Not just like 5-10 mins but like 15-30 mins. If I make an appointment ahead of time, I should be seen at my scheduled time. She's a sweet girl and was attentive. Made sure I like my nails throughout the process. Her work is quick and I thought that was good until I realized some imperfections in my nails. I now feel like I was just being rushed out the chair. She also quoted me a price on the picture I showed her but I ended up paying different. I don't like that! Unfortunately, I will not be back again! *UPDATE: The gold beads put on both ring fingers are peeling. They're now silver!! Just not worth the $95 plus tip!!

They seem to focus more on the massage verses the pedicure. Why is that? It seems to happen more often and finding a quality pedicure is getting difficult. I called ahead and was told someone was available, who could do good designs, so I came in and also decided to get a pedicure for the first time there. I showed pictures of what I wanted, and while one design was agreed on, I was told another was "too much." During the appointment, the nail tech even asked another employee how to do the design and said he wanted to "try" it on me, which immediately made me uncomfortable because I'm very picky about my nails. He was very nice and friendly, but unfortunately I left disappointed because we didn't even do the design I originally showed. My pedicure was cleaned up well, but the polish application and French tip were not done well at all. I wasn't planning to leave a review, but after only a few days one of my nails broke from lightly scratching my leg. That was the final disappointment. Even after leaving unhappy, I still left a tip.

Long story short: RUDE MANAGER, NOT EMPLOYEE OR CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. Lana, the manager was very rude,…read moreblamed her employee for an accident with my shoes and made them pay to replace my shoes and then found a way to blame me for an employee's accident. This salon is not customer or employee friendly. I will not be going back. See story below if you want to know details or you want to avoid the same bad experience I did! I'm really disappointed with how a situation was handled by the manager, Lana. During my visit, a worker accidentally spilled nail polish on my $155 shoes (I was never upset with him since it was an accident). When I asked to discuss it, Lana took it upon herself to offer a replacement, which I appreciated at the time. She later told me to come pick up the new shoes and bring my old pair to exchange. However, when I arrived, the replacement shoes were a slightly different color than my existing one which was an issue because she insisted on giving me only one shoe because "only one was ruined." Shoes come as a pair... and I was never told I'd only receive a single, mismatched shoe. When I pointed that out, she repeated the same excuse and told me I should be grateful for the one shoe and "I made the employee buy me new shoes." She claimed I had "made" the employee pay for the replacement, which is untrue. She offered the replacement herself, and I never asked for it. Instead of taking responsibility as a business, she blamed her employee and then turned around and blamed me, going as far as calling me rude for making him buy them and bringing up his personal situation to guilt me. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. I can live without the shoes, but Lana handled this terribly. She and this nail salon are not employee or customer friendly and I absolutely will not be going back.
