She wasn't rough when removing the old dip color, and she didn't rub my nail beds raw. Just all around clean, professional, and high quality work. It's a good thing they looked good because my natural nails were destroyed after. There are deep ridges down my nail bed that are almost finally grown out but there has been a lot of damage.
