But when I got home, I noticed my nails had air bubbles in them. So, I called and came back in 2 days later. The woman that works there told me she couldn't see the bubbles and when I showed her a picture of them (second pic below) that I had taken right after the appointment, she said it was AI?? I asked her to either take them off and refund them or just to redo them. They refused to redo them and said they would take them off and refund them, so I agreed. They only clipped them? Both refused to soak my nails off because it would've been an extra charge. I had high hopes based on reviews and they were sweet and respectful during the appointment. I would have been a recurring customer if they had just fixed the problem. EDIT: I forgot to mention this at first. They tried to refund me $65 for the nails (still paid $45 for the pedicure) and instead of refunding it, they charged the card. I had to wait in the salon for 45 minutes for a $130 refund. $65 for the nails and $65 for the charge. Insane experience.

I have been coming to this nail salon for 4+ years now and I would never go anywhere else!! They are extremely profesional, their products are super high quality and prices are very reasonable. What I love the most is that they are not pushy like other salons where it is more about adding on services to make money, than doing what the customer really needs and/or wants. I do the SNS powder on my nails now, which my regular and hopefully forever nail tech recommend I'd do and now my nails are growing and I no longer have acrylic nails making my nails so brittle. My nail tech is the best in Cartersville, GA. and trust me, I tried a bunch of places before I found this nail haven! His name is ANDY and he is amazingly gifted at what he does. He takes his time and is passionate about his work which, of course, makes for a killer combination that's sure to amaze you. My feet tech is SUE and she is also extremely good! She's also very funny and friendly which makes the experience very pleasant! I do the deluxe pedicure which is only 30. dollars and it is heaven!!! She gives great foot massages and also takes her time and has dedication for customers to leave happy! I am an extremely happy customer and would absolutely recommend this place to whoever is lookIng for a permanent place to go to. I totally love it! Would give 10 stars if I could. read more
