myself and was sadly disappointed. My nails look TERRIBLE!!! The wait was extremely long but that was to be expected since it was a holiday weekend. My pedicure was amazing and thorough and the guy who did it was amazing. I would give him 5 stars. I got a full set of nails with gel polish with a unicorn powder finish and the color was amazing but the actual nails were HORRIBLE!!! The lady finished my nails in 20 mins and clearly rushed through it. She did not put the acrylic or polish on my whole nail and she did nothing to my cuticles. I am left with fresh nails that look like I have had them on for 2-3 weeks. I would not recommend anyone to come here EVER!!!!! I paid almost $100 including the tips and it was a waste of money. Made appts for my daughter and myself for gel manicures and pedicures. We waited for approx. 30 min for a tech. Why accept appts if you do not honor them? They were not staffed sufficiently to do manis and pedis @ the same time. They did our pedis first. They did an excellent job in repairing a broken toe nail w acrylic but cut my cuticle too short and was bleeding. (Tried not to freak about this!). No real massage to speak of on the pedi. My tech was interrupted to do waxes and take payments....quite annoying. I have had gel nails for a number of years in Texas and just moved here so am familiar with the process. Instead of wrapping each finger w acetone, cotton and foil, they filled a bowl w acetone and had me soak both hands simultaneously. Archaic process @ best; and not great for my skin. After pedis we moved to mani tables for our gel manicures. What a disaster! They couldn't find the color I requested; so settled for an OPI "go to" color I normally use. The tech used minute amounts of gel and over-proccessed them in UV light. The gel was soft and color inconsistent on nails. Thankfully, I chose a light color, so was not very noticeable. Unfortunately for daughter; she was not as lucky. She chose a dark color and her tech use such a small amount of gel, that the color did not even resemble the one she chose. After both of us complaining for several minutes, another nail tech (my guy) came to finish. He was a little more skilled, but still lacking, no doubt. All of this took approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes. We were so disappointed and frustrated that we just wanted out @ this point. Needless to say, will NEVER come back and hope to find a salon in the area that can actually do gel nails. read more
