This is exactly how my mom's "pampering" filled day started with. tears streaming down her cheek as the man in the far right desk rushed his work after making her wait a whole 45minutes in uncomfortable and wobbly thrifted "chairs" that felt more like footrests. Mind you there were multiple dead roaches by the window. The smell of cigarettes lingered in the air. Floors had signs of not being swept or washed, you will get a headache from the lack of ventilation it's honestly hazardous to get any service done here. The girl who did my nails did an amazing job my mom and my dad mom was there with me and they made sure they had some where to sit and it looked exactly like the picture the seats where comfortable and made sure it was the way I wanted the lady was also very nice and had a smile on her face she even ask if I wanted anything gem sense they didn't have the one in the picture what was very kind. read more

Worst experience I've ever had. I came in looking forward to a deluxe spa pedicure. My nail technician wouldn't even give me a proper callous removal. She then cut my cuticle so bad that it wouldn't stop bleeding. After seeing the same exact service for a deluxe pedicure being done on my mother I knew my nail technician wasn't up to the standards. So I asked for them to swap, as I hadn't gotten a callous remover or even my feet scrubbed correctly by the initial tech. Uneven paint, uneven colors after they informed me they were out of my first choice, and blood still streaming with my maroon color choice. I tipped them highly even though my deluxe spa gel pedicure looks like it was done buy a four-year-old. Also they overflowed the foot reservoir, distracted by everything else and completely soaked my socks and shoes. read more

Having set out to get a pedicure at a nail salon that has been recommended to me one day I discovered that salon was closed for vacation. While driving around to kill time before my next stop I came across EZ Nails. Decided to give them a try. I arrived a few minutes before they opened yet found the door unlocked. I ventured in and was greeted so kindly. I had a friend with me. There was only 1 person working that early but he welcomed us both to the pedicure chairs. He started immediately. He engaged in conversation with both of us while working diligently. He asked questions about our preferences and accommodated our choices. As he was finishing up more people began to come in for services. He greeted each person and kindly asked what services they wanted. Some be even greeted by name and a small personal touch of something he remembered about the last time he spoke to them. I have been in search of a place I can go and build a little rapport with while getting a pedicure. I have found that place. My pedicure was very basic, no gel polish. I paid $35 for lashes that lasted 2 days. When I returned to tell the owner what happened he explained to me that it was my fault, that his job is to make them pretty, not make them last. When I told him it was his job to give me what I paid for he replied "You hurt my feelings saying my work is bad" He then continued to berate me before off a 50% discount to redo my lashes.
