Visited 3/31/18 Chances are I will not return to this nail shop. Considering I live almost 1hr away, I only stopped here while getting my vehicle serviced at the Dealership. I entered the Shop and the smell of chemicals and products was not as overwhelming as most shops which is a plus. There were only 4 Employees working and 1 male Hostess. They needed extra help today! Considering this is the begging of Spring and Ladies are ready to start I waited almost 15 for the Male Hostess to even run the water in the pedicure chair and an additional 20 to began my services. Once she began my Pedicure she sped through it... which was not fair to me because I waited patiently. read more

My nails always look gorgeous and last the entire time until fill in, (even if I'm bad and wait too long), their pedicures are to die for I love the one with the hot stone massage! Did a really nice job. I'm not an expert but I am planning to return. Customer service was great. Friendly and. Nonintrusive. Nails looked good maybe a little uneven. I love the instant dry gel nails. Availability and atmosphere were excellent. The housekeeping was pretty good. On my second visit they didn't apply as much nail polish. Two of my nails broke. The technician also clipped my cuticles too low. Resulting in some bleeding. I was not so happy with this visit. Just so you know. read more

Went on Sunday about noon. I was the only client until 1:30. Had two girls working on my hands and feet. Great massage!! Also got eyebrows done $8. They only have 2 types pedicures, regular or deluxe. The deluxe is $30 so I treated myself also. Clean location with the plastic liners in every tub for each client. Very sanitary. The fact that i was able to get my feet and nails done at the same time was a big plus for me! This might just be me, but if I am going to have to wait for a significant amount of time, I would like to know that going in. I went over lunch on a Thursday. I was greeted and seated right away. She put acetone on my nails to soak and left me there to START another person's pedicure. 45 minutes later, still soaking in acetone, I walked out. She was also making and taking personal phone calls on speaker phone while tending to me and the other people in the shop. Will not return. read more

Great place! First time client-I wanted to try because of all the wonderful reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in with no appt. at 4:00pm and be instantly seated for my service. Sally did my pedicure. She was very professional and friendly and she listened to my needs. The salon is clean and relaxing. ( I enjoyed the complimentary water). Oh, how I hate to post this! Since my last review they must have changed hands at least five times, but positive. Went in today & another change, for the worst! Charged me 45.00 for a French pedi and an American mani which they clearly don't have a clue how to do. My nails were painted pink! When I complained & told new owner, he said they r using better product, I told him u should put sign in front saying, new owner, better product & higher prices, he laughed & told me to have a nice day. Never again! My husband told me I should go back, (that's a man for u),but I will never, ever, grace their doors again! read more

Very disappointed in this nail salon! Went there for the first time after reading positive reviews and arrived on a late Saturday afternoon around 5:30. It was clean and quiet with five people in the pedicure chairs, four employees working on them, and no one waiting. The lady asked me to pick out a color and prepared a place for me to sit. She said to wait a little bit and someone would help me. Well, I waited and waited and waited. She came back after 30 minutes and said not much longer but after almost an hour, I put my sandals on and left. I understand when you are short staffed but it is common customer service to let someone know it will be at least an hour wait. When I got up and left, she said it won't be much longer. No apologies, attempt to make up the time, or discount on my next visit. I hope regulars are treated differently because I won't be back. There are too many good nail salons around that value my time and business. read more

Great prices and a nice atmosphere, but the service itself wasn't great. I stopped in for a deluxe pedicure and gel manicure. Polish is sloppy (on my cuticles, not all the way back on my nail...it looks like I've already had this manicure for a few days and they've grown out). The technician also filled a couple of my nails too hard and I have open sores around my nail beds. Treating with Neosporin and Band-Aids and hoping that they're equipment is relatively clean. This place really is poor. Got a messy, shoddy gel manicure. The cuticle is all jagged and is chipping 1 week in. The worst part was the sadistic pedicurist who burned my feet by slopping a burning hot towel down on the top of them. The manicurist kept telling me how awesome this salon is because he plays 80's music from his iPod. They all kept telling me to come back. I will never go back there.
