I had a gel manicure and pedicure done here about a month ago. The overall service was fine outside of the tech who did my toenails. Instead of opening the sealed sanitary package of metal pedicure tools, he emptied it through the bottom of the package which lead me to believe they are not abiding by proper sanitary laws here. The salon itself lacked cleanliness in my opinion. The technicians also seemed disapproving of the 20% tip I left. I was a walk-in client requesting a pedicure special spa ($25). I picked out a color (deep Purple) and requested the color in gel. The girl that did my toes picked a royal blue instead. I pointed out how blue they are and she told me the color will be purple in the light. No, they are royal blue. She dropped "glue" on my toe and ripped the skin off pulling it with a nippers. I tried to be positive regarding this establishment but after having my nails done twice here by who I believe is the owner "Lien" I am beyond disappointed. She took no pride in her finish product even with going back so she could correct the faulty SNS dip product that chipped away within 24 hours. I left more disgusted. read more

It so hard being new to the area & finding someone who does your nails the way you like in addition to actually giving you a pedicure rather you chose the least expensive option or the most expensive. Most places just wash your feet sadly. I've tried 5 salons in the Woodstock area for a pedicure & came across Capri Nails for a turn. Angie here did an AWESOME job on my pedicure. I was very pleased. She got down deep inside with the cuticle trimmer, she polished my toes good & gave me a good massage. I would like to give her a try on my SNS to see if she can do it the way I like. Not sure if I'm ready for that though. I definitely will be going back for my pedicures for sure. It was amazing. read more

This place is joke, they put a male to do my pedicure and he was so rough on my nails, I asked to refill 2 of my toé nails and they refused to do so and still charging for nothing cuz they didn't even polish my nails or did what I asked. Then they sent me this women with bumps on her face and neck that was super rude and started to argue with me.. this is dumb nail place. Don't get your eyebrows waxed here or any other service for that matter. A seemingly very friendly lady turned on me for I don't know what reason and yanked hard at my chin when I reacted during the waxing. Then she started "massaging" my eyes which was quite uncomfortable and did it a second time after I told her not to. I think she might be sadistic. I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I came in yesterday to have a repair on a nail that you put a tip on and it cracked within a week. I have no words for how rude Lee treated me. I guess there is a difference in how you are treated coming in and spending $75 plus the gratuities, which is what I usually do and just getting a repair. Lee wouldn't let me talk. She talked over me and was disrespectful! Not how you keep good customers. Andy did my pedicure and poor guy, he had some serious work cut out for him! I went prepared for an understandable amount of ridicule for my seriously dry, neglected feet. He never made me feel self conscious and he whipped me into sandal season shape in no time. Susey did my nails, a full set of solar nails, and I've never walked away more satisfied. She also did my brows and again... Perfect job. I'm a first timer here but they won my business, so much so I am compelled to review before leaving the parking lot. My daughter and I went in today to find a whole different staff than last time we were there, they seemed very welcoming and overall our services were fine, could have been better, could have been worse. As I was checking out I told the lady how the overall feel of the salon was nicer than the last time we were there, I planned on going back, until she had a problem scanning my card, she then took it to another employee, the person who had actually done my nails. This lady says it needs to be brought back to me so I could add a tip, the woman tells her it had already been added. She then sarcastically says very loudly "oh, big tipper." Everyone in the salon then looks at me, I tipped $10.00 which I feel is standard, she totally ruined what could have been repeat business, and embarrassed a customer. Not great customer service!! I bought my friend a certificate to get her manicure pedicure done after her boyfriend and passed away and even went ahead and paid for a tip. My friend went there got her nails and her feet done and then the lady who owns the place ended up selling her so she could get more money from her. First time here and it was terrible. The lady was very rough with my nails and when she accidentally nicked me and I started to bleed, she said I should try paying more attention to my nails. No "I'm sorry" given to me. Very disappointing. When she placed my nails in the machine to dry, she told me to make sure I got my thumb as much in as possible so that it could get shiny. Having large hands, I squeezed my hands in as much as possible without ruining the manicure. She saw that my thumbs weren't very far in and said "I'm not going to tell you again you need to put your thumb in the back." Very poor customer service. Overpriced too. Ye, the manager is a bit aggressive which can be misinterpreted as rude. In all honesty, I don't think she means any harm. Sometimes being culturally aware, you will understand that southern manners are not always a part of the rest of the world. Their prices are a bit higher than competitors but I must say their pedicures are by far theeeeeeeeee best.
