Solid place. Not perfect, but few places are. 1st time here. Was a birthday present to a friend. We were sat immediately for pedicures. Offered same time manicures. Said yes to that second option for my friend. Picked the gel pedicure from the menu. Even though we sat down at the same time, our pedicures did not line up. My person kept getting up to look for supplies and answer questions other places in the store. Chairs were clean. Service was adequate. Not great. Not over the moon. Just ok. My friends feet still had dead skin on her feet after and my polish was a little messily done. I'd visit here again, if I'm on this side of town. Absolutely one of the WORST nail experiences ever! First off, the man tried to "upsell" me something when I told him all I wanted was a gel manicure. My nails are NOT acrylic and are my own nails. He removed my previous gel polish by grinding down my nails so badly that they were all bending. When I pointed this out to him, he AGAIN tried to upsell me the other polish telling me it would make my nails stronger. Before he even polished my nails he was grinding them down again. I told him to immediately stop and left the salon. ALL of my nails were so fragile they were bending!!! When I told him to stop and asked him how much I owed he originally said $24, then raised it to $30. A horrible experience especially if you have your natural nails. I would NEVER recommend this place and will never go back again. Run away! VERY far away from this "nail mill" of an establishment. read more

I've been here a couple of times and it's been ok, but today was horrendous. I went in asking for a pedicure and was seated right away. Then proceeded to sit and wait at the chair with my feet in the water for almost an hour. Once someone finally came to do my service, it was rushed. The color they painted my toes looked nothing like the sample, and once it was done, it was lumpy and bumpy (I got gel). I didn't get the lotion massage I was supposed to get with the service, and to top it off, the lady kept laughing about how pale my legs were and how I need a tan, wtf?? I've been to this nail salon a few times in hopes that the service and quality would improve but it hasn't unfortunately . The inside of this place is simply beautiful if I do say so myself but the quality of work doesn't match that . I've tried 3 different nail techs and I've received the same quality of work . My usual salon has been consistently overbooked. I finally made an effort to find a new spot and found this place. Best decision ever! I was able to make a same day appointment and asked for Sang as I saw a couple of people mention her. I saw they have a very spacious suite. 16 nail stations and 16 spa chairs. Sang is very meticulous and did a great job on my SNS manicure. I didn't get the lady's name but she did a great job on my pedicure. I made sure to make a return appointment before I left. Terrible experience. Started off with a young and more than likely unlicensed young lady who did the pedicure; that took over a hour. The gel set manicure was completed in about 20 minutes. Let me start by saying - the last salon I went to in Douglasville was terrible. My SNS nails broke within two days of me going there. So I've been on the hunt for a place that actually does a good job. I am on a regular schedule of every two weeks so it's important to have a place I can rely on. This is the worst salon I have ever been to! First of all, the nail salon is meant to be a place to come to relax and get pampered, but it always feels so rushed at this establishment. I had my nails done and they were falling off in 5 days. I went back to complain and no one paid me no mind until I demanded someone listen. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!I went today may 26th 2022 I called before and made an appointment to get my nails done. I told them I wanted French tips with brown crocodile design. And they said they could do them that they had a person their today who could do them. So I made my appointment at 1pm. So I get there and I told them I had my two children in the car and if they could let me know when they were ready so I can tell my sister to come stay with them while I get my nails done. So an hour and 40 minutes pass and no one has contacted me and I keep seeing 10-15 people walk inside and they are all getting their nails done already mind you I have been waiting an hour and 40mins in my car with a crying infant and a toddler just to get my nails done even though I had made an appointment . So I walk inside and asked if they were ready for me because no one had called me or told me anything. So they end up saying the person "James" is all booked up and he can't do them. But when I first got there I specifically told them what I wanted and they just let me wait for almost two hours with my infant and my toddler in the car.!!!!! Seriously HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE. I will never go back. They suck and don't even waste your time on making an appointment because they make walk ins a priority instead of people who actually book appointments!! RIDICULOUS. read more

Really enjoy my first visit here with Victoria (pedi) and Kaitlyn (mani). Shop is clean and very open. The massage chairs are new and comfy. I did the green tea gel-water pedi. I had an appointment at 2:15. They were busy, but when customers who walk in after me receive their pedicures before me, I draw the line. I sat with my feet in cold water for 40 minutes while people came and left, including walk-ins. One sweet lady did bring a half bucket of hot water and added it to my sink. It made the water luke warm for a few minutes. You must honor your appointments and if you are running behind, please let your customers know. So I walked out. I will not be back! read more

Had service rendered at this salon. First, the young guy nane Duey never gave me eye contact that did my pedicure. I did not feel like my feet experienced a pedicure. He was a horrible nail technician. He seemed to be awkwardly discomfortable with addressing me. I had a fill in by a different guy, he was so busy trying to up sell me service. I would never come back to this salon. It's nice inside, but if you want the attractiveness of the salon to match the service, don't waste your time going to Aria. I was there from 11:30-3, for a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. I had an older lady start my nails and someone else finish, and my toes were pruning by the time someone got to them. She was busy with someone, nobody said one word about the wait. They were not busy. The owner knew I was there. She finally sent me back to sit at her station. By the time she started on me it was 12:55! She is usually very chatty. Today not a word! No apology of any kind for waiting from her or the owner. I would honestly give this place zero stars but it was clean. My sister, 3 year old niece and myself went in for pedicures and 2 full sets. It was sub par service from the start. We we we told to sign in and have a seat meanwhile other walk in customers were taken ahead of us. When they finally said it was our turn we were given cold water and a lousy pedicure. We both asked for the #2 and didn't even get the service of a basic pedicure. They wanted to do our full sets while we were sitting with our feet in the cold water but because my niece wanted to be held by mommy they were unable to do hers right then. The guy that was supposed to do hers was very rude and performed a rushed job. The guy who did mine didn't understand enough English to fully understand what I wanted and was constantly trying to upsell me. I wanted a full french set and manicure ge never performed the manicure and cut the nails too short. So instead I asked for just the color that was on my toes for which he painted very sloppy. I had been a regular customer for about 6 months. SNS nails every 2 weeks and pedicure at least once a month or more often. I showed up the Tuesday of Thanksgiving 2018 and explained I had another appointment. I was assured there was plenty of time. I arrived at 10 am. I had over 1 and half hours until I had to leave. I asked for SNS and a pedicure. They put me in a pedicure chair and I got a pedicure. A man came in without an appointment after me and they had the nail technician give him a manicure. Every other time I was there I had someone do my nail and pedicure at the same time. After my pedicure was left to wait on another nail technician. She took my nails off. I ran out of time and ended up leaving without having the service I originally came to have as a priority! They put the man in front of a regular customer. Terrible customer service.
