I had actually called right before coming by and I'm glad I did since they were really busy and was able to squeeze me in. The room was clean and she made me feel really comfortable. She was very attentive to removing ALL the hairs. They have charcoal in their wax (it's black), don't be alarmed at the color. That seems to be more smoothing on my skin.
