She got the nails done yesterday and showed me today how bad it was. She said the man who did her nails seemed irritated already and she asked if he was ok and he said something to the affect he was tired of doing nails all day long. Here is here nails . We went back today after calling them with the issue of nails were cut in a circle. He asked her if she wanted round or square. Every round nail I have ever seen wasnt cut round but meant oval as in top sides not square. We went there today and showed him how her fingernails were not cleaned prior to putting on acrylic nails that didnt even meet her cuticle and the shape was shaped so tacky. Also showed the smudged nail polish on her feet and he said i just do repaint. I addressed the fact that he tried to talk her into gel Nails which were $15 more and he told her if she didnt get the gel, her acrylic nails would fall off in 3-4 days. Anyone who has had a new full set of acrylic nails knows if their done correctly the last anywhere from 1-2 1/2 weeks . He refused to fix the nails, he never cut her original nails underneath either and put her at risk for a nail infection. I have reported them to the BBB and I will let people know so they will have a informed decision. Check their reviews online. Wished I had beforehand.

They are informed about all the latest trends or ways to hair because they regularly go to classes and training. They also offer facials, manicures, pedicures, eye brows waxing and eye lashes. It's always clean with pretty decor. They have free snacks and drinks. On top of being great at what they do everyday, they go above and beyond with charity work for the community always helping in any way they can! I've used this salon (always Rhonda Pruitt) for a couple years,mainly because it was somewhat local…read more& the price was reasonable, but I've NEVER left there really LOVING my hair....I only want highlights to cover a few grays, but they're never like I want them to be, and each time I've gone back, I've REITERATED what I want. TWICE NOW, she's made the top WAY too dark-who wants their "highlights" darker than the rest of their hair?? Now I'm thinking she's doing that so I'd have to come back and pay more! Also, one time she seriously dropped the bowl of color ON THE FLOOR and scraped it back into the bowl and used it on my hair!! In hindsight, I shouldn't have let her, but she SAID that was all of that color she had...anyway, even my friends have agreed that she colored the top way too dark-not "highlights"....but she wants to charge me AGAIN to fix it when she didn't do what I asked for in the first place-I've always been very clear about what I want!! So now, I'd rather pay more and actually LOVE my hair after leaving the salon, than to hate it and feel totally ripped off by this woman who obviously doesn't know what she's doing-or maybe she does? Oh, and also, might I add, that she has actually asked me to wash my hair BEFORE coming, because that "makes the color hold better"-whoooo wants to wash their hair BEFORE going to a salon???
