Never get your toes done here. If I could do no stars, I would. Only thing that was done right was the damn color.

Trish's Nails in Cartersville was an absolute disappointment. My daughter and I decided to try a different nail salon, and unfortunately, we seriously regret it. The moment we walked in, there were red flags--no pricing sheet was shown or offered to us, and that's where the confusion (and deception) began. I specifically declined a callus treatment, yet the technician went ahead and did it anyway, then had the nerve to charge extra for some lotion she used without my consent. She even made a point to show me the scraped-off lotion like it was supposed to be impressive. It wasn't. Then came the so-called "bath bomb" choice. We were told it was $5 as she held the booklet so I could choose one while she made sure to conceal the actual price. At checkout, the truth came out--it was actually $55. That kind of bait-and-switch is unacceptable. Near the end of our appointments, the staff scribbled our total charges on a tiny, hard-to-read piece of scratch paper. My service came to $80, and somehow my daughter--who received less--was charged $85. It's clear this place thrives on misleading customers and upcharging without notice. Bottom line: this was an overpriced and dishonest experience. Save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money--go somewhere else. read more

I took my granddaughter to get a pedicure with me today- I was going to go to 316, but realized they were closed on Sundays. I have been to Trish nails many times in the past. The actual salon is nice- An older lady did my granddaughter and she was pretty good- she painted her fingernails and did not charge me for that- I had an older gentleman- he seemed aggravated with me when I told him I wanted the basic pedicure- he was rough- could not speak English- and cut my nails too short - they were not even He rushed through my pedicure- and when my granddaughter gave her lady a tip, he was looking at me - like where is mine- I gave him one too- but I doubt I will be back- it just wasn't a pleasurable experience read more

This was my first time going to this salon an I'm young so I really love long nails and just feeling feel cute I went in with high expectations because I've never ever had my nails messed up. When I sat down I was calm an nice at first then when I said I wanted exactly what was in the picture she was like coffin would look better an I said ok lemme try it but then I didn't like it i like more of a square long shape so I changed it to long square an the nail tips that were put on my nails were curved so I kinda already didn't like them but I was trying to trust the process again I should've followed with my gut an said no but I went through. In the end I payed and left crying bc they looked nothing like what I wanted. I called my bf crying bc I just spent 115 dollar for this bs I tipped bc it felt like she was begging for a tip lowkey I wouldn't recommend this place if your trying to get long nails I eventually came back an sad I don't like them an was sat again by I think the only were she kinda fixed them but they were still bulky. I left a little bit better but then a couple weeks later I went to another salon to fix them. read more

I was in there to purchase a gift card the night before last. I witnessed a male nail tech yelling in young girls face. she was a customer. I think it was over the shape of her nails. I was shocked this was very unprofessional and I would not give this shop my money. I walked out without a giftcard. read more

My friend and I went to Trish nails for a pedicure. The two nail techs did not speak English and they pushed the most expensive pedicure which did not even include paraffin wax and they also charged extra for callus remover. I may pedicure cost $80 my friends pedicure cost $60 and it was The most basic pedicure I've ever received and I get one monthly. I do not recommend going to Trish nails read more

The woman who did the manicure was rude and pushy. I did not have my glasses and can not see close up without them. When I got home and put on my glasses, I saw the worse manicure I have ever had. It has been a few years since I have gotten a pedicure, and wanted to try somewhere new. I decided to give Trish Nails a try this morning based on reviews, and so glad I did! It was very busy this morning (which is a positive sign, as they have people coming back), and I'm glad I made an appointment, but they also accept walk-ins. My nail tech, Tiffany, was great! She let me look at a book with the different options and the pricing was very transparent (and fair, in my opinion). She did a great Job with the actual pedicure. I also noticed that there is complimentary water for the customers, which is something I don't often see in nail salons. Trish Nails has wonderful product and service at competitive prices in the Cartersville area. My new favorite nail salon and I plan to become a regular here! read more

seriously overcharged for a pedicure!!! i got a basic pedicure, nothing special and was charged $60 I asked the lady to see the price book twice and she just ignored me. I have gotten the exact same service at other places for $40. My friend was charged $80 and the only difference is she got gel on her toes. read more

I got a classic manicure & gel polish. She didn't put a top coat on. I asked her to shape my nails and another lady did it standing at the register very fast and then rushed me to pay and leave. The girl who did my nails was very sweet but you could tell she was inexperienced... i will not be going back. read more

I have always used trish nails. However, today was not the most pleasant experience. I always have trish to do my nails but she was busy today so a new guy did them. I was very unhappy as they appeared crooked and my almond shape was almost gone. Just a reminder of why i only like receiving services from trish. Very disappointed. read more

My sister and I went here today and got our nails done. The lady that did my sisters nails got glue on her finger, and they guy that did my nails got the gel posing on my finger. He also nipped two of my fingers and just laughed. Other then that our nails are cute and they color is amazing. read more

I had always loved going to Trish Nails, and after I moved to cartersville I had tried a LOT of salons until I found this one. I had been going here a little over a year and there have always been a few inconsistencies(corners uneven, lengths uneven, crooked, etc) but nothing horrible or overly noticeable. However, the last time I went I got a newer younger guy I had never seen before. He was rough with my fingers, my finished nails were all lumpy and bumpy, they were different lengths, thicker than two quarters stacked together, fattest at the base rather than the middle as they should be. They were too wide in the middle for coffin nails, they looked horrible. And he was painting the gel polish to thick and wasn't curing them enough so the gel dried with ripples. Worst of all he gave no care to my skin when buffing and filing, he buffed my skin(not nails!) until they bled on two fingers, and didn't seem to care, and since the buff was old and used and very doubtfully sanitized I now have a very infected finger that is swollen painful and red. He also thought it was hysterical to pretend to cut my fingers when trimming the nail tips. I was NOT amused. I will not be returning and I recommend you don't either. Some of their techs are good, but employing someone like that, with no care of his clients comfort, no care for his finished product, and joking about cutting their fingers off is out of line, and I won't be going back. read more
