Was rushed out and didn't receive a massage for the #2 pedicure and I was specific with color and what I wanted. They acted like they didn't understand what I asked for and I understand there is a language barrier but the Customer service is horrible and I paid full price for everything and felt rushed out without a massage. I had an appointment and they rushed me out of there for walk-ins..the nail color was all wrong too and they didnt want to fix it. I went there to relax but walked out nervous and drained. Beware !

They suggested a gel builder to strengthen her nails. Instead of soaking the nails off, he used a fake nail to pry it off, doing additional damage to her natural nails, he cut her several times and the "builder" ended up being a thick coating like the dip that ended up all over her skin. He also did not try to shape them whatsoever. I wish they had explained that it was not really gel polish. They ended up thick and look like globs of white on her nails. While our pedicures were quick, yet efficient, the manicure was the worst we have experienced. We did not have the time for this service and ended up unhappy with the results.

I wish I knew there names but best believe if I see them , they will be hearing from me. While showing the "nail techs" what design and color they wanted, there phones were snatched. Then as they proceeded with the service both men were aggressively tugging at their hand . They messed up my sisters and she asked him to try a different color and he then had an attitude, slamming nail bottles , huffing and puffing as if it's not their fault.. tf. Then her friend already had shorter nails so excessive filing was not necessary , apparently the "nail techs" thought otherwise & filed them down to nubs AND botched the design!! Paid $65 for this mind you!!! I highly discourage anyone who wants to come here.. not to!!

I'd unfortunately contracted a toenail fungus on two toes from the last nail salon I visited about 2 years ago. I've been successfully treating it with Vicks application at least once daily but had thickened nails. I'd not found another nail salon for pedicures that I trusted in all of that time, and when I went to WGPA for my job, I discovered their Medi Foot Spa. I'm so pleased I did, because I'll be returning for more excellent care. I'm older, have creaky knees, and have trouble taking care of my own toenails these days; now, I have a delightful, professional, knowledgeable, and superb technician to take care of my feet and nails. Thank you, Jennifer! I look forward to seeing you again very soon.
