The only reason I gave 2 stars the owners seems polite. But they're clueless to make suggestions and do your nails how they want. Even though I told her what I want and don't like. She said ok "I will fix after filing. I told her my nails are lean and too wide and she still didn't fix it. Can't be fix after glued total dried and SNS applied. I wish people could learn to be better doing nails here. I will never go back here or recommend anyone. They don't like to hear they mess up only like to hear it's perfect when it's not. read more

So even though I said, I would never go back, I have visited the Nails a couple of times since my horrible experience last year due to the location being close by to where I need to kill a few hours every few weeks. As far as my previous review, I was obviously upset after spending so much last year just to be yelled at - however I do realize that everyone is allowed to have an off day and the owners have definitely tried to make it right since I have gone back. I would never let the older lady (sorry - don't know her name) do my hands but she does a decent job for pedicures (yes, I have given her another chance) and would definitely recommend Lin or some of the younger ladies for manicures. read more

I would not bother writting this comment if Jacob was not one of my favorite nail techs in town. Not only is he a passionate and enthusiastic person, but also he is very skilled and experienced in doing his job. Something must have been wrong with either you or your nails to make Jacob to perform his job as poorly as you described (supposely). Will not return... they are very professional & nice. I had to bring my 4 & 5 year old, it was a lot!! They didn't complain or say anything to me about it. The nail salon was nice & clean.... They do not have a good range of colors. They are extremely overpriced, I was overcharged for my pedicure. (Didn't realize it until I left). I went in for a fill in & pedicure.. my daughter also went for a full set. I have 3 nails that are lifting & in so much pain. He did not file the original nail down, he just placed the acrylic on top of the old acrylic. My nails still look like I just got them done & I have to take them off because I'm in excruciating pain. He changed my shape a Lil, I was upset about it but it didn't look bad. They gave my daughter a free jewel which was nice, but the jewels were off the same day. Smh I will never go back! read more

I can not say better things about this place. I am super picky when it comes to SNS and hopped around to a lot of nail salons the past year because I couldn't find one I liked.. until I came here! The other salons would make them way too thick or they would break in about 2 weeks. Everytime I come here they last at least a month if not longer!! I came in wanting a quick or mini pedicure because I only had about 30 minutes and not only were they were able to accommodate, but this might be one of the best polish application and nail shaping I have ever received! I just experienced the most amazing service here. I have been doing my nails at different salons for years but I finally find the one to go! First, the lady who answered my phone was patient, answered all my questions and didn't try to rush me off the phone. Upon arriving at 6pm on Saturday they were eager to take me which was nice considering they close at 7. I asked for a French SNS set. The process began with one gentlemen who applied the tips and then another man who actually performed the dipping. Both gentlemen were very aggressive and they're application/filling hurt. I mentioned that my nails were short and stubby but they didn't pay any mind to the fact that they were going to harsh. The French tips are uneven and my nails are pointing up wards. Nice, family owned nail salon off GA 400 on Holcomb Bridge Rd. Been going here for about a year and even though management and technicians have changed several times I've always had my SNS nails done well. Prices have increased over time and are now about average for the area, but they appreciate loyalty. Don't usually have to wait long, especially when I make an appointment. And if they need you to come another day because they are too busy they will let you know (I've had some salons tell me to come in and then keep me waiting for an hour - not cool!). Jacob and Vivienne do great SNS (Vivienne gives an excellent pedicure as well) and they take their time and make sure you are happy with your nails. Just wish they had a bigger selection of SNS colors, but they are constantly adding to it so that's nice. read more

My new nail place! I just got my nails done here yesterday and I am in LOVEE with them. I had a full set done by Nathan (who i've also decided will be my new nail guy lol) and had a great experience. He was super charismatic and funny, and did an amazing job on my nails- seriously, the best set of acrylics I've ever had. They're the perfect thinness but I still have an apex on the nail for support, and the c-curve is visible (my favorite part) which I feel like I never get at other salons. There was a bit of a wait, which I was fine with and didn't mind waiting, but a super nice lady whose name I didn't catch gave my friend and I a free toe polish change while we waited - I haven't had a pedicure in years because I have chronic ingrowns which embarrass me, but she was super super nice about it and made me comfortable and not embarrassed at all. This place is only months old. It is very clean. The furniture is new. The massage chairs are full size, firm and operate to perfection. The two ladies that were there when we went were super nice. The most important thing that everyone should know about this place is, they use sterile prepackaged tools. If you research what a truly clean nail salon should do, you will find that, they should be using a new tools each time. Most places you go, use the same tools on every client, and you just hope that they have sterilized it. The other great thing about this place is after your pedicure is complete, they actually bring the manicure station over to you, so you can continue to sit in he massage chair while you get your nails done. Prior to coming, I asked for the most experience person for my appointment. I expressed what I had been through at other salons and that I was in a nail emergency. I believe her name is Karen, who assured me that she understood and she would take care of me. Well instead she sat me with the newest and most inexperienced person, Jacob....who did a horrible job on my nails to say the least.
