I got SNS nails with tips added. Most were placed crooked and ended up looking wonky at finish. I was in there for 2 hours. I also got a pedicure which was fine. Not once did they check in with me to make sure I liked the nails. I pointed out mistakes and they were sloppily fixed. I went in for a mani/pedi, and I was very disappointed with my experience. - Clipped too much cuticle on my big toe and it bled - There was a lot of nail polish left on my toes' skin that I had to clean up at home - Cut and shaping of my fingernails was super wonky - Never smoothed the cut of my nails, left them kind of rough and jagged - Did not clean up the skin around my fingernails - Fingernail polish chipped on day two - Fingernail polish separating from nails in big chunks on day four, so I removed the polish completely Nice massage chairs, though. read more

I visited this establishment today and am utterly disappointed! I've been coming to nail time for a year now and have never dealt with anything like today. I called ahead before I showed up and asked to book an appointment with Vincent. Unfortunately Vincent is no longer an employee there. I then asked if there was someone there that could do designs just as well as him and they suggested Lee. I took their word for it and showed up at 5:30 as they advised. I had to wait almost 20 minutes to be seen. Once seen the pedicure was great in which I made sure I tipped her. By the time she was done Lee was still doing another persons nails in which should have never been started being as though I set an appointment. He starts doing my nails and the shape and color looked great until he attempted to do the design in which he advised me that he could do. That was false!!! His design was horrible so I asked him to take the design off!!! He then became very aggressive grabbing my hand roughly and being rude. When I gave him a simplified design he stated that he did not have time to do it. Note at this time it's 7:05 the shop didn't close til 8 but he advised that he could not give me what I asked for even though he's the one that messed up. Unfortunately this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth so I will not be back! I'll rather spend my money with a salon that cherishes and appreciates their customers, all of them! I have been coming to Nail Time since my girls were in middle school- 20 years! Now my Mother and I visit monthly. My girls always come here when in town visiting! Salon is extremely clean and safety procedures followed closely. Walk ins are welcome but expect to wait as the staff is always busy with clients/ So call ahead!!The staff at Nail Time is very considerate of you and treats you with respect as a guest. There is no cross talk amongst employees and no pressure to up Sale services. They are respectful of their schedule and insure your appt time. Ladies are gracious and treat my family of 4 ladies as if they were their own. I was forced 2x to go to different salons due to my procrastination in making an appt. Nail Time was booked! Other salons pushed services and then clearly talked about me declining those services! Never felt this way at Nail Time! Vicki and Donald are always very welcoming! I have never been to this salon before and I walked in for a pedicure. Everyone was very nice. All Covid safety precautions were adhere to she asked if I wanted a manicure in addition and when I said no she didn't press the issue which I appreciated. They drilled too much of my natural nail off. They also drilled my cuticles off which a professional should never do. As a result, the skin around EVERY ONE of my nails were cut near my cuticle area. I would understand a few cuts, but this is on ALL of my fingers. I ended up bleeding on multiple fingers and a few hours later it still burns. This place doesn't know how to do acrylics! read more

I stopped into this salon to get my nails painted... Hated it! By the next week the gel was peeling off. Also they charged me to remove the gel that was already on the nail... Most salons don't do this if you are getting a gel application. Do not go! read more

I will not be returning to Nail Time. Had the classic spa pedicure. Within 10 days my feet looked and felt like I hadn't had a pedicure in months. I had my finger nails done also. This salon is horrible! I went there for a manicure and the nail technician was sour and rude, even after a very pleasant hello. She was rough when she filed my nails and hurt me a few times where I pulled my hand away which made her pull harder. The polish selection is awful and they looked old and "watered" down with acetone. Even after 3 coats, the color is uneven and it looks like it was applied by a two year old. I thought about getting up and walking out but I was too shocked to move. Run in another direction! read more
