The owner, Jenny, blatantly lying in response to my credit card dispute. I raised multiple concerns over being cut and the horrible job they did. I was forced to pay prior to leaving. Allure is known to force customers to pay under threat of calling police and then use that receipt to get away with reversing credit card charge disputes. Will definitely be reporting to FTC

I know some some people are chattier than others, as soon as we got started she got on her phone and talked to a friend the entire time, she still paid attention to me, and checked in that the shape and length were good- so im not complaining... She did a really really good job, and at a good price. it was $45.00 She could have told me i needed a new set and charged a bunch more but I appreciated the honesty and the quality of the work she did. I have sent my guests from out of town here and have relied on them for special occasion nails including my wedding and bachelorette. I was a fan, frequent customer, you name it. Unfortunately the quality has dropped immensely. The shop was so dirty I stopped my pedicure service and opted to leave before polish or my manicure. I tried to speak with the owners to understand if this was temporary (maybe they were short staffed or experienced a death in the family, etc.) however I was met with indifference and told that they "clean everyday".
