This was honestly some of the best service I've ever received. The staff were very attentive, and the overall customer service was excellent. The massage and pedicure were amazing, and I was very happy with the quality of the work. I chose short, coffin-shaped French tip nails, and I loved how they turned out. Before starting, I was informed that the extra nail on my big toe would be an additional $10, which I understood and agreed to. However, when it came time to pay, my bill was about $50 higher than expected. I was then told there was an extra $10 charge for the coffin shape, even though I had been told beforehand there was no additional charge for that. I was also charged $10 for length, despite my nails being short, and another $10 for the French tip, even though the package I selected already included French tips. When I questioned the charges, it seemed there was some confusion among the staff. Instead of correcting what appeared to be an error, the charges were explained in a way that still didn't fully account for the total. I left feeling unclear about where the additional costs came from. Unfortunately, that experience lost me as a customer. It was disappointing because I had just moved to the area and was hoping this would become my regular nail salon. Paying $120 for basic short French tip nails, with so many unexpected extra charges, did not feel transparent or professional. Out of respect for their business, I didn't make a scene in the store and still left a tip. However, I do hope they improve their pricing transparency so future customers know exactly what to expect. read more

I moved to the area in November 2024. I never found a nail salon I loved before now (previously lived in Dublin/Columbus Ohio). Plenty I liked but it was always dependent of which person you got. This place is amazing. I've never had anything but a top notch experience regardless of who I was lucky enough to get assigned to. They are kind, professional, and truly care that you walk out of there with what you came in for. And the shoulder massages during a mani . . . Heaven! read more

The best SNS mani I've gotten since moving here. They have a fantastic selection of colors. Noblesse is clean , very quit and chill. Staff is super kind and friendly. I also had a pedicure, also lovey. They really want you to relax enjoy getting your toes done so they don't do hands and feet simultaneously. I wish they did both services together because I'm always concerned about my time management and generally like to be in and out under 90 minutes but they have gotten me in and out in a timely manor so I'm not complaining! I don't give reviews often. I went to this nail salon today for the first time. I just needed a pedicure. I usually just get the regular, nothing fancy. To be honest, I thought I was a little more expensive than what I usually pay at places. WOW, for real, this place is the real deal! It was THE very best pedicure of my life! Just their regular was outstanding! Hot stones, hot wax I believe on my heals, a neck massage at the end! Everything was sanitary the place was clean. The music was not too loud or obnoxious. Sarah was the lady that worked on me! I have to say that I have been really happy with my gel manicure at my regular place, but after having such a great experience with my pedicure, I'm gonna have to try a gel manicure at this place. There's no way I can't at least try it! But I'm telling you one thing nobody else is ever gonna touch my feet. This place is the real deal. And I am 60 years old. I'm so glad I found this salon. It has turned out to be my favorite salon I think I've been to ever. The atmosphere is so calm and peaceful.
