I had been to Signature Nails years before and they always did a good job, so I went back. I am always very pleased with their work! I get SNS every 2 weeks and a gel pedi every 3-4 weeks, so I'm definitely a regular. I have never been unhappy at all. One time, my SNS was really cracking (it's one particular brand that seems to be the issue) and I fully expected to pay since they were a week old. I chose a different color and the only thing that they charged me for the complete new set was a $15 "color change". My faves for SNS are Andy, Ann or Tan. They all do a great job. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews, it may have been ppl who are no longer there but I have always been very pleased and my nails look great!

I am visiting from California and helping my cousin move, so I went in for one nail repair. My real…read morenails have an acrylic overlay so the owner (I think) told me she would charge me $30 for one nail repair and gel color change. I should've known it would be a negative experience from that. So instead I asked how much an acrylic fill would be and she said $40, so I opted for a fill and pedicure. The senior lady who did my pedicure was sweet and listened to my requests. The lady who did my hands became aggressive and rude when I asked her to thin out out my acrylic overlay and asked her to cut down my nails. She cut them unevenly and then began filing my nails with the electric file roughly, especially around the cuticles. She cut one and when I began to bleed didn't clean the cut and continued filing. She aggressively put alcohol on my cut and didn't attempt to clean it. She continued to aggressively do my nails-- pushing away my hands and pulling them closer aggressively. At one point I stopped her and asked if the owner could finish because she wasn't doing a good job but my hands also began to hurt. I'm so glad I stopped her because I think my fingers would be swollen for sure. I hope I'm ok tomorrow. And one nail was done so poorly, the acrylic lifted up off of it before I left and the owner argued about fixing it. She only agreed to glue it and called me "difficult". Lastly, after they started, I realized they use the same equipment that isn't sanitized for everyone. I'm praying I don't get an infection or anything. I wouldn't advise anyone to go here, unless you want poor customer service, poorly done nails and to deal with staff that is rude and aggressive-- makes you bleed. Save yourself.
