Last time I went to this place, I left with my toe bleeding bc of a cuticle "trimming" oops job. However, the tech was nice enough to apologize and comp my pedicure. However, I chose to go a different salon, as getting cut while getting my nails professional done is a huge deal-breaker for me.. Cut to years later, a couple of my friends were raving to me about their nail lady Theresa who happened to run this salon.. Yesterday, I could not drive all the way to Buckhead to get my nails done, I decided to give TNails another chance.. The older tech who did my pedi was sweet and courteous. The mani one; a young girl.. I noticed she was applying way too much nail polish on the nails that she cut way short.. globs of polish.. as I moved my hand, one nail touched my other hand while switching hands for her. She gave me this look fit for a 5-year-old who was seriously misbehaving. I said, "sorry".. again, she glares at me, and proceeds to try to fix it without just redoing it.. I asked to redo it. She kept telling me,"you needed it up".. In the midst of this, I notice my pinky had a little nick, which I pointed out. She FLIPPED! I asked her not to do my nails and to just stop. She kept mouthing off, walked off, got herself a tangerine and proceeded to peel it and eat it at the work station right across from me. The older lady that did my pedi, came over and kept apologizing for her and insisted on doing my nails. There were two other patrons at salon, they were both horrified at what just went down. Too much for some pampering and "me-timing".. I did not get the advertised 10% discount on all services.. I did not get to unwind. Paid in full and I did tip 20% and left aggravated!!! I took my freind here to get pour nail done , the experience was decent. Only complaint I have is the " spa " quality service. It was decent but nothing above average. I got the sugar scrub which didn't really make a difference that I wanted . I got callus removal and it's still there so I don't auge y getting that either . My feet were soft afterwards and exfoliated but could improve. read more

my nails look great but I have to give three stars because of the staff. The woman doing my nails was distracted by her son who was running around the store with two other children under 5 years old. I had a gift certificate which covered the cost of my acrylic fill in ($20) but I had forgotten to bring cash for a tip. The woman doing my nails told me the ATM in the lobby WOULD NOT charge my debit card a fee. There was even a sign saying so on the machine. But as I'm checking my account a few days later I notice a $2.50 fee from the ATM. I would've been fine paying the fee because I needed cash to give her a tip but the fact the establishment and employees lie about this charge infuriates me. Probably will not return. read more

Great nail salon! I went in this past week for a manicure without an appointment, and there was a little bit of a wait, but not that long: about 15 minutes. T Nails is tucked in along the side of Fresh Market. They offer regular polish, gel, SNS, etc and I was really pleased with the quality of my manicure. A gel manicure is only $28. They have a rewards program too. It gives you 1% cash back every visit. Overall, great experience. I'll be back again! read more

Probably the worst manicure I've ever received. I went in, never got a hello or any words from my tech for that matter. The instruments they used were not sanitized and my tech spent more time texting than actual doing my nails. The polish is bumpy, uneven and all around bad. Spend a little more and go somewhere else. read more

Had very bad experience, just wanted to remove my old nails and it took them 25min to just do that. I didn't even want to paint them again. Also they soak my nail in some liquid after my service was done, she poured that liquid back to the same bottle ewwww... not going back ever. read more

This place is so bad. Dusty and grimy. Nail polish colors old. I'm kicking myself for not just waiting to get to Bluegrass. I wanted a quick mani-pedi. Probably one of the worst manicures I have had in a long time. Despite the bad reviews I decided to try because it is close to my house, but gel manicure started chipping after one day. Usually it lasts at least 2 weeks for me. They were trying to convince me hard to do the SNS, but I think my personal choice should be respect and the job done well regardless of what I choose, otherwise they should not offer gel manicures. I haven't had my nails done in a salon since I was a little kid and I usually do them myself, so I was a little apprehensive about my experience here. However, a friend took me here to have our nails done for homecoming so I agreed to go with her, being that I trust her judgement as she has visited before. Several regulars came in during our visit, which I took as a good sign. We both got a regular mani-pedi, which was relatively quick and efficient. I noted especially the care which the worker took in trimming my nail area. Both the ladies who were working on my friend and I were gentle and speedy, and seemed very experienced. I am very happy with how my polish turned out, it is very neat and even. Of course I can't speak on the other services they offer, but even the most minimal services that I paid for were of high quality. Definitely disregard the old poor reviews. As a less-than-regular attendee at styling services, I was pleased that this experience was the break of my hiatus! read more

T Nails is my go-to for nails and lip/eyebrow waxing. They are very attentive with my manicures and take the time to shape and make sure my eyebrows are even. I also have really sensitive skin, and tend to break out when I wax my lip but since I've been coming here, I hardly have break outs. This is the worst nail salon I have been to in the Roswell area. In recent years, I typically go to Nail Concept to get a gel nail manicure and pedicure, and my gel nails will last for 4+ weeks - typically the cuticles grow out and my nails become too long before there are any signs of the polish chipping. However, Nail Concept has a fairly limited selection of colors, so I decided to try somewhere new. I was very impressed at the color selection and organization at T Nails. However, less than a week and a half after my sloppy gel manicure, the gel has completely come off. I would love to go back and confront the staff about this poorly done job and waste of money, but I had a friend return to the salon to have a nail on her gel manicure fixed and the owner refused. Then an unprofessional screaming match ensued between the owner and her employees. I will never go to this salon again, and I will be returning to Nail Concept despite their small color selection. You can't beat a gel manicure that lasts 4+ weeks. read more
