That being said, the downside is my nails did not come out the color I requested. I thought I was getting pink like my toes but it came out more purple. Also they are a little pricey. $60 for SNS. She said normally it's $55 but they charged an extra $5 for shaping. Huh? I thought shaping the nails was included, I don't like salons that upcharge for every little thing. Then she accidentally charged me $45 for my eyebrows. She couldn't refund my card but gave me $30 back in cash. I left feeling a little annoyed.

I can't really say they're better or worse than anyone, just basically, the same. I've gotten my daughters nails and toes painted here. That's a pretty cool thing to do. Only $6 to paint them, and they make her feel pampered like she's getting a mani/pedi. It's $3 for nails and $3 for toes on children. It's $6 for each for adults (which is an awesome deal, because I can never paint like they paint at these places, so you look like you got a pedicure when you actually just got them painted :) I'd go back

The owner stepped in when I refused to put my finger under the gel nail dryer light. I instructed the tech to take the gel polish off of my pinky and replace it with regular polish. I was not going to allow them to torture me with that nail dryer. At this point they both were pretending like they didn't understand English. They didn't even try to accommodate me for my suffering. It's been 2 months and my nail still hasn't grown back. I'm very disappointed.

Maria gave me my service and she was the only one working on a Sunday so it was super hard. I did a French almond manicure with acrylic and gel polish. It was great. I visited the salon on 2.5.26, asked for a pedicure and a manicure. I wanted gel and French tips on…read moreboth. The place was crowded, felt cramped. I didn't like the towels in the window and on the floor. The pedicure technician did an amazing job. The foot soak was warm, she handled my feet with care and was very gentle . She removed the polish and added gel French tips. I had gel on my hands, but it had grown out a bit. The technician looked at my nails and said I didn't need any cuticle work- no manicure. They put foil and remover on my nails, and buffed off the old gel. While waiting to get started, I noticed some cuticle that needed to be removed, the technician David- sighed and looked around like he couldn't do it. Then mentioned- did you want to get a manicure? I said no, can you just remove this hanging piece? I could tell that he was put off by my request- hands on his hips / but he snipped it off for me. He painted , filed and completed my nails. When I got home and had more time, I realized that I didn't like them . They were thick, not smooth- too much polish causing them to bulge at the tips. I returned the next day- explained my concerns and basically was told " it's polish , this is how they should look". After repeating myself a few more times, they agreed to fix the ones that were bad. Their offer to repair wasn't genuine and they didn't offer a refund or a discount. They agreed only after I stated and restated- she literally tried to tell me that they were ok. I told them to just remove them . I was asked to return to David- he said nothing to me the entire time. He removed them and missed a few areas, which I pointed out. He addressed them but he wasn't pleasant- he sighed a let out loud breathing like I was bothering him. My overall experience at this shop wasn't a good one and they need to focus on their customer service skills. If you enlarge the photos, you can see the large build up on the tips. I won't return.

Said yes to that second option for my friend. Picked the gel pedicure from the menu. Even though we sat down at the same time, our pedicures did not line up. My person kept getting up to look for supplies and answer questions other places in the store. Chairs were clean. Service was adequate. Not great. Not over the moon. Just ok. My friends feet still had dead skin on her feet after and my polish was a little messily done. I'd visit here again, if I'm on this side of town. I understand that nail designs won't always look exactly like the inspiration photo, and I wasn't expecting a perfect match. My concern is more with the quality of the finished work. The nail shapes were uneven, which I pointed out during the appointment. What was frustrating is that she seemed to know they were uneven the entire time and continued with the polish instead of correcting them before moving forward. They were eventually fixed, but only after I brought it up. I'm also not happy with how the flower design turned out. Overall, the set looks sloppy and doesn't reflect the quality I was expecting. I still paid for the service and left a tip because I respect the artist's time and effort. However, I don't feel satisfied with the results and will not be returning.
