Let's start with the good: I was able to call in the morning and make an appointment for a few hours later. My nail tech, Annie (who mentioned she had only been working there a few months) was extremely nice. The place was very clean and organized! That's always a good sign. Here's where this place falls really short IMO. The owner needs to bring her A game. I went on a Friday afternoon and was there between 3:30 and 5:30 and during that time there were only 1 - 2 other customers in the salon. On a summer Friday that's unusual for a nail salon and this was probably the first hint that something is amiss here. The temperature outside on the day I went was 93 degrees. Inside the salon it felt like it was 85 degrees at least. I was dying. All the nail techs were wearing masks except for mine because she told me she was too hot herself. There was zero air circulating inside. My nail tech told me she'd let the owner know in the morning that it was too warm inside the salon and the owner didn't want to hear it and chose to do nothing. Lovely. The owner and other nail techs are all clipping portable fans to their nail supply carts and when they work on customers they have their little fans pointed at them to cool themselves down while the customer melts. Please, for the love of all things holy, think about the customer experience and turn the AC on/down! Or put fans inside the salon for everyone's benefit and comfort. The mani/pedi massage chairs are comfortable to sit in so long as you're not expecting to actually use them. The massage chair, even on its lowest setting of "soft", is extremely painful and hard on the body and will have you calling your chiropractor on the way out the door. I don't have two hours to spend getting a basic mani/pedi. That service should be completed in an hour. It just took too long with only one person working on me. During my two hours there I tried to watch the one tv they have playing on the far opposite side of the salon but couldn't follow anything because closed caption wasn't on. When I mentioned the need for CC to my nail tech she said she was just too busy all day and hadn't had time to turn it on (even though she was sitting hanging out in the back room when I arrived and there was only one other customer in the salon). Even when she was done working on me it did not get turned on. They simply don't care. After spending $74 on a basic mani/pedi (including 20% tip) I walked out right past the owner and didn't get so much as a "How was your experience?" Or a "Thank you!" Or even a basic "Goodbye!" Or "Have a good evening!". Zero customer service. If you want a new customer to return don't just do nothing. The service and atmosphere on its own won't be enough to earn repeat business. When I go to a nail salon I'm paying for the experience as much as the service itself. I want to relax and be pampered for an hour. This wasn't it. Will be going back to my consistently good experience at Bluegrass just down the street where they know how to treat customers and keep them coming back. Hopefully Plush will see this feedback and take it to heart and figure out their areas for improvement so that they can do better going forward. I was told ownership has changed there in the last couple years so that might explain why there are so many positive reviews from the past. read more

My young daughter, sister & I went here last night. We got spa pedicures with gel polish and manicures with powder/dip in gorgeous colors with fall themed nail art designs. Not only did they get all 3 of us in (& without an appt.) & during busy evening hours but they did a great job!! The staff took the right amount of time, didn't rush through the services but didn't take too long either. Their employees are friendly & professional, highly skilled but not too expensive, open and upfront about pricing (& didn't try to pressure us into getting extras/upgrades$). Talk about a pristine, chic, and modern nail shop! A friend of mine and I visited Plush on a Monday afternoon. Upon entering the nail bar, the staff was very friendly and attentive. We were offered beverages of choice: water, wine, or beer. Yes, please! The wait time wasn't too long although appointments are recommended for busier days such as the weekend. My friend and I both got manicures and pedicures done. For the pedicures, there are three services available: regular, deluxe, and plush special (I forget exactly the names of each service, but prices vary). We both chose the deluxe, and it was one of the most relaxing pedicures ever received. Plush uses high-quality products for the skin and incorporates massage therapy. The pedicure was excellent! Also, my friend decided to get SNS nails with her manicure. Plush offers a variety of colors to choose from; trendy and fashionable. We both were very pleased and definitely would recommend the service here to fellow friends and family. I'll be visiting soon! I've been wanting to try this place for a while after seeing positive yelp reviews since it is close to home. I typically go to another spa nearby for SNS. The staff here is very friendly and they have a nice color selection, but the quality of their services and the experience are not worth the price. The pictures posted on yelp make the spa seem a lot brighter than it actually is and that they cater to a more upscale clientele. However there were a few things I noticed during my visit that bothered me - the massage chairs have limited settings (the vibration setting is so loud I just turned it off) and have a weird metal tray on them like you are sitting at a dentist office, the aprons worn by the staff were dirty, and they were playing a kids show on their tv. Don't get me wrong I love kids, but I have enough kids stuff at home and could use a break from it when I'm having "me time." Now on to the actual pedicure and SNS nails. I did the deluxe pedicure which I thought was on par with others that I've gotten for the price. Unfortunately the SNS nails are the worst I've ever had done. The color is extremely uneven and the top coat is so thick and uneven that they still look wet. I called after leaving to let management know that the SNS technique is not up to par with others in the area and they of course offered to fix the top coat. Unfortunately I don't think I will return to have it done because I feel like I've already spent enough of my time there and I won't be going back in the future. Long story short $80+ worth of disappointment. If you're looking for cheap and good SNS there is one a mile up the street on Alpharetta Hwy. If you're looking for a great experience/ambience and services try the nail salon a mile away off Marietta Hwy. read more

Save your va-j-jay!! Not the place for a Brazilian wax or any wax. Used the same stick in the wax pot and wanted to leave hair down there in the most important section that should be removed. Sweet girl, but way too expensive for experience and result. For $50 I shouldn't be removing wax well after appointment. read more

Since moving here I have had issues finding a nail salon that offers all the items on the punch list: Clean-check Customer service -check Talent-check Filing/shaping-check Correct use of product -check Nail art -check Booking platform-check Having moved to ATL by way of Miami from NY and working for one of the best techs I have ever met, my standards are high. But even when I amended them salons have not met the grade, failing on one or more of the requirements. I made the appt earlier this week and the rain today nearly made me cancel but I am happy I drove the 33 miles. Needless to say (as you can see) this place checks all the boxes and my nails are lit. NINA ! the best . i mean , honestly, that's enough said. lol however, i came here after making a last min. appointment a few hours before my flight to attend a wedding (i caught the bouquet & my bf caught the garter- - - i feel like that pedicure was lowkey my good luck charm lol) but anywho, i came around lunch, so there wasn't really anyone there so it was easy to get in & out. i got the deluxe pedi & it had to be the best one ive ever had & im REALLY picky. i normally only go to piedmont nails in the city, but as far as pedicures? this place has them beat, or at least nina does. not only was she a great conversationalist, she was extremely attentive & delicate. no cuts, nicks, blood, etc. which ive experienced in the past & my feet felt as soft as a baby's .... you know the rest. i normally only get "white white" on my toes & this was the shiniest it has ever been, it was perfectly polished. i was shook, cause as i said... im picky. lol i got them done on halloween & the polish still looks perfect & my feet still feel amazing. highly recommend. the ONLY thing that differs is that they don't use that little shower cap plastic thing that goes into the foot bath for sanitation or whatever, but that's about it. read more

I made an appointment for 545 which was nice they had some later times available. But I wouldn't recommend this nail bar and I won't go back. My nails turned out so so not worth the price paid. Felt somewhat rushed because others walked in and had to wait for a while. Along with kids in the back room with their show blasting it was not a relaxing experience. We booked appointments for six Mani/Pedi for a girl's day a week ago on Saturday. The services provided were basic, but pricey, $80 for a Mani & Pedi with gel polish. My nails looked great and I've received many compliments. The salon uses bleach to sanitize the seats. Apparently, there was bleach still in the crevices of the chair and my daughter's dress was ruined from the bleach. After having to ask for a discount, they took off 10% ($8.00) which was a little disappointing since it was a $40 dress that she only wore a few times and got ruined with bleach. If you go there, make sure your chair is fully dried before sitting down. read more

I went and got my nails done on Saturday (Dec. 1) . Today is Friday. (Dec. 6) Yesterday (Dec. 5) I broke off a nail by simply picking up a book off the ground. When I went to the nail salon they acted as if I needed an appointment to be there. The lady who did my nails seemed as though she did not want to be there and she was miserable. The girl who did my pedicure did a GREAT job besides the fact she took some live skin off & left me with scabs. I will say she did spend an hour on my massage. The topcoat of my sns nails was chunky and it was not smooth, unfortunately I did not notice this until the next day. The top coat was not even clear. It was matte. Plush is located in the charming historic area of Roswell. The salon is absolutely gorgeous inside. It is clean, organized and very well appointed. This is not your average run of the mill typical nail salon. I went in for a French manicure with dip powder. My experience was excellent. (One of the reviewers said it took a while, but if you want your nails done right and you want to quality product, it takes time. I also noticed, the person who gave a negative review, has never given a good review! So consider the source!) The service took about an hour and 15 minutes. Jessica was the nail tech, she was very competent, neat, and very attentive to detail. I did notice that they take extra care in the sanitation process of the salon. I don't feel like I'll be walking away with fungus when I go for a pedicure. I did also notice they have top-of-the-line nail products, and many choices for different budgets. I got the best pedicure I've had in a while by a young lady named Indy. She was meticulous and detail oriented in the best way. Definitely book an appointment when you have free time, this was not a rushed in/out process and I loved it. Gel pedicure with removal of old gel was $40. I have previously paid more for super rushed job. Indy made sure every part of my feet where pampered and taken care of. As far as the location- it was very clean and it is currently by appointment only, so it was quiet and empty. The place is super cute and close to restaurants. After a quick yelp search, I found this pedicure/manicure place near my home. I came here early on Friday to get a pedicure and had Amanda (or maybe Angela?) as my pedicurist. She offered me all their service options and I asked her what she prefers and she was comically honest. She said the classic is fine for her because she doesn't like to spend a lot of money. I chose the classic. She was very thorough and gave me a good massage; a well needed food/calf massage. I really liked my pedicure but I was hoping she could've cleaned the bottom of my feet more and cleaned my cuticles. That service might be included in deluxe but for classic it wasn't included, sadly. I wasn't impressed with the massage chairs; their settings are too hard for me. I asked Amanda if we could make it a bit gentler/easier and she said unfortunately there isn't a way to change the settings. She did place a pillow in the chair that relieved the tough massaging from the chair. The salon is in the same shopping center as the moxie burger and korsi yoga with ample parking. If I were to get a pedicure with Amanda, I might be back. read more

Very happy with this salon. Very clean and very attentive. The second I walked through the door I was greeted and acknowledged. I had an apt for 445 and was 5 mins early got my color and sat right down. I was offered a beverage of choice and got wine. My gel manicure was exactly what I wanted and asked for everything that was used on me was clean and new. My nails look perfect. I also got my eye brows waxed. They have a separate room and gave me exactly what I wanted. I normally get my eye brows threaded and I was long over due so decided to get them cleaned. Very modern feel and clean I must say again. Very charming, upscale nail salon in old downtown Roswell near Champlain's. For those familiar with the area, it's right down the street from Soda, the popular art / hair salon, which is 2 blocks up North. I came into this adorable shop all decorated in black & white modern decor. Everything was super clean. There was music I like playing (R&B) and everyone was friendly, young, and very stylish. I was offered a glass of wine with my mani /pedi. Yum. Once again, everything is extremely modern, prices are competitive & the work is 5 stars. The massage chairs are very firm and worked a couple of big knots out in my lats. I really enjoyed my conversations with the people who worked there as well. I finally found a nail salon I like, and it's only 5 minutes from my house!! I got an S&S manicure and deluxe​ pedicure today. Cost me $80. I feel like this was very competitive compared to most, and especially since this was a much nicer and more upscale experience than I'm used to receiving! I saw the price list and it's nearer to $40 for your standard mani pedi. They also do waxing, microblading (eyebrows), and eyelashes. I already have peps for that so I didn't ask for a price list. I guess I'll be seeing these ladies for every couple of weeks for a long time to come. PS... I got a little gift bag when I left with a buffer block, a nail file, some cuticle oil, and a chocolate. I was sick of sitting in traffic on 9 by roswell mill so I stopped by to get a mani pedi and eyebrow wax. This salon is in historic Roswell but it is extravagantly modern and sophisticated. I was welcomed right away and offered some water. (They also offer wine and champagne! ;] ) I chose my colors and proceeded to the spa chair. My nail tech was so sweet and paid specific attention to my sensitive spots from a recent injury. The polish on both my hands and feet look amazing. I'm usually picky with my eyebrows but I waited too long and they needed attention immediately. The wax room is cozy and private. Also, the wax was the perfect temperature. I just closed my eyes and prayed for the best. After 5 minutes... I WAS A WOMAN AGAIN! Thank you so much Plush Wax and Nailbar team! You guys were phenomenal! I'll be back again and again. I've been searching for a new nail home for months after my nail tech after six years graduated college to get a big girl job. I am extremely particular about my nails and I really enjoy some blinged out designs. The search is finally over after having found this new salon. The interior has a clean, modern design with a decent selection of polishes, gel, and sns. I appreciate that there are not a ton of nail stations, so you know that this is a place to come for a quality experience. I got a deluxe pedicure with gel and gel manicure with designs/embellishments and spent approximately $95.
