The service I received was amazing and that's what kept me coming back. But ever since then, the service and quality has immensely declined. I just left the salon and will never be returning. I should've left when I first sat down as the nail tech turned her gloves inside out and began to do my nails. I thought that maybe she just liked her gloves on the other way but as I looked, I noticed red polish on the gloves. At this appointment I decided to get my SNS removed and a gel manicure after. Instead of soaking them off, she took a tip and began popping my nails off. I thought that it was because one of my thumbs had a tip on it but no, she continued and popped off my index fingers' entire growth. After that, I stopped her and requested for them to be soaked. At that point, the thumb nail that had grown out was no longer there and neither was my index fingernail, so I decided to finish out the appointment with no gel polish and just a clear coat with cuticle clean up. Please do yourself a favor and find another salon to go to. * Prior to my appointment, I had about a centimeter of nail growth past the tip of each finger. They do fill up on weekends and local school breaks so having an appointment especially if you want a specific person to do your nails is recommended. I went in for a manicure with clear polish and an eyebrow arch, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. The man doing my manicure rushed through it, cut me, and didn't seem to care. Afterward, he took me to get my eyebrows done, but I had to remind him about the clear polish. He applied it while my eyebrows were being arched, leaving my nails wet and smudging them on my shirt when I got up. Another technician had to go over the polish, which was frustrating. The worst part, however, was the music. They were playing songs with extreme profanity--words like "pussy," "bitch," and "nigga"--and it wasn't the radio-edited version. I found this incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. At 12:10, the music was finally changed, but by then the damage was done. For the majority of that time, I had great experiences and really enjoyed several of the nail technicians. Unfortunately, over the last few months, things noticeably changed. There seemed to be a lot of staff turnover, and many of my favorite technicians were no longer there. As that happened, the quality of service started to decline. During one visit, I paid for a deluxe gel pedicure, but they completely forgot to apply the top gel coat. On my last two visits, the technician drilled my natural nails so aggressively that they became hot and painful, leaving them thin and weak afterward. During my final appointment, another technician came over, took over the service, and the two of them began talking and pointing at one of my nails. When I asked what was going on, I was told I had a "nail defect." After visiting a different salon, I learned that wasn't the case. I also found out I had been under the impression that I was consistently receiving SNS (which I was paying for), but my new salon informed me that acrylic had actually been applied to my nails instead. That was incredibly frustrating because I trusted I was receiving the service I requested. I truly appreciated this salon for a long time, which is why this is disappointing to write. I hope management takes the recent decline in quality seriously because this used to be a place I happily recommended. Unfortunately, after my recent experiences, I won't be returning.

He's the only reason that there is 1 Star, because the other man that I got a CND full set of nails w/ tips and gel polish was TERRIBLE! My fiancé took me as an early Anniversary surprise on Tuesday 6/27 for a pedicure and a full set for me. THE WORST RESULT and full set experience I've ever had! My full set was/is very thick at base of the nail bed and at the tip, but skinnier in the middle. So, they're uneven over the whole nail bed & do not feel comfortable or look ok! And they wouldn't correct it!! I asked for corrections and the guy said to call back or come back the next day, as he noted, "His shift was Done"!! Honestly, after all the crap and being there for over 3 hours I was done, and didn't want to wait any longer. I told the man that was doing them that I wanted them longer when we started, before & while he was clipping the tips, and he didn't listen!! He even called over a man that seemed to be the manager, and he wouldn't listen either!! Finally, after he did the first coat of the CND, I told him they didn't look right, so he only would re-do 2 of them (the 2 middle fingers). I was uncomfortable with it and he was very pissed to have to redo them. Instead of taking them off, he added a tip on top of the tip. They're bending upwards in the middle on multiple fingers, and I've called, emailed & gone by and since he wasn't there, they could "do nothing". 1/2 of the tips of my nails are bending upwards. Needless to say my calls, emails and voicemails were NEVER returned, which makes sense to me more, as while we were there I noticed that they have caller id that says the number and name of the caller on speaker!! So why would they answer when they know I'm calling about poor service and quality?! Just ridiculous and unprofessional!! Still... I've gotten no response!! MANAGEMENT: Can you please let me know when I can come in to get them corrected? Service was done on 6/27/23. I've called and emailed over 5 times!! UPDATE: Shortly after typing my review, my left pointer finger nail broke in half and started bleeding at the quick! It broke in half, not because I use them TOO much or do extensive physical labor, but because the middle is soooo thin versus the base and tips of the nails! I didn't even say that my right thumb has been bleeding and bandaged for 3 days due to the excessive glue and hard filling, pulling the skin apart under the nail. But I'm going to post it now. I love giving glowing, positive and detailed reviews, and it hurts calling companies out of they're failing...HOWEVER, this business is failing on a level 10!!! At this point I just want my money back for the nail service (not the total amount for the day, solely for these terrible nails)!!
